Rachel Baumgartner: I love this store and all the staff. I mainly come to the Chanel makeup counter as I am obsessed with their mascara and foundation. Yes it's pricey but its worth the money. I love the classical pianist they have playing music while you shop. And specifically, Coco at the Chanel counter is always extremely helpful and personable. They were out of my foundation so she ordered it for me and gave me enough samples of it to last me until my order came in. Anytime there is a new product I want to try she is more than accommodating with samples or letting me try them in store. If you do decide to go the Chanel makeup route go talk to Coco she's the best ❤️

Brendan Mulkey: I love Von Maur! I have been coming here with friends for years. It's fun to go and shop after class or explore some new ideas for gifts or future purchases. Can be a bit pricy but that's the whole experience of Von Maur. They carry only some of the best quality clothes for more preppy looks, and they have very nice athletic brands as well. Their shoe department consists of high-end footwear, and easy to try-on items. Von Maur has a section for everyone- young, old, tall, short, XS-XXL, etc. Very welcoming and accepting place, and the workers always make sure you are doing okay. Very fantastic work ethic from everyone here. I am glad I live near Von Maur!

Rick D: We no longer come into this location to shop but shop at their other locations and online instead. The problem has to do with their immature, loathing, “confused” salesperson in men’s suits. He has never been very friendly, but towards the end during an incident when he was standing with a group of salespeople talking and they kept rubbernecking and looking at us, I decided this has to end. I reported it and had a conversation with the store manager. Apparently, the message didn’t sink in because he was snide toward us the next time we were in the store. Jake Howard: Very dissatisfied with how this location handles "loss prevention".Some really self righteous blonde woman who had a walkie talkie and an atrocious attitude was hovering around me and my friend as we casually browsed through the jewelry display area where the cheaper less valuable items are displayed out in the open.We were looking and talking about what looked nice and how certain colors would match her various apparel, and the entire time this rude blonde woman kept making rude faces and staring us down like we were criminals or something.Long story short the woman was the absolute most horrible customer service / loss prevention person I've ever dealt with in my life, in no way were we there to steal anything or cause any trouble, this woman was rude and obnoxious, and went way out of her way to basically do the opposite of loss prevention, we were at that Kohl's killing time, and were easily going to spend a few hundred dollars on random items for the house, easily way more money than what Kohl's pays her to be rude to customers. So in the end we left and didn't spend nearly the amount of money we had planned that day due to her obnoxious hideous horrible behavior, and I don't recommend anybody else go to the store unless they want to be crucified for friendly shopping and browsing.They really should fire that obnoxious lady because she acts like an animal. No I'm sorry, that's a disgrace to animals, I've met plenty of animals that act way more behaved than she did. Absolutely horrible.

Grace E: I stopped in to pick up some gloves. It's the beginning of the winter season and Christmas shopping has begun. I found exactly 3 pairs of gloves. I searched the store. Burlington was always the place for coats with many other items. Now I understand that they are just Burlington but I would think they would still try to stock coats. I feel like it's just another store where you never really know what you might find. And you might not find what you are looking for.
