We can remake your food since it’s been on the warmer for so long, but it’ll take another 45 minutes.” She also gave me the option of coming to pick it up, but I already paid for a tip and delivery fee. Her only option for me was to cancel the order and place another for pick up. What’s frustrating is they have my phone number, why wouldn’t they have tried reaching out to share this info? I could have came to pick it up before it got stale.

They literally cut every single piece of chicken in half to quote "make them go further". There is an unknown black substance inside every single piece of chicken as well! Alex Riggers: First off, this location doesn't deliver to me, which is the reason for 3/5 stars. I'm only 2 miles away.I ordered over the phone a large thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese. They told me it would be done in approximately 20 minutes. I got there about that time and got in line, once in line I waited a few minutes and got my pizza. Total was a little over $18 for a large thin crust cheese. Kinda high for a no topping pizza.As far as the pizza goes, it had an odd smell to it, and I wasn't the only one to comment on that, so I knew it wasn't just my nose. Flavor was okay, cheese wasn't all that extra, but the crust was nice, thin and crispy.Overall, for all the amazing local pizza places like Oleys, Big Apple, Lexys, and River Bend that cost the same or less for better, I doubt I'll be going back here.

Josh Ainsworth: Googling this location says they close at 1AM. On the Domino's Website, the store closes at 1AM. I decided to place an order online and pay with my card at the store. I am glad I specified to pay at the store. I ordered before midnight and the website told me the food was ready before midnight. I arrived before midnight. With a little over an hour left till the store is suppose to be closed, I walk up to the door that seemed to be where to go. The door was locked. Workers inside saw me and kept doing their, what I believe to be, clean up. No phone call to explain if they were closed or anything.. Needless to say, I am glad I didn't pay with my card online.

She said ‘it probably got cancelled since we closed at 6pm.’ I asked if I would get my money back she said ‘3-5 business days.’ I emailed customer service already, have not received a response. Still no money either. Also would really love to know where those pizzas went since it said they were made.

The store is clean, new, and well-staffed, and the food is always delicious and ready on time. This Domino's store remains one of my favorites for easy carry-out or delivery - they are always reliable and consistent with a quality pizza at a good value.

Bryan Harz: Ordered food for a family of 4. The app said 30-44 minutes. I called at 55 minutes and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was in customer service for a couple decades and this person would have been demoted right away for his behavior. He said that the app is always wrong and that their delivery time was 1.5 to 2 hours. When the food finally came over 1.5 hours after ordering it was barely room temperature and not good at all. We had similar service a couple weeks ago but thought that time was maybe a bad time but I guess it’s a normal thing for this location. I would not recommend anyone give this location your money.

Even though the front of house was super busy, they made sure to not get caught up in it. Focusing on each of their customers individually. I’ve worked in customer service, so I know how easy it is to get caught up in the chaos. I really appreciated them not doing that. Not many people have customer service skills these days I feel like either.I also had an issue with my card cause it was so old, the chip was starting to deteriorate…. They were so understanding and patient with me though! Their timing also had me in and out within 20 min! For how busy the place was I expecting to be there MUCH longer. An they maintained such a clean work environment during all the chaos.My pizzas also came out amazing! Crisp to perfection without being burned! An no bubbles!!!! If anyone’s curious I ordered just 2 pepperonis and 1 cheese.You can tell they have amazing staff and great communication amongst them. It was all very smooth. Definitely recommend! An will be coming back! 😁

Last two orders have been a miss, unfortunately. Previous time placed online order for delivery and it was never delivered. Had to go pick up myself and the manager on duty couldn’t refund my delivery tip. Today placed another online order just to have it sit on preparing for a whole full hour. When I finally called to find out the status I was told another 30 minutes would be needed. I checked the tracker after the call and it updated to another person preparing my food but it went from person 1 prepping the food at 3:53pm to person number 2 prepping your food at 5:01pm. At the very least, this time around, the lady that answered the phone was able to refund my money. Do me wrong once shame on you, do me wrong twice shame on me, I guess. But never again.

Go anywhere else these guys get paid to sit around and not work apparently.
