The driver was first class, the office staff is too, and the entire experience went according to plan. Mark Savana: Called to see about dumping my holding tank there, spoke with Cheryl, she was very polite and friendly. She said she would have the garage manager joe call me to set up a time to come and dump, within 10 he called me back. Got there and dumped and decided to see about having them wash the bus instead of going to the blue beacon up the road. There bus wash guys went above and beyond to wash the bus, hand washed the front and back of the bus and also hand washed the rims. They also checked the air pressure in my tires and wanted to clean the inside of the bays. I highly recommend this company if your needing something done to your bus. I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 guys washing the bus, hats off to them. I will definitely use them again next time I'm in Ft. Wayne.

Toni Espinosa: Luckily I checked the airline schedule the night before to find our flight was cancelled. No notification number was given to Airline. Took two days to get confirmation for the Polynesian center only to find out we didn't have tickets for luau. The only reason We wanted to go there we wanted a worry fre vacation and have spent at least an hour on phone everyday trying to straighten it out. Not to mention check out 8 hours prior to flight?

Martel Harris: Had a horrible experience with Amy at Edgerton.. was very rude and when I didn't book with her because the deposit price went up she got upset because I was dismayed that she didn't try to save the sale and find another avenue that could possibly make my deposit go back down. She then sends me the nastiest email telling me how rude I was and she worked very hard and most people would have charged for he work she did! Can you say unprofessional! I'll never be booking through them again! DO NOT GO TO AMY UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE RUDE AND NASTY!

Daniel Piech: My parent's used this service and were highly disappointed in their trip to New Orleans. The day they were supposed to spend in New Orleans was cut out of the trip and was apparently due to bad planning and lack of checking by Edgerton's . This was the main reason my parents wanted to take this trip was to visit New Orleans. The compensation they received for this was poor compared to what they paid. I would not recommend this company to my family or friends.

She informed me that Warren would not be of assistance, to contact ANOTHER agency...If she knew she was going to have surgery, she shouldn't have accepted my plans
