The doors are locked, no one will answer the phone. It seems the employees have decided they're finished working for the night. I have always liked advance. I would have appreciated not being lied to. I guess I'll be buying parts from another supplier.

(Driver side) So now NO wiper will hold. DrIving with no wipers since its weekend. I have to go to dealer to get fixed because only they have the broken part. Like Mike said come with receipt. I will be sure to return with the receipt for the charges of the broken part. To be reimbursed.

Jessica Troxell: Arrived at this location around 10 AM on a Monday morning. There were no other customers in the store. A loud ding sounds when you enter alerting employees of your arrival. I stood in plain view of four employees for 5 minutes with not even a we will be with you shortly. Go to AutoZone, the employees are much more attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

So I went with the second lowest price at Advanced. When I arrived they had everything I needed waiting for me on the counter. I had my 7 yo with me and they made his day with their kindness. BJ Baker: I had a brake light that was out. They found the correct bulbs, and Jeff went out in the cold and replaced my brake lights so I wouldn't be driving around without brake lights. Not only did he change them for me, but he also showed me how to do it. I greatly appreciate Jeff going out of his way to make sure I was safe and satisfied.
