Today was the first time anybody ever talked to me. (I called and got hold of a live person.) They claim they never asked us to do any work for them. They claim They just asked us to drive by an look at something that was inside of a building. they claim they never asked us to do work for them. It is not in our business practices to "Drive by" then do six hours work on a project without a request for work. Do not do business with this company. They do not pay their bills.

M (BubbleOrb): The washer stopped and froze up mid wash. my cloes got locked in the wash I had to walk down to the gass station the person that got it open didnt care at all and cus it stoped it didn't do the spen cycle to my cloes. They were soked I asked if he could just run the spin cycle on them some how he just turned and walked off. witch ment I had to leav them in the dryer longer then normal witch means I actually ended up paying more cus there washer messed up.

Jalani Slater: It's a generic laundry mat. It's affordable for the area. It's not the cleanest, but not filthy. 99% of the machines do work and have been upgraded over the past year. The area has some foot traffic from the gas station and other businesses, so it's not too shady after dark.

I tell you not to go there but they are connected to a lot of other businesses so I'm going to leave them out of this one. 🙄😑😒😄...but yes the laundromat here is very clean very nice they're open about 24 hours a day 7 days a week staff is not there usually and if they are they stay within their little room back there doesn't bother anyone have cameras out so it is watch over like I said it's very clean people come in and out of there nice and quiet they even got leather electronic massage chairs in it but also there's no bathroom for public use they have chairs to sit in and they also have benches with tables and chairs folding tables extra large dryers extra large washers just everything accommodating they're very peaceful in there so nice place to wash clothes I do there at times when I don't do it at home so I am for you to go here when it comes to going to this somewhat of a strip mall but don't go in the other end to Jefferson Express the BP gas station they have problems down there them people down there make you want to do something to them because of their mouth one minute your boss the next minute you might be getting called the just say out of your name I seen it happened it got tried with me and I let that manager that work in their nose don't do me because I'm right outside your protective glass and I ain't got nothing but me out here so it's just not a good place to go they can put you in a bad mood and put a bad taste in your mouth just like the food they serve their don't even try it get something out the store if you go there and go do not buy no food out of there smells like horse butt but the laundromat is straight is on the other end you won't have to worry about them there I give them kudos 😁❤️😊👌🏽👍🏽🖖🏽 100,000,000,000 ‼️ Amerigod ♉♾️✡️🕉️✝️⚛️☯️☮️

One customer got made and the cops showed up. There has been multiple complaints is what the officers said but things aren't getting done fast enough. If I could I would give a negative 5 stars!

I think this is probably the best facility I've come across for doing my laundry it's very eco-friendly and it also helps save money on utility costs from at home. I would greatly recommend laundry Express for people who want to get their laundry done in a timely fashion and saving time and money on their end.

Several trash bins. Laundry service is an option too. Early bird special $100 off all washers is Sunday from 7am to 9am. Extended hours to 10pm now which is really convenient. Free wifi is a nice bonus. We can multitask and work while getting the laundry done. Definitely recommend this laundromat.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the machines they had, yet last week they replaced all the washers. The ones before were already good so after using the new ones a few minutes ago I am even more impressed with this place. The place is clean, good lighting, and the washers and the dryers work really good. 5 stars nothing bad to say and they will continue to have my business even if I move away from this side of town it would be worth the trip to me.

One washer did not rinse or spin. Had to wash my load again in another washer—another $9. Again no attendant for a refund or to report the problem. Then “new drier” not even full to the line marked required two paid cycles.The place is filthy. No attendant. And totally OVER priced. Never never again.

I didn’t know this laundromat had Ozone powered machines and this helped my stains on my clothes go away. I had used all tricks to get these stains off my clothes but could never get them out, and as soon as I found out this place had Ozone washing I immediately wanted to try it! And it worked!

C N: The washers and dryers do their job. Although overloading the washers won't do you any good as they don't use a lot of water to wash. The place is clean most of the time. There is not a person in charge most of the time and if you run into any trouble, you have to go to the gas station next door to get help. Also they are supposed to have free WiFi for customers but their WiFi only works half the time so don't count on enjoying their free WiFi every time you're here. This is the reason why I only gave them 4 ⭐UPDATE:The place is clean most of the time. Although some customers are horrible at keeping it clean. Why they can't throw the fabric softener sheets in the trash bin only a few feet away instead of throwing them on the floor is beyond me!Seems they finally fixed their Wifi issues and the last few times I've come here, I've been able to connect to their WiFi and enjoy the internet.I am changing my rating to 5 ⭐ now.Thank you and keep up the good work guys!UPDATE # 2They increased their prices and for the wash you get it's not worth it anymore.I also like to surf the web while I'm doing my laundry but once again their WiFi doesn't work most of the time.I've had enough of this place! Shakiya Collier: One of my favorite laundry places in Fort Wayne. Machines run anywhere froM $3.91-8.91 which may seem pricey but they have very high quality machines! Quick washes as well under 30 minutes for any machine and my clothes always come out very clean without over using laundry detergent! Highly recommend

Karina S: To the owners, if you are going to renovate the building (paint, dry wall, etc.) CLOSE the building! It felt inconvenient to even be there. The fumes from the paint alone were unbearable.You also need to have more knowledgeable, people friendly staff to explain the new cards. I had to explain to a customer that you dont take quarters anymore. One of the workers even let one of the customers look for his dry cleaning behind the counter! M Gray (Doily): My first time was pretty good, and then the second time their dryers ended up burning my clothes. I used two of the large dryers with a load in each on high, as a woman had previous instructed me when I was previously there due to them not drying well. I went to check, and my blanket was melted together in spots with the other being rouged and ruined. Three of the six pairs of pants I wear daily are ruined. I went to the woman up front and to tell her and inquire if this was normal, and she said she doesn't know how that happened and didn't seem to care. She said it was just one dryer, but it was both dryers. There was no apology or offer to help fix the damage. I cannot find these pants anywhere online. WIth the looks of the business, they may not want to replace or repair faulty dryers, and this is an unethical way to run a business. I will not be coming back and am wondering how many other places are run this way.

Lola Bentley: Dropped 3 sleeping bags and stuff sacks off at this facility for dry cleaning. All of the sleeping bags, which are down, and sacks now have holes in them. All of these items are intended to be water resistant. One of the sleeping bags came back damp and smelling of mildew. Posting this because I would hate for someone to use this facility and make the same mistake I did.

Mitchell Druckemiller: On 1/15/2023 I had a terrible and embarrassing situation when I was shopping for cat litter, cat food, and flea medicine…When I first entered the store I was checking out all the cool Carhartt stuff up front when I heard the woman at the cash register talking with her lady friend (who was not an employee) and the lady responded with “I’m on it”.The lady (and possibly her very creepy son and husband) proceeded to follow me through the store and as I was looking for a toy for my cat, pretended to be shopping near me—staring at me every time I looked up.They followed me to every aisle until I was finally humiliated enough to confront them and throw down the cat litter in my hands and tell them I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable, to which they feigned ignorance and replied “we don’t even work here”, not even having the guts to tell me why the cashier was having them follow me around.I was treated like a criminal simply for the way I looked apparently (which isn’t even all that strange in 2023) when I was simply looking to buy stuff for my cat and maybe a new Carhartt beanie for myself.I will never return to this establishment. Not that that will make a difference whatsoever to the woman working the cash register who had me followed the moment I walked in the store. I hope she feels good about herself.
