Demetrius Davidson (Digital Transient): Went here with my wife to get our license and one of the customer service reps (a woman) was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. She wrote the wrong address on our marriage certificate then gave us an attitude about wanting to correct it. In fact, she lied to my wife and said making amendments on your license isn't possible (which it is). I did some research online then came in to have it corrected, thankfully others were there so she got her act together. I'd fire her if I could.
Christine Gunzel Manatt: Should be noted no cellphones or electronics are allowed in the building. Wish they'd mentioned that on the website.

Ali Piska: Definitely the worst bmv in indiana, never good service and hire the dumbest people. Would recommend going to literally any other bmv.
Ron Clark: Pine Valley BMV: what a positive experience. I went in on my lunch hour, fingers crossed for no lines. The new kiosks certainly are helping because I was sitting only a minute after I got my number. Updated by drivers license and was out of there in 12 minutes. Super efficient. Everyone was so courteous and efficient and they were getting people through extremely fast. Well done on the business applications you have installed. This is my new BMV :) Thank you.
Gregory Pond: Switching plates and registration from old lease to new lease, in and out in 18 minutes, amazing! This was also around 5pm, their efficiency is on point!

Emir R: They don’t know what anything about CDL rules. I went change my CDL license and they just took my Hazmat endorsement that I added on my CDL a year ago by telling me that I need to take another test. My test is good for 5 years and I’m just changing my CDL a only thing I have to do is take fingerprint not take another test. But they are not listening or willing to find info. Option take a test or leave. Unbelievable!??? Very disappointed!!
Jennifer Lafferty: Lightening fast, in and out in like 10 minutes. Getting registration and plates for a new car. Lots of cleaning being done also. A+
Juliet Green: Terrible... They sent a title to my old car to an a previous old address that I said do not send to which caused a lot of drama because we don’t talk to that person whose house it got sent too, every time I call there is long wait lines. Then, I went in person to buy another title which I told them for my old car and they sent me a title in the mail for my new car. So angry.
Anthony New: Super helpful and courteous. They work fast to get you in and out quickly as to minimize your wait.
Beth Horne: I went in about 3 weeks ago to fill out a request for title. My bank states they did not receive it. Trying to contact the bmv here without missing an entire day of work to physically go in and wait for hours is impossible. Worst state department in history!

Austin Northcutt: Very fast and very polite and helpful. Arrived close to open and was about 10 people back in line. I had my number called within 5 minutes or so and had everything taken care of within 20 minutes. Not a painful experience at all!
Becca Essig: Very nice staff, quick service, and usually minimal wait. If you read instructions online before going in so you have all the necessary documents, the trip will be very fast. If you're super in a rush, make an appointment online before so you can just pop in and out.
Cho R: Horrible service and long wait . Make sure you verify your transactions. They charge fees for nothing.
Jesse Boley: This location and it's employees are a waste of oxygen and space. I have been there 3 times for the same reason and every time I get told something different. Extremely sick of wasting my time with these people. Not to mention extremely slow

Jango IG88: The entire staff keeps this facility running at maximum proficiency. Justice is served because of the outstanding computer systems and technology the staff maintain. It is beautiful thing to witness. A very clean organized building with great lighting restrooms and a strong police presence.Attend!!!!!

Helen Powers: I hated it!! While trying to renew my registration, the kiosk took all but $5 of my payment. It then kicked me out and kept my money. I had to go thru a bunch of red tape to show I paid the money the machine kept. I ended up having to drive on expired plates until the issue was fixed.
