Matthew Martinez: A very sparce speaking of crowds this dollar general store is located on East State Blvd. In a shopping mall sort of place. The place is well cluttered with items that hadn't been priced or placed on the shelves. The customer service is really bad .. i was shopping one time and i couldn't find an employee at all it took me 15 min to finally track her down. But all was resolved. I give this location.(Because location has everything to do with it) two out of five Stars 🤩

Michael Lee: The cashier was given $2 for the total of $1.25. Afterwards I gave him an extra quarter and he looked confused. He wanted to only give me the $.75 cents back and didn't want to give me the $1.00 I could have got if he just took the other quarter. The story is don't confused this guy at Dollar General.

This is not the first time this has happened. If your going to close earlier than your first posted sign, then update it for people to know.

Nicki Blank: I love DG, it's one of my faves for deals. They've got coupons on their app, always, for whatever you want to buy and even when stretching the buck, their $1/Clearance aisle is like no other (in my opinion). It includes everything. I mean toys, laundry soap, detergent, wipes, baby stuff, hair stuff, sanitizer, movies, food, health stuff, beauty stuff literally you will find just about anything in this aisle annnndddd every DG has it and may have different items.This is my first time at this one though since I was in the area. 1 star is missing because the line was so long, it went through one of the middle aisles and then once I got up to checkout, I noticed the line had stopped going down the aisle but was now wrapped around and reached the entrance/exit door. I had an issue with some clearance items (yep smh it was me that held up the line). However, Management was able to resolve it quickly while also teaching the young lady (it appeared that she was a new worker) regarding DG policy. I loved that when she was unsure of something, instead of doing what she thought would fly or what other workers had apparently told her previously, she called the Manager to ensure accuracy. She was polite and never showed any signs of being frustrated (as we all know some people in customer services positions do display this sometimes). As a result of this encounter, I definitely would return to this location for any of my household needs.
David Current: A basic Dollar General. The workers are super nice and very helpful...This Dollar General keeps the shopping carts outside and locked down. So, you basically can only use the little yellow baskets to shop.

As we pulled up a customer was walking out and the lady working locked the door, even though she saw us. I looked at a little homemade sign which read 'sorry were closed will open at 8 am'. Why are these workers closing franchises down prior to closing.

Donna Chaney: Overcharged on every item that wasn't priced a dollar! Watch what they charge versus what is posted on shelves. Glad I didn't buy much. Won't go back. Most items not a good value, many things are overpriced.
Wendy Geisman: The cleanest dollar general I've been in. Things are on the shelves not stacked in isles so I can't get through with my walker. This might be a little drive from my house, but this is my new dollar general. Dawn and Cathy were so friendly and went above and beyond customer service. What great women you have working for you. Wish all your staff and dollar generals were like this one. They are Definitely keepers. Keep it up ladies. You're awesome.

Lady Chas: I went into this store to do some shopping but also needed to use the restroom really bad. The lady stocking shelves informed me that they did not have a restroom and informed me i could go to the gas station up the street. Dollar General is one of my favorite stores and I've been in a whole lot of them in different states and cities and have never ever been in one that doesn't have a restroom for their guests. And am i wrong or don't public places have to have one for their public? Even if they really didn't have one this lady i felt was pretty rude in how she told me.

A.I. Privilege: A lot of unprofessional behavior in this place. Even though it's a convenient place to shop I avoid it if at all possible. Some workers are very pleasant and other act like they're just there to play games with the customers. Teach your employees some boundaries please.Update to my one year old review: Just wow this place is awful. Some cashers literally staring arguments over small talk, just wow. Another terrible experience. What's wrong with people here?

MaKayla Landis: I don’t know if they need to update their hours or what but I’ve tried to come here numerous times after work around 5:30/6:00pm and the doors are ALWAYS locked but the lights are on inside and the register light is always on. Their hours say they close at 10pm. It’s the most convenient Dollar General by my location. It is frustrating taking my time to come here and they are always closed before their actual hours. They never answer the phone either.

D “Just another reviewer” S: Me and my son are frequent patrons. Sometimes there is a lady working there who is very sweet, helpful, and and professional to us. Don't know her name, but she's in her 20s or 30s with brown hair and wears glasses. She needs to be store manager. The other employees we have encountered have been cold and unfriendly at best.
