Lori Gonzales: I was on hold for hours on multiple days trying to cancel the policy. One day I was on hold for 4 hours only to get disconnected. Another day I got thru but then got transferred around and then was on hold again and disconnected. I finally called a different number and got thru to someone after a couple of months.
BradSmith992: I had canceled my policy and my old job didn't cancel through them and I was charged twice and I called and they sent me two checks for my full amount that I paid. Thier customer service is great and friendly. They are an all around good company in my opinion.
