Ryan Datta: Pearl at the pharmacy keeps me going to this pharmacy location. She’s the most caring laid back coolest pharmacist ever. I enjoy making my bi weekly stops to visit her and her crew always make getting my meds an absolute breeze. 10/10 would go back for meds. To all the naysayers I say this! What is there to hate about cvs? They sell pills and candy!
Ronda Shepersky: Kudos to Jason, pharmaceutical customer service rep who exhibited exceptional customer service skills and went above and beyond his job duties and responsibilities when he patiently assisted me in transferring my prescriptions that I had forgotten when I was on my way to Midland, Michigan. I normally get my prescription at the CVS in Indpls, and this medication keeps my heart ticking, it's a medication I can't skip. For some reason, I disappeared in the CVS system and he worked diligently and patiently while I was on a different call to the Indpls CVS while they searched their records for my prescription that I usually get there. Kudos to Jason who was patient and assisted me in getting my script! Awesome employee CVS!!!

Kalesia Neuhaus: I had the worst phone experience with the pharmacist! She was incredibly rude and wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence. I called to find out if one of my patients was able to fill his prescription because I had received a notification that there was a problem. The women shouted “name and DOB” at me before I even finished telling her who I was. When I have the information that she wanted, she, again shouted, “it is completed”. I tried to ask if that meant that the patient was able to pick up the prescription but she kept shouting at me, again before I finished my sentence that “it is complete”. I told her that she didn’t need to be rude but I just want to make sure my patient was taken care of. She hung up on me before I finished my sentence! I called back to talk to the manager and got her again on the phone. She told me she was the manager! Then I asked if she was the women I spoke with and, again she Interrupted me saying “can I help you” . I again tried to talk and she said again “can I help you”. After repeating herself about 4 times, talking over me, she hung up on me! I have never had such a bad experience calling a pharmacy! I will not send my patients to that pharmacy if I can help it!
Kacey George: Extremely rude pharmacy staff. And very bad at time estimates. Called beforehand to see when the prescriptions would be ready, went there at the time they said and then had to wait AN HOUR to get it filled. Ridiculous.

Natalie: I called to get a price of an OTC med and spoke with the pharmacist. She stated approx it would be $14 but when I got there to pick it up it was a lot more. When the person at the counter told her about it, she said “sorry it’s in the wrong spot that’s the best I could see from over here” she couldn’t walk 10 feet to check a specific price tag and was very rude about it. The gentleman who rung me up was super nice though and apologized a few times. Thank you Aidan! I’m sorry your pharmacist is very rude! I can’t imagine how it is to work with her.

It was so rude of her to point finger and saying it so loud like I don’t speak English. When she found the medication she was saying nonsense like the name on insurance was spell different than doctor note when I showed her it’s spell the same she still didn’t believe me and keep saying nonsense in rude tone. Than when she was given back the ID she scream to me with a laugh like it’s normal. I hope they take action and show respect to costumer next time

Hardly ever get prescriptions when promised, when they say they need prior authorization and that they have called my doctor and are waiting to hear back from them and I call my doctor, my doctor says the pharmacy has never called them(this has happened numerous times), I have also had very rude phone conversations pharmacy technicians. The ONLY reason I haven't switched pharmacies is I do like the reward bucks but lately they have managed to even screw those up lately, saying the code on the coupon doesn't match the account?? I don't even know how that happens but if they don't get that straightened out really quick I will be taking my business to Walmart, which all my monthly prescriptions come up to over $3000. This location needs some SERIOUS HELP!!!

THOMAS EBETINO: They're always very curious in preparing my medication. The pharmacist as a good recollection of their regular patients/customers. Their stuff are very patient and courteous and looking up information on medication insurance all around their pharmacy is a good staff. The pharmacy does close at 6:00 on the weekends though. They also offered text when your prescription is done.

