Problematic Rodriguez: The nurse Karen calls me by a million different names other than my own !!! All the rest of the staff is wonderful especially Heidi !!! Trisha Gillhouse: Dont go here for bariatric surgery. Staff is nice but surgeon is aloof and seems uninterested in bariatric surgery. Seemed uncaring. Has zero protical. Told me flintstone vitamins are enough for me after surgery. Left spur of the moment for a "mission trip". I was there 6 months. Did all I was supposed to do to meet all my insurance goals they said it take up to a month to even send it to insurance for approval. They said they sent it out to insurance finally 2 weeks later I called insurance company and they said never received it. Called dr that's when they told me they failed to send it in aise dr would be gone for 3 months. So I left them. Went to Lutheran bariatric. Mind u Lutheran hospital is like a dinosaur but let me tell you dr. Sloan aNd the bariatric team has it all figured out. The surgeon himself did the seminar. And was truly honored to do this surgery for people. The difference was night and day. Not to mention was approved and had surgery within 3 weeks. And support was fabulous. So bottom line go to Lutheran bariatric cause parkview needs major refinements.

Calvin S: Dr. Nearing is incredible! He does have a great bedside manner, as others have mentioned, very personable. Does a great job of relating to your situation, then explaining what he will be doing during the procedure. His specialties include laproscopic and robotic surgery. He is very detailed in his work, and doesn't take anything lightly or for granted. He has been at Lutheran downtown for about a year and a half. We are fortunate we needed his services now because it won't be long before the word gets out how good he is, and there's going to be a long line to see him.

Alicia Vargas: First of the secretary was asking me questions when I'm already in the Lutheran system and they already mailed me my paperwork and you're going to ask me about my address and my phone number when I told them it told her Caucasian secretary that I everything is the same so why do I got to keep repeating myself when they already mailed me my paperwork and everything and it has an address on it so nothing hasn't changed so she asked that I want to be seen the next lady to the next window which is the African-American she's the one that help me but then my boyfriend is telling me she overheard her that it was like a mental problem because I was rude and everything else no it's not and I will try to get somebody to file a discrimination part because it's not mental what I feel and because I was rude but I'm through the whole Lutheran system and if you bring everything up everything is the same and if I say everything is the same no address change no phone number change this and that whatever the only thing that's going to change this year is my birthday I mean my age so I give you a bad review I will not recommend nobody to you the African-American girl was the best polite person there but the Caucasian lady was very rude and she went back and talked about me when the door the window was open and my boyfriend heard everything she said his name is Hector gallo and he will if I have to report you he will testify thank you and have a blessed day and I won't recommend nobody to you

Logan Clouser: The front desk and the first nurse I saw were absolutely incredible! Very friendly and professional. The nurse practitioner and Dr. Sloan on the other hand we’re either having a bad day or they just didn’t want to be there. They were very rude and degrading for no reason at all. I have never had a bad experience like this before.
