Tracy Singer: Evansville Mazda is amazing! Terek and Ted (the GM) delivered the best in customer service. I spent two years deciding which vehicle to purchase. Finally, we decided on a Mazda CX50 - Prem Plus Turbo in white pearl, which it turns out, is an extremely rare combination to find. We searched for months. By chance, I submitted a request to Evansville Mazda. Terek reached out immediately and within a couple weeks I was in my new vehicle. (My previous vehicle was a Mazda CX5, Grand Touring. I absolutely loved it and never had an issue.) There was an issue with the paint straight from the factory and Evansville Mazda stood behind their product. Terek and Ted resolved my situation quickly and fairly. I couldn't be any happier with my vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Matthew Chappell: Beware - SKETCHY sales happening! If you buy a car here, be sure and drive it off the lot because (while you think they’re prepping it for delivery) they’ll turn around and sell it to someone else “for more money” before you can return to pick it up.
Alex C: Summary: Rating 1 Star for poor service.Background Information: I am a 19-year-old college student who purchased a vehicle from Magna Motors with the scholarship funds I had received. In hopes that it would safely get me from point A to point B, I had been incorrect.Situation: I had purchased a Mercedes-Benz from Magna Motors; Terek (The gentleman who had sold me the vehicle and who assured me everything was good to go) had lied to me. After talking to Terek and expressing my belief that I didn’t want to be scammed, he assured me I was in good hands. The vehicle I had purchased had about 245,000 miles (Claimed them to be highway miles, which I naively believed because I am 19 and apparently ignorant.) and was said to be “perfectly maintained and regularly serviced.” Terek somehow “forgets” to mention that while changing the oil on the car and servicing it (Like they claim to do with every vehicle they have), they failed to see the busted CV-Joints and the rusted bottoms that are only perceptible when being lifted with a lift.This guy told me that everything was perfectly maintained and that “there is nothing wrong with this beautiful vehicle” (His exact words), and I believed it. The fact this vehicle only lasted 3-4 months before causing me to break down on the highway is absurd and simply a scam. I had tried to contact Terek after finding out that the vehicle was, in fact, not “perfectly maintained,” but he ignored my texts and calls and ghosted me. Considering the poor service I received, this review is not comparable. After having to tow my Magna Motors purchased vehicle to a workshop, I felt obligated to let everyone who was searching for vehicles in on their secret. Do not purchase from this place; they will sell you a lemon if they can. Their employees represent the scummy nature of the business itself. Do not be fooled by the exterior of their building, for it may look nice, but it is anything but. If you are desperate for a vehicle, use this as a last resort & check every box you can. They will try to make you panic into buying quicker, but don’t let them control your emotions. Research the vehicles you are looking into a lot. As I am a 19-year-old college student with no source of transportation, I am disappointed in this business, and they will never get any more transactions from my family, friends, or me.
Alex0912 Gilmet: Dealership pulled a yo yo scam on me. Do not buy here. They will tell you that you are approved and yank your financing out from under you and tell you that you need to pay a higher payment.

Ariss Hin: My husband and I bought a 2016 suburban from Magna Motors in late Sept. By the second week of October, I noticed the vehicle sounded different when I drove it. There were no error codes to work with. Short of a brief jump in rpms upon acceleration once (that couldn't be duplicated). 3 days later the vehicle left me stranded an hour away from home when it wouldn't shift at all.It was towed to a transmission specialist. This is where I learned that the original problem was the torque converter, a much cheaper fix, btw. It had needed to be replaced long ago. Magna Motors, even If they weren't aware of losses in acceleration, would have been aware there was a problem because upon changing the transmission fluid, there would have been metal shavings clearly visible to the eye. He did stress this point, by saying the transmission fluid had been changed recently. Yes, they knew.We wound up paying over $3,000 to get our transmission rebuilt due to the damage. A torque converter would have cost about $350. Please save yourself from a similar fate and shop elsewhere. If there is a problem with the vehicle they will try to hide it, if at all possible, and pass the cost on to you.

I haven’t been able to get a replacement car for all this time.My roommate's were looking for a car and got in touch with Terek at Magna. He set them up with a brand new CX-5! They happened to mention that I needed a vehicle as well.The NEXT MORNING, I received a text from Terek stating that I needed to come to the dealership and look at this car! He said I would NOT want to miss the chance to get it. (See the photo below)Needless to say, he was right! This is a fully loaded Azera, and I could not be happier! The process was seamless the service is on time, and Terek is getting any business I can send him. This is not a high pressure sales guy, this is a nice guy that takes care of his people.This car has more features and gadgets that I am still learning new stuff about it! I had to name my car Gadget, because it just fit.You will not go wrong with Terek and Magna Motors!