Jae Staults: Called a day head of my refill date on my script to make sure my doctors office called it in i was told "yes its here we will have it filled for you tomorrow". I went there the following day to pick it up and the old hag at the drive thru window told me they dont have the script at all. So with it being Saturday and the doctors office being closed i just went home. I called cvs again Sunday morning and told them i was told they dont have my script could they please double check. I was then told yes we do have it. And it was filled yesterday. So i went to pick it up i didnt initially count it right away until that evening and they shorted me 30 capsules of my medication and put qaunity 60 on the label. There was only 30 capsules there! I dont know if theyll fix it but they charged my insurance for the correct amount. I'll be showing up with the police first thing in the morning to have cameras reviewed. This place needs shut down!!!
Kirk Teeters: Employees care about the customers. Down side is there is no HIPPA zone. If you phone in a refill, they never hit the promised time the first time. I have learned if you want to pick up your refill at noon, tell the automated system that you want to pick it up at 9;30. I have been in the CVS on the Las Vegas strip. Even if they have to do an RX transfer from Indiana to Vegas, and no matter how many people are in line that store always hits the promised pick up time. They also have a HIPPA zone. Just goes to show that it can be done.

Cindy Stuckey: Long waits to speak to pharmacist. Three hours after prescription was called in by doctor, the pharmacist said no prescription had been called in. Then an hour later I got a text that the medication was ready. Huge runaround that took hours of time.
L. Flick: Don’t expect them to answer the phone even after 45 minutes and if they do you will be hung up on. When you go you’ll be rudely dismissed then if they can finish your prescription they will announce your name so you can’t hear and wait longer than you have to. This experience has reminded me why I never go to this location and I suggest you don’t either.

Every time I go to CVS on Rudisill Blvd/Calhoun street, rather to shop, pick up a prescription or both, I get great customer service. Today, I spoke with Irene, which I have done so many times in the pass. Her customer service, friendly smile and knowledge products sold, are amazing. I also love how I save money using my CVS rewards points. Thank you CVS!!!

Ash Bauer: Every month there is an issue with one of my prescriptions that I get filled consistently there. And the drive thru line is always crazy long. Sat in line for just shy of an hour last month! The one pharmacist is always rude when I have to inevitably call them, bc it seems to be a different issue each time. Have had to call my Dr. to have them call in & even they say she is inexplicably rude. Today I had 3 RX called in by a new dr. When we got there they said they only had 2 that were in process. Again had to call a Dr. to make them set things right. I have horrible bronchitis & I’m covered in hives. It’s been 6 hours & they still haven’t been filled, 2 of which are the punch out pill containers too! Last time I’m sending any of my RX there!
Angie McDonald: I don't understand why you can't sell Claritin d in drive thru... very rude and didn't even offer a reason. After sitting in line outside with a toddler and needed to go inside to buy. Hummmm lots of sick people and long line inside. Very disappointed.
Joel Kuhn: The store itself is fine, but I've gotten 5 covid tests there now and 3 were misbilled. Two of them were billed to my old insurer, and one was billed to an insurer in Georgia. Now I have $400 in outstanding bills. Mind you, every time you register for a test, you have to attach a picture of your current insurance card, so there is absolutely no excuse.

Rowen Gingerich: CVS pharmacy is a hit or miss. Some of the employees really go out of their way to assist customers, while others act like they couldnt be bothered. Its also super annoying that they never have my medication in stock even though i get it filled around the same day every month. You would think they would stock it in anticipation of a customer's consistent prescription but i guess not. Or at the very least notify me of it being out of stock shortly after receiving the script so i still have time that day to contact my doctor to send it elsewhere rather than wait till the very end of the day.

James Wyatt: Don’t waste your time, because they will do that for you. They always take about 15-20 minutes per vehicle in the drive thru. My prescription should have been filled yesterday. Get there today and had to wait 20 minutes! People are waiting in lines (plural), phone is ringing and the staff isn’t busy talking about upcoming vacations. Will never return!

