Well the product was easy to find I had it in my hands with 2 minutes of enterering the store. Now actually paying for the product was a different story. Location was very understaffed it took me a little over 10 minutes to finally get an employee to check me out.

The employees go out of their way to research and help. They are always willing to install wipers, batteries or run a diagnostic no matter the weather. Michael Tassler: Started out at Columbia City "A zone.".. did not have parts. They called the FTW store for me or i could order have parts there by Monday.. i chose to go to Fort Wayne. Before, I went, they had called them and the tech pulled my parts and would be there when I would pick them up, on the Clinton Street Store. As I pulled, into the parking lot. It was full, cars, and saw several A zone peeps on the lot helping their customers for what ever the need was. A welcomed site. I went inside waited in line. My turn. The parts were there as promised. Went pay for them and use my points card. But, left it in my car. Ooops. The tech said it was ok. You can still register for points on line or the app.Nope, can't do it that way. Attempted to go back in, with .y AutoZone card, and ask for help, same tech, she then told me, there is nothing that can be there... it is all done on line after purchasing. What a bummer. Had all kinds of on line issues. I finally got an email from corporate, it will take a few days before they can get back to me. So, with the whole experience with AotoZone, I gave them a 4. But the individual stores , Columbia City a 5, for Wayne, a 4.5, but for corporate involvement, 4.. so overall.4 stars. That is still, good enough, for me to back. And, I will.

Wendy Geisman: Was told from the auto zone in wayendale that this location had the part I needed. That they actually had two in stock. I go clear across town wasting gas, get there was told yet again they have two in stock. He looks maybe 2 minutes if that comes back to me and says we don't have this part. Really then why did you and the other place tell me you did and the computer says you do. Either fix your computers or train your employees to find the parts your customers need. Will never go into another auto zone again. Advanced auto parts employees were friendlier and even offered to order the part I needed.

Westin Motes: Horrible customer service!!! The night manager actually gave me the tools to take my driver headlight off to get to the bulb that had a burnt out low beam and I quote he said "take your time, I'm the night manager so you'll be fine, I won't close up on you", because it was 10 minutes before they were due to close. Then all the sudden I had the other night employee coming out after I already had 5 bolts out and was just about to pull the light bulb out and he was demanding that I give him the tools back. So I walked in and talked to the night manager who proceeded to say that he can't stay open later or they would get in trouble. After I already had over half of my front light fixture taken apart. He basically lied to me in the first place!! So I gave him the borrowed tools back and proceeded to watch him and his employee turn the lights off, lock the door and drive off in their vehicles, leaving me unable to safely/legally drive anywhere and without the tools or means to put my light fixture back on. So I ended up having to call someone with tools to go out of there way to bring me some tools and I drove home with my high beams on and the next day O'Reilly's got my business. AutoZone missed out on well over a $100(premium headlights, windshield washer fluid, motor oil and coolant) sale because they couldn't wait another 10 minutes. Ughhhh I was fuming and I will never, ever shop at any AutoZone for the rest of my life!!!!

Just do yourself a favor and look up the parts on their website so you kind of have an idea of choices and what you're options are for parts . I personally prefer dorman products to duralast which they always push if you're looking for good deal on a battery ask if they got an AC Delco battery for your vehicle once again they push the duralast in fact most stores don't even have them on display . I am 30 year mechanic/machinist

Herb 2: Sometimes I wish the people working there would just listen to what the customer says instead of relying on a computer. Twice I've been there asking for shift linkage bushings that come in a universal pack for all cars. Twice I've had to argue that yes they do sell them it's not listed under any certain vehicle so it won't pull up on your magic know all machine.

Dennis Rice: This store has been through so much let alone management. Went in to check about a price for a part. After looking online figured out about how much I'd be paying. The guy went back got the part and started ringing me up even after asking three times what the price was. Finally said and I mentioned I could pay half that online. Then he went down a few dollars and quoted me a different price. When I mentioned that it was still a little pricey he tapped on his computer and gave me yet another price which while More than I could have gotten it for since I didn't have to wait a day and had personal service was reasonable. But like I said before I walked out if he would have just quoted me the last price the first time I would have taken it. But now that I know what I know I won't be back and waiting one day is not that bad.

Truth in love: I would like to thank Charles for going above and beyond. I had a headlight out in my vehicle and without question he replaced it. He told me they do not normally do headlights like mine because they are difficult to get to. I prayed that God would help me to get this done and he did just that through this gentleman. Thank you, Charles for being an answer to my prayer and getting this done as I was about to leave on a road trip and didn't have the time or extra finances to get this done. Bless you and keep up the great work!!

Dimitri Oswalo: Tested my alternator and told me it "was good". So then I put it back into my vehicle. Only further down the road, my vehicle starts smoking. I stopped at an O'Reily's and test it again and it said good again. however, they offered the kindness of replacing it. I installed the new one and the problem was solved. Really disappointing that they could have simply switched me out and i would have been fine with the warranty, instead of me spending $150 on a new alternator. Will not be coming back

Garvey France: I called intially because my tire went flat and they said they had the correct tire. I desparately needed a new tire because I need to make it to my daugters recital which is across town. I arrived to the magnavox way store only to be met with a tire that was TOO SMALL! I started bawling my eyes out on the floor. I then was trying to install the small tire and BROKE MY NECK in their parking lot. THEY DID NOT CALL 911. I ALMOST DIED.

They had the battery my truck required and within 10 minutes they installed it for me. Two employees helped me with this process, and one was the store manager. I think his name was Mac.
