Melissa S: This is the best Apartment experience I’ve had. And I’ve been living in apartments for the last 10 years. Everyone is so kind and helpful, even the other residents. Maintenance is quick with any issues. Office staff responds back quickly. I love this place.
Cheryl Crowell: The location was probably the only positive thing about living at the Reserve.I was drawn there because they did not have breed restrictions for our beloved pets, but they fail to inform the tenant of all the fees they will add onto your moving out costs, that would otherwise deter potential dog owning tenants. When i moved out, my apartment was spotless. no pet damage or odors ( i kept my dog clean with routine professional baths and flea treatments). They charged me over $1,000 to treat my apartment for potential fleas, and for a 16 hour ozone treatment for " pet odor". the flea treatment was $500 and the odor treatment was another $500. I kissed my deposit goodbye. Everything that they required the tenant to do to get their deposit back was done. however they make it their priority to make sure they keep that deposit plus tack on other baseless charges that they know they can get away with. They need to tell people that they will charge $1000 worth of fees for you pets because i am sure they are doing this to anyone who owns a dog! it was ridiculous, unfair and honestly deceptive. I would not recommend them to anyone who owns a pet.
Matt Harris: The Reserve is a great place to live. The location is perfect from shopping, dining and entertainment. The office staff is always friendly and grounds are kept up.

Sarah: Poor management and escalating maintenance issues to BAM is even worse, they wouldn’t even pick up my calls. Minor maintenance issues were taken care of, but if you have an issue bigger than a toilet that won’t flush, you won’t be helped. Unfortunate, because I did enjoy my apartment. I lived here within the last year.

Jessica Schmitt: We were worried about coming to another complex after a horrible experience at our last apartment complex. The office staff has been wonderful. Julie answered every single question (we had a lot), she was super helpful. Normally moving is a stressful thing and The Reserve made it painless. The grounds here are perfect, maintenance is very responsive, our unit is energy efficient, and overall the price is decent! I can't say enough great things about The Reserve.
Angdmeye: I had some contractors come into my home (during COVID with no masks) to take my light bulbs out when I was on vacation. They were Google home bulbs and were very expensive. I have left voicemail after voicemail, and called more times than I can count on my hands... I tried to talk to the Manager about this issue, and the conclusion is that because it added value to the property they can do whatever they want with it? If that's the case, then they can touch any of the things that are in my house. Including the cameras I have set up to make sure the thief stealing stuff out of the vehicles outside gets caught. Oh not to mention the complex refuses to set up cameras to catch the thief. The service from upper management is terrible. I advise anyone looking to stay here to not waste their time. It is quite pricey for the amount of issues you will face. I will never ever refer anyone to stay at this residence and am in the process of trying to find a different place to stay. I just want my property replaced, how hard is that to ask.

Richard Joseph: We're fairly new residents of Ashley Pointe, but have already been very impressed by several things about this community. The grounds are really beautiful: lots of large, mature trees, and green open spaces. The community is also close to some of the best shopping in Evansville. And, most importantly, the staff are terrific: Alisha and Gabriella are professional, friendly, and incredibly fast to respond to any needs. Maintenance requests have likewise been handled quickly. I definitely recommend renting here!
Kaycie Soderling: The property is quiet and in a good location, but that's about a far as it goes. Communication from the leasing office is more than lacking. We felt like we were being scammed at every turn. This property is already super overpriced for the quality of the apartments, then papers would appear on our door stating our rent was going up significantly etc. When we moved in, I literally had to send several follow up emails asking for our paperwork and confirmation of a move-in date. We shouldn't have had to beg to move in. Our carpet was stained when we moved in and we were told, "someone is scheduled to come over and get that out". They never came. We put in two maintenance requests while living there, one took several weeks to be followed up on, while the other was never addressed. The office hours are rarely what is actually posted, as it seems the leasing agents aren't ever there, especially to answer a phone call. If I had to do it over again, I'd go somewhere else.
Chanelle Ray: I have lived at AP for almost 3 years now, this is my first time living an apartment and I really enjoy it. The property is well taken care of, my neighbors are wonderful, the leasing office communicates well, and the location is amazing.