I wished to obtain a lease on Aa CX5 and was provided with a quote, including Mazda Loyalty benefits. To obtain the car they had me fill out credit applications and upload personal data, which I did to facilitate the sale. I later learn the car does not even exist, yet my credit history is charged with application and my personal documents are floating around the technosphere. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

K G: If I could give this business a 0.25 star, I would. And that’s only because the EXTREMELY NEW salesperson, who we were pawned off of, was nice. We were treated as if we couldn’t afford the car we wanted. (We didn’t even NEED financing from them) but apparently Bill and his ASSOCIATES felt the need to treat us WITHOUT the respect we deserve. And after fighting to take us serious…the car wasn’t even worth…being on a “buy here pay here” Lemon lot. That new salesman lost out on a very HIGH commission. We would have bought anything on that lot, had we have been treated fairly, but we went next door to Kenny Kent instead and drove off with a car that was MORE, than the car, they thought we couldn’t afford. Moral of the story…NEVER judge a book by its cover.

My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Rebecca was very friendly and curtious when I picked up my car and paid for the repairs. I am very pleased with my experience at Magna.

Cody Kessler: Shady place. Only honestly helps his own race. Had a Lexus for a year traded it in for a equinox. Belt broke just two weeks later. Then got a mustang. Had for just thirty days before breaking down and overheating. Rude when I bring it up. Doesn't seem to remember we were loyal customers for a year. Treats us like we're transparent and allows others to get helped before us even if we were there first. Do NOT recommend. Also I do know the laws of Indiana even without a warranty. There's still a say so I know this for a fact. They like to think your stupid and try to act like they can get away with rigging their cars.

Nicki Fox: This place is as crooked as they come. We bought a car here in Nov 2019. Just needed an extra car to get from point a to point b. It was sold to us with a non-functional drivers seatbelt that was supposed to be fixed. Never heard back to have it fixed. We have paid almost double for the car and spent over $1400 just to fix the brakes because parts of the brakes fell off while my husband was driving. The entire car shakes when you drive it. Everytime I call for a pay off amount, it's the same amount. We got a little behind during COVID but have caught up and already paid way more than the original asking price. Very crooked company.

The vehicle had a slight engine noise when I Purchased it. They said it didn't have any mechanical problems. I had a new engine installed. Showed them my paperwork which was over 5,000. They offered me nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have never purchased a vehicle from auto plaza. Very bad experience would not recommend
Austin Horn: The first two cars that we looked at both had engine misfires, and the dealer seemed completely fine selling them in this condition. One we noticed because we were there to test drive it, and the other, simply because it was completely missing a spark plug and a spark plug cable. I couldn't imagine what shape some of the other cars are in.

Gary Souto: I found a Mercedes-Benz I liked but it was in Indiana and I was in Tennessee. Deal with trade in worked out to my satisfaction, Sam drove my car to my back door and it was that easy! My wife is currently looking at Dpatrick for her car! By the way, best prices I found anywhere.
Shelby Bartlett: Unprofessional dealership. First question I was asked by the sales guy was “are we going to be financing or trading anything in?” before I’d even given the car a full look. Didn’t really care to show me anything about the car or features of it, or possibly just didn’t know much about it. When we asked if there were any other used cars around $30,000 we were told this was the only car they had at that price point. The manager was nice and did offer to bring the price down to a reasonable level but I had personally decided that I did not want this car and didn’t want to give this salesman my money. This dealership is right next to a Hyundai dealer so I drove directly to Hyundai. Within 2 minutes of standing outside at this dealership, the car that I had just drove at D-Patrick drove by very fast, slowed down in the road in front of us, stared at us, turned around and screamed off back towards DPatrick. I can only assume this was out of spite that I did not buy it. I found this humorous as the Hyundai salesman was standing with us and had the complete opposite approach from the one at D Patrick and sold me a car within half an hour almost completely due to his great attitude, respectfulness and lack of pushy sales tactics.

He had moved up and was no longer a salesman, but he set us up with Austin H. Austin drove me around to all their lots and even to Boonville where I found my new ride. TimTam :D: Yeah, they will steal your money from you, give you the highest price with the highest APR. They are just wanting that cash grab from you. And give you a car with major issues. I have been to many car dealerships, this dealership is by far the worst sadly. I hope my issue gets resolved.
Ling Lee: I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Dpatrick. Worst experience yet. All this started after they took possession of my vehicle for a minor repair. The only way I found out what was going on with my vehicle is if I was the one who reached out. I was greeted with unfriendliness, and treated as though I was a nuisance and a waste of time. The only reason why I chose not to go somewhere else is because they were certified to work on my type of vehicle. In short I would not recommend Dpatrick I would rate them a zero if I could. Being without your normal means of transportation is stressful enough by itself then adding unprofessionalism into the mix made it so much worse.

Then I decided to make a visit to see the car and when I got there she introduced me to Kameron who had the car ready to show and test drive. Making arrangements for a purchase with Kameron was very straightforward and professional. We picked up the car a week later and a BMW expert helped my wife with the controls and with linking our phones via Bluetooth. The whole experience was good.