Deena Mattern: Have been sick made appointment at minute clinic. Show up for my scheduled appointment on time, then told a “walk in” who needed numerous shots needed Atleast a 30 minute visit would be taken care of first over my scheduled appointment. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment then? The nurse was not rude but I believe they should have taken a scheduled appointment over a walk in that requires Atleast 30 minutes for shots. I clearly don’t feel well, just wanted seen real quick for my scheduled appointment and go home. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. So I guess walk in is the best way to go from now on. I left.
straightedge73: I filled a script for an antibiotic there on 3/27. I get up at 4 to take it and notice that the pill count doesn't look right so I double check and instead of the 30 I was prescribed and paid for, I was given 21. What is the purpose of that? 9 of them aren't going to help the thief but it will hurt me. Filing a complaint with corporate AND the State board. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Starr Sapp: I usually don't have a problem here. However there's a cashier up front Caucasian woman who is very very rude. I went Make a purchase using there rewards money thing. I wanted to use it all up at once. After scanning my items I had a little bit of rewards left decided to get some candy. She told me to push the button if I wanted a receipt or not. I didn't wanna do that knowing it end the transaction. She insisted so I did. She then said oops it ended the transaction action. Yes I rolled my eyes at her. She the very rudely snatches the candy to put it back. Never asking if I still wanted it or assuming I didn't have cash. Which I did have. She looked down her nose at me and was rude the whole time. Get better help.

Matt Lehmann: The staff in the Minute Clinic went above and beyond, took time to talk with me through what I was dealing with at the time, and made me feel very comfortable. When I had questions, they engaged and explained what was necessary. I met with the NP (won't give her name), and left confident that I had been given great care and satisfactory answers to questions. They took care of the issues, gave me what I needed, and I felt listened to.I arrived at CVS 5 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. I was in and out quickly- 15 minutes with the NP, and another 15 waiting for a prescription.I cannot comment on previous reviews, but because of the previous reviews I felt that I need to leave this one. I will not hesitate to use this particular Minute Clinic next time.

Trista Herndon: Not sure what is going on with this store (pharmacy), but they have people working here that are very unprofessional, rude, and do not know how to do their job. I have been a long time customer and have watched this pharmacy decline dramatically in the past year. I understand mistakes, the things I have dealt with are just pure laziness. I am switching to a different pharmacy asap. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case for a lot of customers.

Went back to get it and they told me it wasn’t filled and was not put as a priority and no longer had a pharmacist to fill and could not get it till tomorrow. It will tell you it will connect, then say it can’t connect & hang up on you. If you need something, they probably have it. If you want to call on the phone call somewhere else.

Jesse Holt: Online CVS offers copy and print services. However, I just visited two separate stores and found that all I can print is photographs. None of the staff at either location had any idea what I was talking about. I'm sure it's a fine pharmacy/ convenience store, but they should NOT be advertising DOCUMENT COPYING, when they don't offer it. Website says almost 5000 stores, which to my understanding is basically all of them. So, good job, thanks for wasting my time.

Ann Schelling: Liz the tech at drive thru pharmacy was rude from the start. Then when I asked if the price was with insurance twice she got very rude. Started yelling. Refused to check for a lower price at drive thru with no line behind me. Did not ask for care number. Then started laughing at me. First and last time to full scripts here. Also, they were out of half my order.

Tim Moriarty: Would give zero stars if possible. Needed my COVID booster. Signed up online for a 10:15 appointment. Checked in with my confirmation code at the "Minute Clinic." Put the code in at the CVS kiosk and let them know I was there for my booster. CVS employee came out and told me she had no appointments at that time. Sent me to the "Consultation" line. The employee there asked me to fill out paper work, I told them I already did online, and gave her my COVID shot record. Then tells me my appointment is at the Minute Clinic and I need to go there. Told her they sent me over to this line. I was pretty upset by that time and just walked out. Forgot my COVID card, so I went back to get it. Pharmacist tells me, "if you want your shot now I'll give it to you right now." I agree. She gives me the shot and says, "You're now good with your flu shot." Wait a minute... I'm here for my COVID shot! She offers to give me that too, but I decline on the advice of my doctor not to get both at the same time. Went to Walgreens across the street to buy my $9.99 product. UGGHH! Never again, CVS.
Irie Stuerzenberger: This place and everything about it is a joke. Horrible pharmacy staff (Karen Bennett) that are rude and can’t enter prescriptions properly, then make you call and do all the work they’re supposed to do. They never have things in stock, they don’t update their hours for holidays , unprofessional staff, etc. Because of my insurance I have to use CVS and I miss Walgreens that much more every time I have to deal with this place.

