They obviously had been undercooked and pulled from your oven too soon. When I pay for an order $30 after the tip) I do expect it to be correct. It is so disappointing how these places cannot seem to get even the simple stuff right.

Andrea Stellhorn: Had 2 parties there. 1 party was great and waitress did her job and the other party waitress brought food for everyone and did a single refill and never returned again. During that, someone in the kitchen was screaming the F word over and over. Not ideal for a kids’ birthday party.Waitress also left everyone’s bills on a separate table, not telling anyone. It ruined everything for everyone. They were not busy to have left us. Also said they ran out of personal pan pizzas but somehow a few made it to our table so I’m not sure if they didn’t want to cook them anymore or were actually out given the whole experience.

They're kind and fast!You don't have to, but if you'd like to help with the clean up after a party, I would suggest getting a table cloth, even if you don't stay to clean up, it helps them immensely. We made a big mess with 5 kids, so I stayed to help clean up, and I could see it in their eyes that it was appreciated. :)

Kent Holse: The staff saw me at the pickup window waiting for at least 5 minutes without as much as an acknowledgement. Finally someone from the back of the store came to the window and helped me. I used to manage restaurants and it was always a huge rule to never ignore a customer. I've noticed that nowadays we get that a lot in the food service industry. I actually had to knock on the window to get service, even though 3 drivers saw me sitting there and a kitchen worker put stuff into the holding over in front of me and never even looked my way. Once I did get service, he was friendly but not even an apology when I told him how long I was sitting there. In summary, I'd say that the customer doesn't come first with that particular crew.

Served piping hot from the oven with less grease than normal. We ordered a double pepperoni and it was nearly as much pepperoni as when we order 3x pepperoni as other stores. Dad ordered the personal pan special deal for 10.49 which included the salad bar and a drink. His pizza toppings were generous and covered the pizza to the edge of the crust!The store was clean, warm and comfortable. We are planning on using this store for a party in the future and are willing to drive the hour to get to this one.Good job everyone! See you soon.

Jennifer F: I ordered 3 basic 1 topping pizzas at 5:31 p.m., and the app said my order would be ready for pick up at 5:55 p.m. I walked in at 6:05 and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter, which is fine. I was told my order was almost ready. So I sit and wait. He helped 3 or 4 other customers then looks at me and says it's almost ready, and I said, "Really, the app said it was going to be ready 30 minutes ago." The cashier then goes around the corner and gets my pizzas, apologizes, and sets them on the counter. I walk out at 6:19 p.m. with my hot, delicious pizza. I do not like going into the store to pick up because they seem very bothered to have to hand me my order, and today's 30-minute wait past their estimated time was crazy. Personally, I would choose a different restaurant, but my kids love Pizza Hut.

The only thing I don’t like about Pizza Hut now is that they do not have a fountain pop machine anymore. Bummer.
Corinthian: I love the Bluffton St location, friendly staff, great service, the food is always great and hot. I love the Big New Yorker and their Pasta and bread sticks is delicious.. Highly recommend if you want good food. The time before last we actually ate inside and I got the salad bar, the worker was constantly checking the buffet to make sure it was fresh and full for us. I really appreciated that. Yummy ❤️ I do wish that you would put raisins and goldfish crackers out for the salad bar. But it's still a great salad bar.. ******

I will this time.I don’t know what has changed but both our pizzas were thin crust as ordered but the supreme and custom was so sparse you could compare it to a cracker with a very few toppings tossed onto it. Hardly any sauce, cheese or any kind of toppings. You can’t even call it a pizza. Disappointing.. don’t waste your money.

Denzlo Hagerty: If you would actually put Alfredo sauce in your Chicken Alfredo it would be a lot better. Twice I ordered it and neither time could I taste any sauce. Ordered 2 pizzas and both had slid in box and were all messed up plus one had no sauce on it. Also ordered the New Yorker. In the ad it shows a lot of pepperoni but the one we got had very few. Actually it had less than a normal pepperoni pizza.
Dan Sandys: This Pizza Hut location consistently performs great for us! Whether delivery or convenient pick up window the food is always prepared exactly to order and delicious. The pizza is here is our regular “go to” when were in the mood for pizza as it’s always good. The wings they offer are always delicious and have the right crisp (no slimy wings) and the cookie dessert is great as well! They almost always beat the estimated delivery time!

Jodi Ruesch: Petra alone makes this place worth visiting. If you don't get seated in her area then turn around and walk back out...then come back in and try again. Seriously, if you're not seated at her table then why even go?? Probably the best server in Fort Wayne. Oh...and the pizza is okay too, I guess.

brian mckinley: Last week I ordered wings with sweet chili. 5 of the 8 had specks of sauce on them. The other 3 were naked. Today I ordered 4 pizzas. Supreme, meat lovers, buffalo chicken and pepperoni lovers. Buffalo chicken had minimal chicken and you couldn't tell there was buffalo sauce on it. Pepperoni lovers, you could see a lot more cheese than pepperoni. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

My wife called to check on the order and was told that they had called the number on the order and the person that answered told them they did not order pizza. She never received a call. They obviously called another number. I’m still trying to figure out the need to call the number on the order. They have never done that before. Our order was cancelled and we were told to place our order again online.Not they way you extend great customer service.
dennis schaefer: Never seen such poor customer service waited five minutes before any one asked if i had been help called my order in at 7:30 she said there they had to make another one and it would take ten minutes so i waited and waited for one hour before i seen anyone this was at 8:30 when i asked when will my order be ready my order was given to someone else i will never go to any pizza hut again!! Poor Poor customer service and their management!

Ronald Proctor: Call center SUCKS. Always get my order wrong. Have to call store direct to get my order right. Food is good, but never hot, although delivery is usually ahead of schedule. Delivery guys usually good.

They apparently have no button for extra sauce. Used to give ma a small side cup. Won't do that any longer. I say make it right the first time a we won't gave to ask for extra. We are allowed extra sauce on pizza but not on pasta? What the heck! Rude management team at the Illinois Rd Location. Team and management turn over is ridiculous! Will not use this location any longer. This is unacceptable in a time where we do carry out and pick up.

Anthony New: Good food. They have a drive up window so you can pick-up with out leaving your car. The food tasted good. Minus 1 star for forgetting the Blu cheese. Minus 1 star for telling me 25 minutes when it was 45. Minus 1 star as the pizza was not super hot. Since I was waiting I would have expected it to be hot, not warm, which means it was setting around while I was waiting.

Today I ordered a pizza and got it the delivery driver being very caring and nice we opened the pizza up and all the toppings were pushed to one side I called this pizza hut and they were instantly ready to help they were sorry for what happened but with this amazing service and team I can never be mad at them they are really good at what they do they are very good at what they do they are at 60 min delivery times and they still provide amazing customer service thank you guys!!!!!
