Eric Arnold: These guys are amazing, the customer service is some of the best I have seen. They dispatch technicians super fast. The internet it’s self is pretty reliable. Only had a few minor issues, we had them fixed within a few hours. The only complain I have and it’s very minor, is that we don’t seem to get the full speed that they advertise but it’s close and still really fast. I would definitely recommend these guys for you internet needs!
Brian Kechel: I tried Frontier DSL, MediaCom Cable both were terrible. I found myself constantly disconnecting my WIFI to use cellular. Baseline Internet is far superior to all other options in my area. Great value for price.

Brian S: I was very excited to finally get Fiber Internet in our area. One of the main providers in the area said they'd be expanding to our area but never did (10+ years after saying they would). The reliability I have received from Baseline has been excellent. They have a small company feel with a very personalized and responsive support team. Great upload and download speeds. They did a great job with the install and cleaned up very nicely after themselves both inside and out. Very impressed 7 months into having service with them.

Generally, their maintenance is performed between midnight and 5:00 am with rare instances where service is interrupted. What a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that values their customers. Michael Blair: We were getting less than 4 Mbps and called to have it looked at. They arbitrarily canceled an appointment we had set a week before with 0 notice. Then they tried scheduling us another week out when I called to complain. After escalating the phone call they set an appointment for us that day at a time that I told them did NOT work for us. They showed up to that one when no one was home. When they called to ask about it I told them we'd be home in the afternoon that day they said they could be there. Guess what? No show again.I switched to frontier the next day and have had much better service, speed, and experiences since. Xfinity then tried to charge us four time our monthly bill to cancel when we did not have a contract with them. Do not go xfinity. Save yourself some trouble.

He helped tremendously when the other store turned us away with hardly any support and over phone customer support had no clue just broken promises.

William Barva: Do not call the customer service number to make a payment go to the store customer service techs can't be trusted made a payment over the phone after calling the store number my payment was held for 3 weeks by some random person had to jump through hoops to get my money back beware of calling customer service to make a payment do it online or use the app honestly just go to the store for any issues at this point I'm super skeptical about calling for anything
Hunter Cook: Just get Frontier. My internet with Xfinity didn’t work for two months, and I’m still waiting for my supposed refund. The internet constantly cuts out, and I had to pay for a new modem because they sent me a broken one. Literally a worst company does not exist.

Junk Mail: Won’t answer calls, won’t answer emails, showed up to this location while online says they are open, no one is here. Been trying to cancel my service for 6 weeks now, no luck. Evan Asper: Had Lloyd installing, went smoothly, internet 500mbps upload and download when testing hard-wired. Would be a 5 star if frontier was able to facilitate same day or next day burying of the line. Said 2 weeks which makes mowing a bit more of a difficult task and feel bad for neighbors who get back of yard it goes through.

Leah Dennison: 1) Was supposed to transfer account from previous roommate to my partner and I (end of September). Failed to add me even though SS# etc was given.2) Had to add myself because otherwise my $50 EBB credit couldn't be applied. Was charged a fee for adding my name even though they guaranteed me they wouldn't because it was their error 10/29.3) Somwhow now have two accounts. Was billed for both and they both are higher than we have ever paid. No $50 credit applied, still have $23 charge for adding me. This was on 11/30.4) One account is now closed out and according to them it was closed Nov 30th, but they took a payment for the closed account on 12/27. We apparently still owe for the other account.. again both Bill's much higher than it's ever been.5) They tell us they are no longer accepting new EBB effective 12/30 (today) even though we are already approved. We are on the phone with them still.. will update later..
Practice Practice: Lack of communication and poor service.
Pam: I have been waiting since July for frontier to bury a line. They showed up one day just to tell me a third party needed to bury the line.... ok. I knew that. Didn’t they??? Had 2 appointments since that no one has shown up for. Spent over 6 hours on the phone over the past few months and still nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
