Joshua Schofield: Ok. Contacted many times by attentive employees, but they have kind of a weird selection of stuff. Didn't see any winter sports stuff like snowboards and skis. Plenty of light jackets for fall stuff. They have bikes out and it's January? There shoe selection is limited too. No popular models of Nike shoes like Airforce1 or Air Max. All other shoes are overpriced too. Mainly only carry $$$ serious running shoes.

I had to walk past a group of employees to get out of the store and not a single one of them, including management, acknowledged me.However, I am sitting outside the door writing this review and it’s already time for an employee smoke break.

autumn rogers: On the pricey side. Men's selection for shoes seemed pretty small. Women's shoes had a nice variety. Not a lot of shoes in stock. But the store was clean, easy to navigate, and find what you are looking for. I would recommend it for people who like name brand; it's a personal preference. I'm a shoe size 6 which isn't always in stock, so personally I feel like I would just have better luck shopping online.

Joseph Allen: First visit they left the garage door up while it was cold out. when they left I had a bad seam likely from cold and a stain on my cloth from their drill, but stains are going to come eventually so I just wrote that part off. Messaged them about the seam and they came back out and threw a bunch of shims Under it. That only lasted a few days and while it fixed the seam momentarily the level was then way off. After a lot of frustrating texting with the owner and him backing out on a deal to recover the table while starting over on leveling the two guys that did the initial install came back and started over with the garage door down and that seems to have done the trick so I am adding some stars back on because they did make good on the level warranty but it wasn’t as simple as it should have been.

JC Masterpiece: First the one small positive from my experience. They were able to come quickly as I needed a rush for a pool table move. No pricing was discussed up front (something I typically do) but since I’ve had the table moved a number of times over the years, I ASSumed it would b similar in the $300-$400 range. I have a 4x8 ft Brunswick slate table, they only had to disassemble, move the slate maybe 20 ft and then reassemble a couple days later, really straight forward. Anyway, setup seemed to go ok, as it should, then he tells me the invoice is over $900. No joke, I couldn’t believe it. To be fair I did have new cloth covering but still, very shocked at the charge. When I mentioned my surprise I was told “pool tables are expensive”. Disrespectful considering I am significantly older than the young guy telling me this. To add insult to injury - new scratches on my maple rail near my Brunswick logo. And an amateur mistake / they forgot to attach one of my leather pockets so when balls went in, they fell to the floor. So I feel like Clark Griswold in the Vacation movie when he pays for the car repairs and ends up with 4 bald tires and no money left.

Odie Schultz: I would recommend this place to anyone that needs any pool table service done! Very professional and friendly as can be. They were prompt to answer any of my questions in full details and gave me a reasonable price that no one else could beat! They were on time when they said they would be there and everything. No complaints at all from me and will call them again for anything I need no questions asked.

Rick Phipps: Seemed like a good guy, installers new what they were doing, my complaint in the the advertisement for the pool table included a top for playing ping pong and that it was for setting on the pool table it was not as advertised, you could not put in on top as it would clearly damage the table, so I believe there was some deceit there his comment about it was that was what was given me he should not of advertised it as so.Without that the price should of been considerably less. Second the table was made for someone else as it had a custom brass plaque on it with the guys name it son told me that the prior owner wanted it and was told it would damage the table getting it off with a paperclip, I contacted A1 and asked for the number and I would give it to him for free (I thought that would be nice of me). I never received a call from the owner so I could do this.

I had my pool table in the shop and a new one in its place just a few hours before the party - at which I invited a lot of people to check out my new basement bar and extra wide and tall pool table area.

Ben Wahli: I answered a craigslist ad for a table and after I told them I wanted it they surprised me with a $300 increase! They said the real price was on their website. I wanted the table so I paid the extra money in cash. After I gave them the cash They helped me load it up in the truck and they told me that the sticks they showed me weren’t the ones I was getting and gave me old bar cues instead. Unbelievable! I didn’t want them to install it because of all of the bad reviews on their service. I hope when I assemble the table it actually is okay. When I complained about the sticks they said they would switch them back but at this point I don’t want to go back. They can keep them.

The service people included the owners son, and they were personable, professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently.Ill add to this review when the entire job is done, but as far as pool table repair under 500.00 I couldn't suggest these folks more. My tab is 350.00 and they are using GOOD materials, and they systematically explained and educated me on the entire pool table type, its variants, and even some history. THANK YOU GUYS!!

The nice gentleman that rang me up gave me some pretty good technical tips for my firearms. The store is pretty low-key. I found more than I was looking for, and the prices are lower than Sportsman's...byfar. Plus, they have a better selection of firearms and firearm accessories.

Christine Rost: I do not recommend this location for automotive care do to extremely poor customer service. While discussing which tires and services we wanted to purchase the employee detailed what charges were on the screen, that the cost was 573.88 before tax, and we were fine with this. We gave them the lug nut unlocked and got our ticket. We walked around for about an hour and half, which was expected and even purchased a new video game. At pickup time there was an additional labor charge of $26.26 that was not previously discussed at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied because there was nothing they could do. I stated that I am going to pay this as the work has been done, however this charge should have been discussed in the itemized detail of work to be done before hand. And if the amount of the labor charge wouldn't be known until the end then she would have said there is also this charge, but we won't know how much it will be until they complete the work which is also fine and understandable. I put every additional item back as I refuse to spend money at a location where the customer service is so poor they can't apologize for a simple mistake, because that is all it was, and they went thew out glove box as the lug nut unlocked was not in the seat like they said they left it but deep in our glove box for a unknown reason.
