Joel Webb: I've used Berner for my Auto and Home insurance for 10+ years. I've even re-quoted a dozen of other companies for comparable rates and service a few years ago. Rates are at or below anyone else, and their customer service makes them jump way to the top. You really can't find any better. They make everything so easy!

Steven Cirino: Terrible company, agent is almost always never available, must leave multiple voicemails just to get a call back days later. Most recently, I was told the day of scheduled repairs, that I don't have rental coverage, when my previous vehicle that was totaled, got me a rental for two weeks. I did nothing to request my policy to be different so why is this happening? I have no idea because once again, no one is answering the phone. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this company.