Amy Cater: I tried printing off pictures at this location because Walgreens wouldn't allow me to print the certian pictures off. So today Tuesday January 4th I went in to pick them up and they got very nasty with me saying that I didn't send them in when I did. Was going to ask for the manager of the store but I just left. Not returning if they continue to be that nasty.
Sunflower Moon: Horrible! Around 6:00pm on December 21, 2021, I came to return a photo that I picked up earlier that I felt was a bit blurry. Online it said they should be able to return photos if it does not satisfy us. Two blond ladies quickly stated that they cannot return and then one older lady opened the photo to ask me "are you a photographer?". She was trying to say that I am not an expert to determine whether or not a photo is blurry or not. Incredibly distasteful. The other lady started getting loud at me about my license and that's when I had to tell her "ok, calm down.". I am an 18 year old girl who did not expect grown women to badger me like this. They brought their manager who then stood right next to me staring at me with a sneer until she kept making snide remarks about my situations like "I'm not worried because we never return photos" and she was giggling at me. While I was talking to my sister to get her to contact customer service, she kept making remarks to rebuttal my private conversation. Finally, customer service told us that they apologize that my specific store had disrespectful employees and that they should have no problem returning the photo, the online people were able to refund us and were stunned at our experience. The lady kept telling me that I needed a receipt online, even though I have a physical receipt. Made no sense! I told her that she was incredibly disrespectful and that all of them were snarky towards me. She said out loud in a condescending tone, "Oh, THANK YOU!" Then I see her run to her manager to talk all about it. Three grown woman badgering a young girl even though I was nice. They were nice to everyone else but me and I noticed I was the only person of color. I was offended and I will never come back. I have told all of my close friends and family and they are utterly shocked and will never give money to this horrible managed establishment. Hate has no place in a business. I will be making further complaints to make sure these three ladies are held accountable for their actions. There is a reason this place has such low reviews.
Tim Fulton: Phone number is incorrect. It calls east state.Also , it puts you into an automated system that will just loop if you have a question beyond what the computer can answer.

David Kolhoff: This is a review of the CVS.com vaccination scheduling website. It’s very poor. Too many questions and then drops your effort when you take the requested photo of your insurance card. It also fails to recognize that a Medicare Advantage insurance plan is part of Medicare. I have tried to use the online scheduling twice in last several weeks and failed both times. My advice is just show up or call.
D Will: A disgrace to the community. Weeds are waist high bushes un kept and grass not mowed. You can't even read the led sign.

Lisa Harris: A couple of years ago, I wrote a bad review of this pharmacy. They have improved so much! They are very helpful and professional. They have worked very hard getting qualified people. Thank you for all you have done. It is very much appreciated.
alexis gooding: This is the worst pharmacy.They guess on refills/quantity if they can’t read the doctor's handwriting, the pharmacist asked me what my medicine was for “because [she] would be asleep on that dosage”, and they have given me the wrong quantity of pills numerous times. Not once in all of the times they have messed up do they call and confirm the prescription with the doctor's office. This is particularly disturbing when I take a controlled substance and they are so lackadaisical with it. I keep thinking it might be a fluke, but after the 4th wrong prescription, it is definitely them.

