Michael Blair: We were getting less than 4 Mbps and called to have it looked at. They arbitrarily canceled an appointment we had set a week before with 0 notice. Then they tried scheduling us another week out when I called to complain. After escalating the phone call they set an appointment for us that day at a time that I told them did NOT work for us. They showed up to that one when no one was home. When they called to ask about it I told them we'd be home in the afternoon that day they said they could be there. Guess what? No show again.I switched to frontier the next day and have had much better service, speed, and experiences since. Xfinity then tried to charge us four time our monthly bill to cancel when we did not have a contract with them. Do not go xfinity. Save yourself some trouble.

Micah J (KBF): I will not deal over the phone anymore, such a circus of broken promises. But on the other hand I got excellent service by Carlos from the Fort Wayne-Illinois Rd location. He helped tremendously when the other store turned us away with hardly any support and over phone customer support had no clue just broken promises.

The sales attendant Jarud was so professional and friendly, even going so far to find a coloring book for my son whom I had with me at the time. The store was clean and well organized.Once I got home I couldn't find a coax cable that was active. The wiring outside of the box was messy and all over the place. They sent a tech out two days later who arrived not only on time, but was friendly, professional and fixed all of the disorganized wiring.Very professional company with a great service and wonderful staff.

Danny Taladay: I’m sad to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. I came into the store to add additional services to cover the dead spots in our home/increase my WiFi speed. I asked the person working if this would require someone to come out. I was informed that for someone to visit, this would be $100 fee. I thought that seemed odd and explained that my internet had been dropping and we were not receiving half the speed we were paying for. The worker repeated themselves without attempting to help troubleshoot other possibilities or offer better services.Realizing I was not going to receive the help I needed, I called Xfinity (good luck getting past those automated systems), and within 10min the salesperson was able to troubleshoot my problem and provide me with the service I needed. I asked if my need was unclear but was reassured that my ask was very routine. I do not understand why this was an issue for the person working at this location.
J Lan (Pyro Land): As a loyal customer for over 10 years. I called if they could offer me a promotion or discount to my bill. The lady said yes she could for 12 months. After 30 days I received my bill. I called to discuss the inaccurate bill. After 2 phone calls of being disconnected. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said that the discount applied was only for one month. The bill showed and stated it was for 12 months. The supervisor told me that I was told that my bill was correct and she abruptly hung up the phone on me. I called frontier and they will be installing their service in 4 days. Be warned of their customer service representatives lying to you.

Jessica DeWitt: Worst company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. We have been customers with Frontier for years. We have had internet, and a landline phone through them. Over a month ago now, we contacted Frontier to cancel our landline only. Magically our internet also stopped working at this time (strange yes I know). Frontier claims that the problem is on our end, and that they will send a technician out next week to fix it. A week goes by, the technician comes. He has no idea what is causing the problem. He leaves to “try one more thing”, thus leaving me under the impression that he was coming back. HOURS go by, he never returns. With my internet still not working Frontier was contacted again. An appointment was made for a few days later (by Frontier) to send out another technician between the hours of 1pm & 5pm. That technician was a no call no show. Frontier was contacted again. ANOTHER appointment was made (by Frontier) for nearly a week later to send a technician out to fix our internet. Again, between the hours of 1pm & 5pm, and once again ANOTHER no show. Since canceling our landline service we have also been billed for a faster internet speed. Originally we were paying for 3MB/ sec. and (on a good day) getting 0.5MB. Now we are being charged for 6MB, and have ZERO internet. To say I am frustrated and extremely exhausted and disappointed would be an understatement.

Barbara Campbell: Excellent service from our local technician; however, had to make 9 calls to the customer service line to finally get an appointment for service set. It appeared fairly clear that the service reps did not want to send a technician to do the necessary repairs. Very frustrating.
Cheryl McComb: I have requested that I service bay to just a basic phone package canceling my cable because the price of the cable package was too high. I was paying over $180 a month for a basic cable package and basic phone service. They canceled all of my service. I depend on a phone line for a life alert. They told me they cannot come out for a week to restore my service. These people are awful. If I could give them a zero star I would. Unfortunately we are limited as to service providers and I am stuck with them for basic phone service.

Kelley Hook: Great local tech, but terrible internet service. In the 5 months we had internet at our business location in Petersburg, we reset our router/called tech support no less than 2X a day. For a local business in a small town, we cannot be without internet that many times. We lost sales due to this issue. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra and go with a cell phone company if you are in the same boat as us and cannot get any other internet company to come to your location. Frontier is not worth it.

Last time I used frontier I only had one outage that lasted an hour or two in a 9 month span but I'm connected to fiberoptic which helps greatly with reliability of the service.

Jack H: We were with Frontier for 30+ years and never had a problem.The first time we did have a problem (so much static in the line that we couldn't even tell if the person who called us was speaking), it was a constant fight just to get a technician out to look at the problem. We were paying close to $4/month for insurance that was supposed to cover everything up to the box mounted on the baseboard in the house...but we had to call and chat and call and argue to get them to send someone out.When the tech finally came, he looked at a box on the outside of the house, plugged something into the box inside the house...and left without even telling me he was leaving. I had my dog in its pen so it wouldn't bother him while he was outside...and he just left!Oh...and the problem was not fixed.I got a text from Frontier asking the the problem had been solved. I texted back that it had not. I never heard another thing from them until I called again and had to argue again to try and get someone to come look at the problem.We're changing carriers. I don't need to give my money to a company that only has good customer service when there are no problems.

Would be a 5 star if frontier was able to facilitate same day or next day burying of the line. Leah Dennison: 1) Was supposed to transfer account from previous roommate to my partner and I (end of September). Failed to add me even though SS# etc was given.2) Had to add myself because otherwise my $50 EBB credit couldn't be applied. Was charged a fee for adding my name even though they guaranteed me they wouldn't because it was their error 10/29.3) Somwhow now have two accounts. Was billed for both and they both are higher than we have ever paid. No $50 credit applied, still have $23 charge for adding me. This was on 11/30.4) One account is now closed out and according to them it was closed Nov 30th, but they took a payment for the closed account on 12/27. We apparently still owe for the other account.. again both Bill's much higher than it's ever been.5) They tell us they are no longer accepting new EBB effective 12/30 (today) even though we are already approved. We are on the phone with them still.. will update later..
Practice Practice: Lack of communication and poor service.
Pam: I have been waiting since July for frontier to bury a line. They showed up one day just to tell me a third party needed to bury the line.... ok. I knew that. Didn’t they??? Had 2 appointments since that no one has shown up for. Spent over 6 hours on the phone over the past few months and still nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
