Christine Rost: I do not recommend this location for automotive care do to extremely poor customer service. While discussing which tires and services we wanted to purchase the employee detailed what charges were on the screen, that the cost was 573.88 before tax, and we were fine with this. We gave them the lug nut unlocked and got our ticket. We walked around for about an hour and half, which was expected and even purchased a new video game. At pickup time there was an additional labor charge of $26.26 that was not previously discussed at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied because there was nothing they could do. I stated that I am going to pay this as the work has been done, however this charge should have been discussed in the itemized detail of work to be done before hand. And if the amount of the labor charge wouldn't be known until the end then she would have said there is also this charge, but we won't know how much it will be until they complete the work which is also fine and understandable. I put every additional item back as I refuse to spend money at a location where the customer service is so poor they can't apologize for a simple mistake, because that is all it was, and they went thew out glove box as the lug nut unlocked was not in the seat like they said they left it but deep in our glove box for a unknown reason.

Rosie West: Let me just start by saying if you plan to go actual grocery shopping for more than a couple item don't shop of the evening. I was unaware that this store has No regular lanes after 8pm! So as I'm going to check out a total 148 items which was a total nightmare! Every 3 items it would call for assistance . Then as I finally finished which took around 50mins or maybe longer, I went to scan a coupon,it says rejected so I called for the assistance associate, she says it's saying it's not showing you purchased what the coupon is for. I had purchased the Jergens natural glow lotion, same type as on coupon (it was a clearance item), associate states that's why it's due to it being clearance, so I just paid and left store.So Walmart I read the fine print it states NO where on this coupon about combining with any other offers! It was only a 1.50 coupon, but this coupon was the only reason I was purchasing this item tho! Walmart you need to get this issue fixed either let us use the coupons or inform the coupon distributors your policy.

KJ Williams: I was insulted while using the self checkout with my special needs son at target Glenbrook. Female associate came and stood directly behind me while i checked out. She came all the way from the end of the lane to watch us. She watched every single item i scanned. She didn't watch anyone else!! She was so close it made my child upset and when i finished i asked if she wanted to check my receipt, to which SHE got offended i asked!! I am a school teacher and a Mom with a down syndrome child showing him how to scan and pay for items as we checkout. This associate offended me so gravely it left me in tears. I understand keeping an out for theft but to stand there directly behind me and treat us so poorly is unacceptable. Shame on you target!! I will never return to this location, a location I've gone to for 20 years or more. Believe I will also share this experience on instagram, facebook and the down syndrome association. Disgusting!!!

K 0: I don’t live close, but come to this target all the time for my grocery and home needs. I called about 5 times today to ask if they had a kid robot plush in stock. When I finally did get ahold of someone they told me they would go check, held the phone down for 3 seconds, like literally 3 seconds, and then told me they didn’t have any. I can clearly hear that you didn’t even take a step from where you were standing. Again, I don’t live close at all and would have liked someone to take 3 seconds to check for me so I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to check myself.

Robert Koehler: They had what I needed, the shelves were stocked, and there’s plenty of parking. Other than that, I have nothing good to say. My biggest complaint was cashier Twar, who was jamming and crumbling up my stuff as he stuffed it into the bags. He put eggs under heavy boxes, and, crushed Xmas bows in with heavy condiments. He even told the lady behind me that he was annoyed because his job is too stressful. First off, you’re horrifying at being a cashier, doesn’t seem like you could handle much else, so you definitely need a reality check. Second, If these are the employees that Target keeps around it doesn’t say much for the culture and quality. Meijer is a much better place to shop.