Connie Miller: You would not believe the experience I’ve had at two CVS stores trying to get my prescriptions refilled. I am not going into detail because it came to the point of ad nausea him with their insufficient help! Previously, I had gone to Kroger and they just did a fabulous job but unfortunately insurance changed and they will be hearing from me too. Several times I called CVS only to have no one answer after waiting 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and then an hour and a half and still no answer! Thn they act like they know nothing about what you’ve been talking about so evidently we need to get some help in there that knows what’s going on

Elizabeth Metz: I wish I would have read the reviews before moving all my medications here. I know they are overworked, but my God the people working the pharmacy are the RUDEST people. The actual pharmacist snapped on me in front of his staff and a line of people, just because i didnt understand him. I didn't understand his confusing wording on why my meds weren't ready, when I was told they would be the day before, when I originally went in to pick it all up. He snapped on me and said "you're not listening to what I am telling you" in a disgusted tone. I had not, and still did not raise my voice to him. He is a grown man snapping on women. That is NOT OK. The only thing this store has going for it is the sweetest girl working the front. She's young with brown hair, but she is more mature than your pharmacist. She saw me crying as I left the store and offered to get her mangers, but I knew he would hold my medications if I complained about him right away. Now that I have my meds I would like to warn others to avoid this place.

dana b: The location is convenient of course but there is ALWAYSSS a wait. If you have something to do then don’t bother stopping to get your meds. When you go ensure you have plenty of free time and your schedule is clear. I was recently in line for 40min 🤦🏾‍♀️when I got to the window they didn’t have all my meds which I called in and was supposed to be ready with the others ,so I had to go back for another long wait.

Carolyn Burch-Hinton: I called about my son's 2nd Covid shot at 7/26 at 7:30pm at the CVS Lima Rd and Carroll. The pharmacist said if I got there before 7:45pm my son could get the shot. I got there at 7:40pm. The pharmacist and her employee purposefully waited on customers that came in after me. Then at 7:50pm she finally waited on me a told it to late and just come back tomorrow.

Terri Beaty: Worst experience ever. Arrived at 9 waited 20 minutes,finally a tech arrived and told me it will be at least an hour before they have a pharmacist. Left, came back at noon,stood in long line, script not filled, that was called in yesterday. Waited another 45 minutes with a toddler. Finally got my script filled. Will never shop there again.
Nathan King: Horrific experience! Went to get a COVID booster and the pharmacist took 10 min to enter my insurance info in the system to later be told that it wouldn’t go through! Needless to say I went right down to Walgreens and within one min it was approved!

Julie Reynolds: Store manager very rude and pharmacy not very helpful at this location. I thought I would change my pickup location back to them because it's closer but nothing has changed :( I would not recommend only frustrated when you come out.
M S: If you come in with UPS package and you see Menager coming, turn around don’t waste your time listening to him, he will tell you system is down “every time”. On the other hand if is employee “all good” I tested this more than 6 times.

Nate: Paige is extremely rude for no reason at all. My medication was supposed to be refilled a week ago and when I call and ask if it has come through (since it is on back order) once a day, since apparently it is "randomly" restocked, I was shocked and appalled when she grew immediately exasperated and told me to call my doctor. Also she hung up on me after giving me major attitude. Needless to say I will call my doctor and have him transfer my prescription to a different location even though this one is closer to me.

morgan miller: Never would I recommend this pharmacy. My prescription was incorrectly sent to Lima/Carroll Rd. CVS by the ER physician. Myself, along with Walgreens (my preferred pharmacy) have been trying for 24hrs to get CVS to fax my prescription over. The cvs pharmacist who spoke with Walgreens stated “they didn’t have time to fax it and would get to it at some point”, which they never did. I have two antibiotics I desperately need to start on and am unable to thanks to the pettiness and negligence of CVS pharmacy on Lima/Carroll Rd.

Glitch InTheBody: I work for doordash and while shopping for my order I ended not finding 2 things for my customer so after I found everything on my list I waited up front for them to not to be busy to see if I could have a little help or be told where I might find the products but before I could even ask the lady up front yelled at me to find it myself if im with doordash. So I went to try to look again (never did find it) but overhead them talking about how lazy doordashers are

Brent Serre: Stopped in today (12/1/2020) to pick up a prescription through the drive through. Pulled into the far right lane with my driver mirror folded in as it is more welcoming for full sized vehicles. I was told that lane was for "drop off only" and was told to pull around to go through the left lane. I obliged, as silly as it seemed, and when I pulled in, the lane was so small that it caused ~$800 in damage to my truck from scraping across their large yellow lane poles.
