Bobbye Childers: I took my 14 yr old and 5 yr old granddaughters to get new shoes. I asked the 14 yr old to hold my wallet while i helped the 5 yr old. She laid it down. Someone stole it. It had$386.00. Very suspicious that 3days later my wallet was found empty. And manager didnt want to show me the video. My guess is she tookthe money. Will never go back.

Melissa Carney: Please be careful when shopping at the shoe place in Eastland mall. I went in there to shop for shoes for the kids and mirl. Alex liked a pair of boots. We spent 20 minutes trying to find the right shoe to fit him. Now they were marked at $24.99 with a sale price of $19.98. When they ring up for the $24.99 I said that is the wrong price. The girl just asked me if I wanted to take them off. I told her there is a whole bunch of the same boots with the lower price on them. She then said she had to get the manager to come get it. She then went and got another lady who said she couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to pay the price of $24.99 for it. I said it is false advertising and it's a bait and switch hook. She then said no someone at corporate didn't do their job right by inputting the right price so it was either I could pay the $24.99 or not get the shoe at all. I walked out without getting any shoes and told them it was a bait and switch and that was highly illegal.
Debbie Woodall: I have worked there almost 1 year now, and I'm happy there. We try to have a well stocked and clean store as well as providing a happy and safe shopping experience - for EVERYONE. There are so many styles, for anyone to choose from, but if we don't have the size someone needs we are more than happy to order it for them if available. We offer free ahipping if order is over $50 and only 3 - 7 days to get it delivered to your door. I have never worked for a store manager who works harder to keep our customers happy, but there are some things out of our control, like N1%3, they made the changes to on line only, and some brands do not make 1/2 sizes, others dont come in wide, but if you ask we will do what we can to get what you want. It really is a happy place to work as well as shop.

Kamryn Lamb: You should be ashamed of your employees. My brother and I walked in to shop around and I also had my 4 month old daughter with me as well, and one of the employees said something but didn’t think she was talking to us considering she was across the store so we kept walking. Then she shouted again at my brother saying “no shopping bags were allowed in the store” and said he needed to bring them to her. He was confused and she took them and sat them behind the counter saying he could have them back when we leave, but she didn’t take anyone else’s bags. I went up to the counter and asked why she took them and said “no store in the mall allows you to have shopping bags in their store so if you have a problem you should take them out to your car”. As I walked off she continued to say rude things about us too. With that being said we were irritated with how rude she was and decided to leave. My brother went up front and said he wanted his bag and the employee THREW it at him, threatened to call security and cussed us out and called me an “ass” all in front of my child. I will NEVER return to your store. And the manager will definitely be hearing from me as well.
CHARLESofPUNK! (PUNKofWAR1): This place is great. They sell a wide variety at a great price. Their workers are awesome, helpful, and friendly! One worker went above and beyond to help me and sadly got a complaint on her for doing so. I was buying shoes for my daughter and she had similar sized feet, I was wondering how they would fit. I asked her if she could try them on to help me see how they would fit. It was a awkward thing to ask but she was very professional! Sadly when I returned to the store I overheard she got a complaint for helping me out in a bind. I appreciate that this worker went above and beyond for me and I'm sorry that she had a Karen complain about her! I definitely recommend Shoe Department! I will be a returning customer for sure! The shoe fit my daughter perfectly by the way and that saved me from guessing all do to the professional staff! Thank you!

Holly Wood: Staff ignored me when I walked in. They ignored me for 7 entire minutes at the register. I just stood there with my shoes in hand at the register that didn't have a sign saying go to a different one. A male employee stood by the door talking to himself. A female stood on a ladder fixing a sign and repeatedly looking at me and smiling. Another female eventually came from the back and told the one on the ladder "you have someone". She came down, told me to go to the register I was already at, and was very sweet. I'm still confused why I didn't matter until someone told her I did, but it is what it is. Clean place. Easy to navigate. Easy to find, too.

Heaven Shadrick: Paid to have my order shipped to my house the delivery date was for the 18th but the weather got bad and changed to the 20th which is understanding but I have yet to recieve my 2 packages that I ordered together. I check the status on it and it said 2 days ago that it was here in my hometown and would be at my doorstep by usps. Now that I check today it says it's not suuposed to arrive for another whole week ina half. Dont give someone 3 different delivery dates and not be able to make even one of them possible. I still have yet to recieve neither of my packages and have spent over 100 dollars online. I will not be purchasing from you guys again especially if I am bei g told it'll take up to 14 buisness days for my package and it's been close to 3 in a half weeks but now with a whole week in a half wait because you guys messed up.

Christi: I bought a $200 pair of Remonte winter boots, when I was checking out the man who helped me and the manager told me I should also buy some cleaner to go with these boots so without checking the label and just trusting them I bought what they recommended for those boots... come to find out when I get home they sold me boot cleaner that can only be used on leather, not the suede that the boots I purchased are made of. Very unimpressed with this management, trying to get the most out of people is a disgusting attribute and shows how untrustworthy they are.
Frank Coleman: This shoe store has high end dress shoes for men and women. They carry Pikalinos, Brooks, Asics, Hoka One One, Ecco, Chacos, Keens, Merrells, Oboz, Dansko, Allegria and Birkenstocks.The service was amazing and the sales staff were informative and professional. I was surprised at how knowledgeable they were about different parts of the shoes and also medical issues affecting feet.

Heather Bretz: After my husband purchasing a pair of Sperrys and wearing them 1 time, we attempted to return them due to a defect in the top edge of the sole color rubbing/peeling off. The manager would not refund the money for the shoe because "they were worn" which I typically understand. But in the case of a product defect that I felt that it was a design flaw I believe an exception should be made. My husband attempted to explain this and asked can they not be sent back to the company for the reimbursement? To which he replied "yeah maybe $20 bucks." $20 for $110 shoe?! Which I don't quite understand his reasoning for that comment and estimate (maybe that is their cost but seems low). We never used any foul language and were not disrespectful in the long conversation. After about 20 minutes of trying to explain why we did not just want a replacement (other online reviews site the same issue so no use in getting other pair) he reluctantly gave a refund and instructed us to "never come to the store again." Situation could have been handled completely differently and not lost good customers. Apparently customer service is not a priority for this business.
