Laura Sills: This is not a normal review. While moving, my boyfriend and I were unpacking/cleaning when I realized one of my cats was missing. I was certain he did not get out and when I discovered we had left one large vent uncovered while waiting on a replacement cover I realized the cat had to have entered the duct work. I panicked and had no idea what to do. Eventually I called Nunning and they sent someone over. His name was Joseph and he was fantastic and arrived quickly. He helped look and open up different areas of the furnace and ductwork to check for our cat. He was so kind and helpful and even the woman who answered the phone was kind and didn’t laugh at us like some others did. I was extremely worried about my cat being stuck or hurt because it’s a old house with old duct work. However, we saw no sign of him in the duct work so unfortunately we had to give up. But it was a great comfort to know he wasn’t stuck in the duct work. And good news, while waiting for Nunning to arrive the cat had actually made it out of the duct work in another area without us realizing and was hiding, terrified. We found him later that day.

April Dartt-Johnson: I have used Nunning for several years doing maintenance on my aging HVAC units but a few weeks ago my furnance blower started making a loud noise & it was determined that the furnance was, in fact, on it's last leg. Nunning was at my home within an hour of my call, estimated my units the next day & installed new AC & Heating units the following week. They even brought me a few heaters (just in case) the heater went out before the new system got installed. I love working with them and have always found them to be affordable, professional and very knowledgeable. Cory Seib: Had them come out to check on my system in my barn. Was very aware of the minimum hourly rate. I paid attention to the exact arrival time because of this. Tech kept making completely irrelevant small talk. I tried to keep things moving along and we wrapped up with 20 minutes to spare. I asked if we could look at my house unit as well since we still had time. We wrapped up within the hour. Went to pay and he charged for 1.5 hours. He literally charged me for all that time he spent talking about his wife.

Tony Ficek: Ordered a product from them through Amazon on April 22, 2022. The product was never delivered. Their customer service is very unhelpful. They blame Amazon, Amazon tells me to contact Escalade. Escalade lays blame on XPO (the terrible shipping vender that they use). They had no problem charging my credit card for a product that was not delivered. Zero follow up from them. What a clown show.
barb aasen: In December 2021, I purchased a triumph air hockey machine for my grandsons. In early April 2022, I contacted the entity for a replacement part (very small item). I was told they cannot sell me any replacement parts for this item - even though their directions were very specific that they are to be contacted for all items and had a listing for all replacement parts. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this entity as the sales information they provide isn’t the same as what they do (which they do nothing)

Matt Felumlee: I have ordered replacement parts a couple of times, always with great service. Last week the DC connection on our air hockey table broke. I could not find the receipt, but they honored the warranty anyway. I received prompt friendly help and replies, and quick shipment as well. Got the table up and running again.
Heather Carbone: I recommend purchasing your equipment elsewhere. We filed an appropriate warranty for covered playground parts which was accepted in March, 2020. After hounding Escalade for update for two months and paying $150 for shipping, the incorrect and missing parts were shipped to us in May 2020. We immediately asked for the parts to be corrected. We received no response for months and were finally told in August that the "parts were on the boat" and would arrive from China in December, 2020. No response to emails or calls since that time. My next step is to file complaints against Escalade based upon failure to uphold warranty and breach of contract.I sympathize with supply chain issues caused by the pandemic but the lack of communication and response and shipping errors can't be attributed to same. I waited 9 months for replacement playground parts before posting a negative review but do not have any patience left for this company.
Marc Arnold: Decent people, but the service is atrocious. I filed a warranty claim almost 2 months ago, and I still have no idea what is happening. The first shipment was allegedly lost, although the company would not provide the tracking number. The second shipment never went out. The third shipment was a different item that had nothing to do with what I needed. The fourth shipment was initiated over a week ago, and no one can tell me what is happening. This is becoming laughable, as all I need is the anchors for a soccer goal that were missing from the original purchase.

I have confirmation from the freight company that they have it and now they are lying and saying they don't and won't issue me a refund. Bob Strain: Purchase a Pro Table Tennis table from Escaladesports. Pieces were missing. I contacted the company for the missing parts. It has been over a month and I still have not received the missing parts required to assemble the table. I asked if they could take the missing parts from an unsold unit so i could assemble the table and then return the parts to the unsold table when they eventually come. The company refused.To me, this is BAD BUSINESS. A $500 purchase and this kind of treatment? Not the kind of business I want to deal with in the future.
Dane Dunn: This company really dropped the ball. I ordered warranty parts back in October 2019 for my trampoline. The company sent them to the wrong state and then didn’t have more to send out. In January I called again and they were still out of stock, but would send out ASAP. I called back in may 2020 because I hadn’t heard from them and they said no problem, let me talk to the parts department. A week later I received a letter saying they no longer handle this company and that I am pretty much out of luck. What poor customer service.

It’s now November 1st and We still have NOT received our backboard!! The only communication we receive from Escalade Sports is when we call to find out the status!
