Went to go get cash and when I came back was told that there would be no charge due to small scratch that his barrel wrench left on my barrel nut (I don't care about scratches, its a firearm, they're supposed to get beat up and get character haha). I still offered to pay but he refused over and over. Prices were reasonable and I have found my new goto place for parts and service in the area. Thanks again!

Chase Gibson: Shday folks, buying "LE" marked guns at a discount and selling them to civilians at full price and pocketing the difference. Best part is, they don't tell you that when you buy it, you are ineligible for promotions and such. But hey, at least they got to make a few extra bucks!
Joseph Caldwell: I’ve purchased a few pistols here and never had any issues. I stopped in today to ask about what fees would be associated to send one of my pistols out to have some custom work done. This is the closest place to me and I am already a customer so I figured they would help me or at least point me in the right direction. Nope “we don’t do that”. Well I don’t spend money at places that abandon their customers the minute the sale is complete.
Seth Peterson: Really great people here! Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and they actually talked to me! So refreshing compared to the lame “5.11 tactical” know-it-all attitude you get at most gun stores in Fort Wayne. Great pricing on guns and ammo too!

I’ve been to every gun shop within a 30(ish) mile radius of Fort Wayne, and Wrigley is the only one I can truly recommend with 100% confidence.

Aaron Van Curen: Went to the shop for the first time about a week ago. Seems like a great shop and they have a decent selection. I unfortunately grabbed a left hand holster on accident when I needed a right hand holster. I didn’t realize they didn’t do returns...at all. Minus 2 stars as I find it to be in bad taste and poor customer service to not offer returns for unused accessories that they could literally through back up on the shelf. I won’t be coming back ever simply for the fact that they won’t return a $30 item when I was going to spend it right away getting the right hand holster. Really sucks because they actually had some good guns.

Denver Smith: Had an auction bought gun shipped here because multiple people told me this is the place to go.Planned on getting a custom holster, ammo boxes and everything else when I arrived to help with the inconvenience since they probably aren’t making much on my transfer.I waited the recommended 24 hours on their site before I called to check. Turns out the owner won’t be back for a week and a half and they can’t process it until then. I called and emailed before shipping the item. I’m more upset than anything that I could’ve sent it anywhere else and not had to wait a long amount of time.
Martin Haft: I have only experienced friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to assist no matter who is working. They have reasonable prices and offer training classes to ensure that you are able to safely operate your weapon. My favorite/only shop and range in Fort Wayne. If you are reasonable and responsible and looking to purchase a new weapon stop here first.

Jake Coates: The people at Freedom are always awesome to work with! They are always kind and willing to help where help may be needed. Every time I have been in their store, I have witnessed an inexperienced person come in for classes or questions. Every time they are willing to help and work with that individual while making them feel welcomed. Regardless, if you are inexperienced or an advanced shooter, the people here at Freedom will make you feel at home.
John Smith: I will say personally the few times I have been in here I felt rushed, or like I wasn’t necessarily wanted there. The last time I stopped in, I wanted to sell a used Gen 3 Glock 19, I was looking for $300 and the guy who was working with me laughed and said the most he would give me was $150 because it was 3rd gen and that’s all I’d get anywhere. What’s even funnier is I called Bass and Bucks in Wabash who told me over the phone they would pay $350 for it without even looking at it. So I drive the hour to Wabash and made more than I asked for. The only thing I wish I would have done differently was put the phone on speaker and let him hear the offer that was way higher and know he was losing my business. I would drive the extra hour to go to Wabash any day, they have bow range, and anything from 15yd to 1000yd ranges that are covered and it’s only $20 for the whole day with extremely cheap prices for guns and ammo. Make the drive, you’ll be glad you did.

Recently, I needed a holster for a gun with a light, and was able to have one CUSTOM MADE, in about 10 min., for around $50.I also took advantage of the FREE class I got for purchasing my gun from them. Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised that it was a complete class: gun safety, basics, how it operates, and included range time even, FOR FREE!Have since taken several individual classes and have improved my proficiency, competency, accuracy...Again, could not be happier!!

Randy Morris: Manager was incredibly rude and snarky, and not even a little bit. One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had in at least 5 years. Absolutely inexcusable. The range is incredibly outdated and expensive for what it is. Their competitor a mile away as a new state of the art center that is less expensive. Their prices are at least 15% higher than their competition, which I could only justify if there was outstanding customer service, which obviously there is not. I wouldn't even make this location last on my list of options even if my life depended on it.
Jared Gordon: They had a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Most gunstores don't have that.
Bryan Stroth: I have purchased many firearms from Freedom Firearms and used their Target Master's range. These folks are top notch and super friendly! My son and I also took a couple of classes with them, and the instructor was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful at any level. Highly recommend these folks!!!

Kyle Scherrer: I can’t recommend this store enough! I’ve taken a basic gun safety class but when it came to finding the right gun I was completely lost. I told Wiley that I was looking for a small and simple gun for home protection and not only did he help me pick out the perfect revolver, but he also took the time to teach me how to clean and take care of it.

MR UP: I ordered a gun online from a company called lock and loaded they recommended this company whom I'm reviewing right now on their website you know locked and loaded said these guys are a licensed and recommended FFL if you don't believe me look on their website (locked and loaded) they'll give you the FFL LICENSE AND ALL plus the address I said to myself works for me I'm ten minutes or less from this place so when it comes in I'll do the necessary paperwork and go from there no problem, I literally ordered this gun on 01/21/2023 I went with FedEx 2 day not a problem I even went with the insured shipping can't be too careful nowadays I never received an email about my package no problem I waited today at 01/27/2023 I decided to give them a call you know B&H firearm's I explained to them my situation he explained oh it came yesterday we sent it back you can't do that I explained to him you guys were recommended why would you call yourselves an FFL LICENSED dealer if I can't send it to you he just said you can't do that true story this is my first and last time dealing with them honestly rural king has better customer service than tB&H FIREARM'S even all the way in Angola Indiana they still provide better customer service than these guys I highly recommend take your money and business somewhere else
