Corey Taylor: The new manager they have there Brian is a joke. I would not recommend this Rent-A-Center store to anybody bad customer service. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there told the guy I can make my payment Monday instead of Saturday and he said I’d have to return my item if I did not pay it today after having a almost perfect payment history. but it’s not my place to choose for you. You go there and decide for yourself how it is.

Thea Johnson: We were told things that were not true, like the color of furniture we were getting but they actually didn’t didn’t have the color we were showed and a different color was just delivered and that we had warranties on our tires but didn’t.
Ashley Hugh: I like the fact that the process was easy to apply and they made sure I was able to get what I needed. Even when late they don’t bother you every day all day like the “other company” lol. I hated RAC so I switched and I don’t regret it. The store manager went out of his way to make something work for me. I went to like 5 stores before settling on this one and every single one had awesome customer service and do not make you feel uncomfortable. The employees at the store I used are super friendly and pleasant to speak to and handle business with.

Brooke Teckenbrock: If I would I’d give negative 5 stars don’t rent from them they are very rude I had rented an Xbox and laptop for my fiancé to go to go to college I fell behind on payments because I was in and out of the hospital for 3 months then caught covid had to be quarantined they kept coming and driving by my brothers apartment day by day and when my fiancé left to get something out of the car they literally yelled out lout from across the street we owed them money we told them we had been in quarantine and were going to pay them the girl that was there had an attitude the entire time and was the one yelling we owed them money and literally stood outside our apartment until they got an Xbox and then sent a letter today threatening to take us to claims court if they didn’t get their laptop back so please go anywhere else but here
