Neil Young: Dowco would not stand behind their warranty. I received a cover that should have never left the production department. Cover was factory flawed and I received no assistance from Dowco. They stated "sorry, but you didn't purchase your cover through and approved retailer". I will never again purchase one of their over priced products. China could have done better and that is truly sad.

Kerry Coyne: Needed some supplies for my Polaris brutus, and they had it in stock. Very convenient, and they stay open later on a couple of days.
Dan Long: Complete lack of professionalism. I bought and had installed a new Mercury outboard motor on my pontoon with a trade in of my old, still under warranty,motor. At that time I bought two props and hubs for that motor. After driving it for a year , I thought I would try the other prop. The hub that they sold me was incorrect. No problem, I'll just return it to the parts desk. Think again. No returns after thirty days even if it is their error. Wow. Bought the new hub for nearly seventy dollars and received a story from the manager about his thirty day policy. The receipt for my purchase does not mention no returns at all except for electrical parts. A prop hub is not an electrical part. Therefore due to their error, I should be ENTITLED to a refund. The manager Terry Van Daele and his two RUDE women?, in the parts department are ridiculous and I will never spend another dime there. Sent me threatening texts to tell me to go away. Real class act. Throw away good business for a simple exchange. I'll find a real shop. Thanks Terry.

Laura Smyser: This place was a little better than Osborne Motorsports. At least the sales manager was friendly and told me how to custom order the vehicle online. However he did not talk about the features of the vehicle walked me around a model nor talk to me about financing options.

When i called, the woman who answered seemed less than enthused by my call and said someone in service would give me a call back with a quote. Never got a call. Proceeded to message their fb page in a second attempt for a quote. Someone read it and still have not received a response. Youd think with everything going on in the world they would appreciate the business, but thats ok i will take my money elsewhere to a company who seems to care a little more for the business. UPDATE 6/17/21...my husband has been fighting with them for 6 months now for a new center steering wheel emblem that has popped out twice now. Went in to get it and was just starred at by the staff, not greeted at all. Then the rude front desk girl got snippy with him when she tried to charge him for something that should be under warranty. We will NEVER be back for any kind of service after the way we have been treated!!!

Mike Maher: We have a 2016 Cozumel with a 250 HP Verado 4 cycle and love it. We now have 556 hours and no problems. Our dealer, Lewis Boats in St Peters, Mo did a great job rigging and getting the boat set up and delivered to our dock. We are very happy with our dealer, Cypress Cay and Mercury Marine.
Terri Thompson: Buyer beware!We dropped our boat off in September for warranty work which should have taken no more than 4-6 weeks based on my interactions with the warranty department in advance of taking it to a dealer. Parts were ordered and took much longer than expected which is not surprising with COVID, but now after 4 months the parts came in based on the HIN on the original build of the boat and are not the correct parts. After this long you would think someone would be expediting the repairs in what ever manner is needed to complete the repairs. If necessary replace all the furniture if you cannot match what is available or send our for custom repairs. Up until this incident we were fairly satisfied with our Cypress Cay but the handling of this issue has definitely changed our minds. Buyer beware! If you need warranty work you may be without your boat for months!!!When I placed a review on their Facebook page it was deleted, I was told I would be contacted, no contact even after I left them a message to contact me back!

Told me to go some were else. They said they dont work on anything older than 1990. They were also really rude. I would not go there.

They have my business for as long as I am a boat owner. Also will use them when I upgraded the board on their lot are beautiful and prices are below MSRP and market values. GREAT PLACE !!!!

Joshua Schofield: Ok. Contacted many times by attentive employees, but they have kind of a weird selection of stuff. Didn't see any winter sports stuff like snowboards and skis. Plenty of light jackets for fall stuff. They have bikes out and it's January? There shoe selection is limited too. No popular models of Nike shoes like Airforce1 or Air Max. All other shoes are overpriced too. Mainly only carry $$$ serious running shoes.
