Took me awhile to get video online but was very much pleased with the video appointment.
Really appreciated how professional and personable the staff was. Facing surgery is unsettling, and they were all very kind.

Tashua Heckathorne: Dr. Sev and the gals are top notch. I had an allergic reaction to the sutures after my inital breast augmentation surgery on March 1, 2022. By April 22, both implants had to be removed. I had multiple procedures and surgeries in that month's time. Dr. Severinac, assured me that we would get through it. Not only did he come in after hours, see me every few days, pray with me beforr every single procedure/surgery, he ALWAYS answered my calls. Even when I called him at 10pm with a concern. He also stopped using the suture that caused my allergic reaction. With hopes that no one else would have to go through the same thing as I did. July 21, 2022, we were able to re-implant. Things healed beautifully and I have never been better. I cannot speak highly of him and his staff. They were the most calm, positive and reassuring people ever. You can tell that Dr. Sev truly is a good person. Thank you IPSC, for all that you did for me and all that you helped me through.

Hope Delagrange: I truthfully cannot put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Severinac and his team. He performed my rhinoplasty in November and could not have asked for better results. I have always wanted a rhinoplasty, but had reservations about the outcome not being what I wanted; however, IPSC made everything so stress-free from beginning to end. Everyone at the office was so warm and personable and made sure that no question went unanswered. Dr. Severinac was very upfront with me about expected results and never recommended any other procedures outside of what I asked for. The morning of my surgery, Dr. Severinac prayed with me and really put me at ease. That same night, he called me at home to see how I was recovering. I will not be returning and would not recommend for those who expect cleanliness in a medical office, and professional and patient-based care.

Don Donachy: Nice staff, got me in and out quick, I like the Dr because he explains pros and cons of available options.

Angela Bennett: I got there at 915 am and my appointment time was for 930 i wasn't seen til 1115am and the Dr has a neat smile and he addressed my areas of concern. The 13 people were seen before me but I guess that's what I get for being a new patient. The office let me bring my children and the visit was pretty overall ok. Thank you MD for doing your best. Upon the second visit i had not quit smoking cigarettes and the Dr became irritated when I spoke of stolen meds that i had spoke to his staff about. He wiped my air with a cloth that burned but over all he's a good Dr but he walked out and didn't give me papers at all and his front desk person Ann she called back and the visit was over. I know when a Dr. Gets irrational irritated at me a patient i am just problem in there schedule but mostly when i have no idea why that occurred. He's still a good Dr but I'm sure others may have been his better patients or him having a better Dr. Day.

Not to mention he's hilarious in his own way 😁 I made a statement that it hurts my body whenever I wear shapewear or my pants up past my belly button after a gallbladder removal surgery and other issues and he said "It's just like this... they say, Doctor this hurts when I do this... well don't do it." and I was bursting at the seams figuratively speaking LOL I love that guy, he is the best!!!

Katarina Otero: Please, if you need surgery done, find another office. I've dealt with a lot of let downs in healthcare as I'm sure other people have, but this place takes the cake. Nothing less than cruel and absolute pure punishment to be a patient. The lady that handled my appeal, Megan, is very heartless. Always condesending when I called and when I would call to follow up, would never answer or return my voicemails- please if you are unhappy and don't care about helping patients, find something else to do, because your attitude in this field is what is wrong with healthcare today! I wish you the best, personally.
