Helen Powers: I hated it!! While trying to renew my registration, the kiosk took all but $5 of my payment. It then kicked me out and kept my money. I had to go thru a bunch of red tape to show I paid the money the machine kept. I ended up having to drive on expired plates until the issue was fixed.

Not banksy: Pretty streamlined procedures these days, in my opinion. My only gripe is the info on the website is somewhat vague when it comes to what exactly you need to bring to the bmv when titling an out of state vehicle.

I tried to get a handicap plate for my mother after they gave her a paper to fill out bring it back to them and they denied me to get it for her like why the hell did you have me have her fill it out. We almost got a ticket for just having a thing for the window. You guys should be ashamed. I'm very disappointed.

William Moore: Bmv connect center is convenient in the sense i needed to renew my license and i was able to do it after hours, i was able renew my license and recieved a tracking number and reciept and estimated date of arrival. Didnt even need to wait in line

Abby T: Was on hold for 45 minutes, just to be told that you have to come into the BMV to get a replacement sticker (tag). Doesn’t say anything on their website that states that you HAVE to come into the building to get a replacement tag. It states that you can make changes by calling. What needs to be states is what you CAN do by phone and what you HAVE TO do in the building.

Don Needham: Customer service was attentive while informative about what other documents I need to bring in for my DAV license plate and my real ID requirements for public flights. I had maybe a 15 minute wait inside, but no wait outside just after 4:00 pm.
Eldon Lackey: In and out less then a hour people at New Haven IN. DMV are super nice and very knowledgeable
Robert Knuckles: I was in and out of the BMV withing half an hour. The staff member who processed my paperwork was fast, efficient and courteous.

Peanut Head: They were closed for no reason so I had to use the kiosk just for it to not work properly. We got all the way to the end of our transaction just for the screen to stop working on one side of the screen. Basically a waste of time unless you're doing something extremely simple. Just do it online.
Ronald Miller: The service was excellent I was in and out in 5 to 10 minutes I had three registrations taken care of.
Danielle Gill: The BMV by Kroger is closed Google just hasn't updated it yet. The actual BMV is across the street. I haven't been in there yet because when I tried it was closed from September 2nd to October 2nd, I'm guessing due to staffing.
