Today, I stood in the shipping office for 30 minutes before anyone even shows up. then sit in the dock for 3 and 1/2 hours waiting for the green light, just to be told that they can't get any paperwork because they don't know what got loaded on my trailer.

Viking Warrior BB: Place is a JOKE! Drivers sit for hours! These people can't even get their own employees under control to load the proper product! Hate coming here! If you come here, you will be out of hours and be treated poorly! Refuse loads or you will regret it!

Worked 10 hours carried myself and probably look bad that I walked out. But oh well ...more to life than money and options are everywhere. Dont go unless you have no self respect.

Joe Andrews: Horrible company to work for. As a welder I have never been disrespected so much at a company. Good welders get stuck in the spots nobody wants. While lazy unskilled people can throw a fit and get moved if they dont like were they are at. No life working 70+ hours. interview and orientation never said anything about mandatory 7 days a week. When you work 12 hour shifts with no days off it doesn't take long to hate your job.

Gerry Stinson: From the moment I pulled in the lot I was yelled at, the lot is not made for large vehicles because they pile so many racks in the way. As I ask how to get paperwork signed the forklift driver said knock on the door. So I did and Carlos came out yelling at me saying that I knocked to many times (I only did 4 knocks) he said it was to loud. And I said how am I supposed to know what’s behind this door? It’s a factory and I never been inside. I continued to say why is everyone so uptight. And he said cause we deal with this everyday! ( in a irate voice) smh. I think they need some anger management here. I would definitely try to avoid this place if possible.

Dark Storm: This Facility is disorganized. I was on the property for over 4hrs delivering dry-van freight. It is extremely tight to maneuver when leaving. Plan to be there awhile if this is one of your stops.

No one there knew what was going on, no one was in charge, they kept sending us from one door to another door to another for 3 hours, down narrow hairpin alleys to back into buildings with doorways barely big enough for the side mirrors to clear. We had to involve broker to get loaded. STEER CLEAR

Gate opens at 7am Before then there will be signs that read gate closed.use main gate. There is a gaurd fpr check in .Delivered there 1 am got dock right way

D B: Just posting to give easy directions from 69. Take exit 305, onto Illinios (E) to left on Hillegas (N). Follow that to right on State (E), might want to take both the straight and turning lane, swing wide its a truck ya know. Make the left after the railroad tracks to check in at the west gate for pu and del. Parts aren't ready for my load. So can't speak to load time. But reading through all these routes... don't gotta make it that hard.

Major Singh: This dock is ridiculous. I had to do a sharp u-turn to turn the truck around(tearing up my trailer tires). Backing into this building dock wasn't the worst but sharp u-turns are unacceptable.fast unloading.open 24 hours

Gutterball: If you are going to docks 61 or 62 get here when 1st shift is here the guy is fast and friendly. If you get here for 2nd shift the kid is so slow he will take over 2 or more hours to unload you.

Vasile Tulbu: I wish I could give them-5 stars, I was sent to the dock but shortly after I backed up a guy came out and told me that I’m in wrong dock, send me to another one, back up in that one and the same story, I get to the 3rd one and I was asking the guy to come outside to take a look if this stuff is coming to them. Yes it’s for us but we have a shift change in 40 minutes so when the next guy is getting here you let him know that the load is coming to this place, the guy shows up 30 minutes later after shift change. I asked him if he can give me an estimate of how long it would take and he is telling me that he need to do other stuff around and then he will take care of truck that he was in the dock when I pulled in, I asked him once again if he can give me something in order to let my next customer know when I will get to them, he just turned the music louder and left. Now I have to cancel my next load. So my advice is before you get to the dock go inside and ask them to come out to take a look at the stuff you bring in, also if you can, avoid it at all cost, it’s not worth it. Rude unprofessional people.

Ty Mills: Follow the signs to the gate you can barely see them. It will be a sign out side the gate to let you know where to turn into. Went in the 1st and the people were really rude. I guess they hate their job. I finally made it to the next and correct gate once I got there I checked in make sure you have a vest and know your trailers info and license plate for you trailer. Once I got to my dock I was in and out in less than 20mins those people were nice. Now that I know what gate to go to I’ll go back if I had to lol

caden wilchar: Worked here for three weeks. Went through the week of orientation everything was fine. Got on to the floor Thursday Friday to Learn and team leader and supervisor were no where to be found was pretty much self taught and team leader had a terrible attitude and never came over to teach in those two days. Went on layoff for 4th of July week came back Monday. And was told to move to a different job 1 hour into shift. Next day put me back at old job and within 2 hours said I was moving to slow. I then talked about no training and then they let me go. And I haven’t gotten paid from those two days. Almost two weeks later. Terrible work environment

Not knowing wat to do I was waiting in my truck.The same person not saying a word before started screaming and banging my door whit his fist.When I shared my experience whit the supervisor she sad if I'm gonna have bad review about the company I'm not allowed there anymore.....
