Darby Fleming: Went here for a watch battery change and the service was so fast if youd blink youd miss it. Also priced reasonable for a specialty store too. The help there was no nonsense great and fast !

John Nash (Kubulai): People at the local store were fine. Battery was ordered on-line, supposedly in stock, but had to be trucked in. Truck broke down. So buy on-line and made three trips to store to get it installed. The web store needs to be improved to communicate accurately on stock and delivery status with customers. Also their cell phone batteries are only guaranteed for 6 months and may swell up to break your phone (personal experience). They'll be happy to charge you to fix what their defective battery broke.

John Sheehan: I've been here several times - the guys are knowledgeable, helpful and if they don't have it, they will get it for you (if it exists). They have a program for lifetime charge for your key fob, good at ANY Batteries Plus. They may not solve every problem in the world but if it has to do with batteries, this is the place.
Joel Steffy: I brought my iPhone X into the Washington Center location to have my phone battery repaired, as it would not hold a charge. I left my phone there, and when I returned, the battery was replaced, but my screen would no longer work correctly. I could not swipe up or return to my home screen. I went back into the store and spoke with Jay at the front desk. He was unapologetic and was not helpful in any way. I told him that the screen was not working and he offered no suggestions and did not apologize for ruining the screen. He said I could purchase a new screen for $140.I told him I should not have to pay for a new screen, since it was fully functional when I dropped it off. I left batteries plus, and went to AT&T. They then sent me to geek squad. Geek squad told me that it was up to batteries plus to fix the problem. After returning to batteries plus, no employees offered ways to help or apologies. We lost $100 and the staff was completely unhelpful. We do not recommend batteries plus to anyone.

Alex Riggers: This was the only napa open at the time. Napas hours are often irritating, but I was glad that at least this one was open. I stopped in and walked over to their oil filter selection, knowing the part number of what I needed, and it wasn't on the shelf with the rest of them, so I asked an attendant, he looked up the filter and they had one on a shelf in the back. Okay experience. Clean store and the associate was friendly enough.

Seth Ruckman: 5-10 years ago before they made this a return center it was the premier Napa in town. Open late with good service. Now they rarely have parts that you need, everyone who was a decent parts guy has quit and went elsewhere. When Chris and Ryan and others were there you could count on getting the right part. The people they have working there now you might as well just get on their website and find it yourself before you go in so you can give them your part number. It’s turned into a joke.

Well the product was easy to find I had it in my hands with 2 minutes of enterering the store. Now actually paying for the product was a different story. Michael Tassler: Started out at Columbia City "A zone.".. did not have parts. They called the FTW store for me or i could order have parts there by Monday.. i chose to go to Fort Wayne. Before, I went, they had called them and the tech pulled my parts and would be there when I would pick them up, on the Clinton Street Store. As I pulled, into the parking lot. It was full, cars, and saw several A zone peeps on the lot helping their customers for what ever the need was. A welcomed site. I went inside waited in line. My turn. The parts were there as promised. Went pay for them and use my points card. But, left it in my car. Ooops. The tech said it was ok. You can still register for points on line or the app.Nope, can't do it that way. Attempted to go back in, with .y AutoZone card, and ask for help, same tech, she then told me, there is nothing that can be there... it is all done on line after purchasing. What a bummer. Had all kinds of on line issues. I finally got an email from corporate, it will take a few days before they can get back to me. So, with the whole experience with AotoZone, I gave them a 4. But the individual stores , Columbia City a 5, for Wayne, a 4.5, but for corporate involvement, 4.. so overall.4 stars. That is still, good enough, for me to back. And, I will.

So these 2 stepped in and were amazing! He had an issue with getting the battery out but worked his magic and was able to replace it. Don’t know what I would of done with them!

Dennis Rice: This store has been through so much let alone management. Went in to check about a price for a part. After looking online figured out about how much I'd be paying. The guy went back got the part and started ringing me up even after asking three times what the price was. Finally said and I mentioned I could pay half that online. Then he went down a few dollars and quoted me a different price. When I mentioned that it was still a little pricey he tapped on his computer and gave me yet another price which while More than I could have gotten it for since I didn't have to wait a day and had personal service was reasonable. But like I said before I walked out if he would have just quoted me the last price the first time I would have taken it. But now that I know what I know I won't be back and waiting one day is not that bad.

Randy Miranda King: I know most places will put the Windshield wiper blade on for free but this place was so efficient I no sooner walked in then they had the type of vehicle and the wiper blade. while I was paying the guy installed the windshield wiper I was in-and-out of there in 3 minutes. Most auto parts stores parking lots are littered with & and full trash cans. I went in and was greeted promptly. I explained my problem. And he knew exactly what was wrong and explained to me exactly what to do in order to repair it. I didn't even need to buy anything. Restroom was clean. Store is handicap friendly.