Wilma Morris: I have lived here for 16 months. It is very quite, comfortable, and minimal criminal mischief. I highly recommend this community. Maintenance is A 1 top notch. They are easy to get along with and very timely. The office staff are the greatest. Even through covid they have been communicating issue with all the residents issues with the property and are always welcome for questions. I love it here.

We immediately felt welcome by the kind and warm staff, our neighbors are super friendly, and the entire atmosphere just feels more like home than just an apartment. We live in a three bedroom town home and we pay the same price we paid for a tiny apartment on the west side. If you are looking for a safe and inviting place to raise a family, this is the place to go!
L Ward: When I moved back to Evansville, I had an appointment to move into Ashley Pointe. I showed up on the morning designated to see the unit, but the manager said that the people in that unit decided to stay on another year. A phone call to me would've been nice, but I didn't received any notice until I showed up for the scheduled appointment. I think of that whenever I drive past.
Alice Traxler: This is my second year here. Rent significantly went higher.I don't like that this place gives less than a day's worth of a vague notice to come inside the apartment. With the quarterly filter changes, among alarm/dryer/paint checks, you can expect the apartment's maintenance or contracted companies to come inside your home about 7-10 times a year. It is always difficult to get a guess from the apartment when the people will come. If you can manage to trust strangers to be in and out that often, then good for you.I do like the location; how it is conveniently close to most grocery stores.There is a school bus stop at the apartment entrance and parents seem to protectively look out for each other's kids.

K H: I have lived here for several years and the office staff is wonderful. They are always very friendly. The maintenance guys are amazing. They are quick and efficient. They always ask if there is anything else they can take care while they are here. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I don’t think they will ever know how much I appreciate them and their hard work. Thank you guys for truly caring about the community.
Josh Swetland: When I lived here it was great. However, when I moved out, it was quite complicated and aweful. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill which was fine. The remaining balance was $26. They sent a paper in the mail stating I would be receiving a check for the amount of $26. The check I received was for $126 which came with a phone call that said they made a mistake and wanted me to deposit the check and take out a $100 money order. Here’s the reason I can’t do that.. I don’t have a bank here so if I were to cash it, it would cost me, plus the cost of the money order. So I tried to return the check but they refused with the response it was already submitted to me. So I shredded the check in front of them to void it and told them they could just send me a new one with the correct amount. Instead of it going that easy, they said they were taking it to collections because I owed them $100. Which is confusing since I declined the overpaid check, so they still owe me $26. Im not exactly sure where their mind set is with this issue, they were just absolutely no help what so ever. Good luck when you guys move out!
Caleb Drennan: My girlfriend and I moved into Ashley Pointe in June. We have enjoyed our time at Ashley Pointe. The things we enjoy about the apartment is spaciousness of the apartment, the outdoor patio area, and the responsiveness of the staff. We enjoy the homey environment that Ashley Pointe provides. The main issue that we have experienced in our time at Ashley Pointe is one of the residents that lives in our building.Caleb Drennan
hari haran: I have been a resident of Ashley Pointe for two years and had very pleasant experience. The apartments are value for money and did not have any problems at all. They by far have the best supporting staff in Evansville. Perry, the maintenance manager and his team have been outstanding when it comes to any service requests. I have seen several changes in the front office over the past two years, but they have all been very personable and helpful. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Kaitlyn Hernandez: This was one of my favorite locations on paper but no one kept the appointment for a tour. In fact, at 4:00 no one was in the office when they weren't supposed to close until 5:00. I'm sure this is a nice place to live but I wouldn't know.
Phyllis Stone: We have lived here around 15 years love the location close to Walmart East ,Sams East, Laundale ,Washington Square. .We have a one bedroom ,spacious rooms and storage, fenced in patios, pets welcomed,a pool, play area for the children.. Our yards are well kept and staff is fabulous, .Maintenance crew is the best, very knowledgable, and always available to make sure you are comfortable in your home.
