Wes Maier: I'll never give blood to the American Red Cross. Made an appointment, waited almost an hour after the appointment to give to find out I'm ineligible due to a bogus reason. 2 times since they have begged to get me to donate they have tossed me after waiting a hour. Not again.

Patrick MacDonald: The donation center was more modern than others I have been too, staff was friendly and helpful during the process. If you are donating platelets, they may default to setting you up for a triple donation. This takes a lot of time but the staff is willing to adjust if the commitment doesn't fit in your schedule.

Don Kiel: Friendly staff. Booking an appointment ahead of time really expedites the process, especially if you use the check in process on the app. My experience with walk-ins has been fairly quick as well.

Aaron Rodger’s Mother: Mixed reviews. It is one of the cleanest CSL plasma facilities I’ve been to. Sometimes there are long lines but generally the floor crew gets you in quicker than you’d think. There were times there were 10 people in front of me and within 20 mins I was first in line so big props to the floor crew.They could use more people at the front when getting vitals done. Most of the technicians are sweet and I’ve never bad any issues with. The only one is a woman who’s name starts with a ‘T’. You can tell she feeds off of power and authority. The way she talks to co-workers isn’t bad but you can tell she has an ego. You’re not a nurse, you don’t need a degree for your job, chill girl.

Richard Norris: 3 times I've been in trying to make my first donation. First one, I'm not complaining about, as I had too high heart rate to donate. 2nd time I was there over 2 hours waiting to see a nurse for a physical, which did not happen, do I left. Decided to try for the third day in a row, and lo and behold!! Approaching the 2 hour mark waiting to see the nurse, I left. And I will absolutely not be going back. I'll take the lesser payout and go back to biolife rather than deal with this ridiculous place.

Daveon Johnson: I came in with a low heart rate with me being an athlete and two particular staff were rude there names were both Amy. I couldn't even get a sentence out. It felt as if I was being judged because of my skin color. Neither would even cooperative

Crystal Chaney: Staff is incompetent. First, they screwed up the machine I was using and I was deferred for their mistake, and today my pulse was a little high and I was told to sit 15 minutes but when I got back up to retake my vitals, the lady had put me in the system as a deferral!!

Kevin: Outstanding, best staff, quick staff, friendly experience... I went to biolife in fort wayne 5 times in 2022 and it feels like you walk on nails with a bunch of karens.. At CSL plasma in fort wayne they're the complete opposite and completely better at everything... if you would like to donate plasma I can confirm CSL is by far your best option in fort wayne. The staff are extremely fast, nice and I look forward to going back for a pleasant experience

Dennis Gore: Very long wait times not enough staff or equipment to handle the volume of people that come through there. Usually 3 hrs or so from beginning to end. I quit going because it was no longer wirth my time even though they up the pay still not worth it

bs: I have donated at csl for about 3 or 4 months now and they are constantly pushing you to refer people. So I tell all my friends about it and one of my friends ended up going and donating, well today was his 3rd time and they still won't help me refer him for a bonus. They told him he would have to do it on the app after signing up well I told the employees about how the app says I had to put his info on the app BEFORE he donated and it won't work now. Now the employees tell me "that has nothing to do with us its through another company" and won't give me any assistance at all. I'm just wondering where my bonus is I didn't need all the rude remarks.

I know there can be a long wait time but I typically donate in the mornings and my wait time is rather minimal. I am normally pretty in and out...Tuesday I was in and out in only 45/50 minutes. No complaints here!

Justin Woodward: I've been a donor for 10 plus years at multiple Biolife locations. Sadly their staffing levels and processes have never recovered from changes made in 2020. Today's example - 30 people in a screening line, 4 waiting in the lobby with questions, and there's one staff member in sight. It has taken one hour just to complete the questions and make it through the screening line, and that is the new norm. The entire donation experience used to take 90 minutes start to finish, but now regularly takes 2.5 to 3 hours. The staff are kind and helpful, but the system is broken, and it's why I almost never donate anymore, I just don't have that much time to invest in standing in line.

jason tice: I love it here! If I could leave more than 5 stars then I would. I've never been deferred for the day. I've always felt comfortable and at home coming in. And I've got so many favorites here. I've learned so much about blood and plasma and the process with the machine. I've learned so much from so many of the workers here. I would recommend anyone to come here. Scared of needles? Yeah?? So am I!!!! All these years I thought that's was what would hold me back but I was severely wrong. I felt so at peace getting poked and after a while I got so used to it that donating plasma has become a second nature for me. Today, the one who hooked me up was Jewel and she did an amazing job talking me through so I wouldn't get distracted by the needle poking me. She truly knows what she's doing. And then makenna came along and we had a jolly good time with our conversation. She laughed. I laughed. We all laughed! I love how safe they make me feel sitting in these chairs every time I come in to donate!! I'm gonna leave this review with one final thought: "The fear of the needle will subside and you'll be okay; your safety is their first priority and they never make you feel like you're just a number. They truly care and wanna make you want to come back for your next donation. "

However, the staff and even majority of the clients are always friendly and waiting patiently for their turn.
