Jenna Smith: do NOT book with Alicia! Please save your time AND money. To first start off with my series of unfortunate events, I booked with her for a full set (obviously had never been to her before). I arrive at my appointment that I had scheduled a little over 3-4 weeks in advance. I had a confirmation email, and I had even texted Alicia days before my appt to disclose to her that I had lashes on by my previous lash technician that need to be removed, and I was unable to add that service to my full set appt. She acknowledged and confirmed we will be able to do That at my appt that Friday. I arrive Friday for my full set; however, there is a client there at the same time my appt was at and Alicia apologized and had me rebook. In the mean time, she blamed me booking on a fake website as to why this discrepancy occurred. I was understanding and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I booked again, she provided me the service that I booked for, and I thought the lashes looked really short as to what I asked for but I figured they would grow out. I booked a 3 week fill after that. After I got my lashes filled, I was pleased with my service. However, after today I will never be back again. I booked a 3 week fill, but Alicia didn’t have any availability until 2 or 3 days after what would Initially would be considered my 3 week fill. About 30 minutes into my appt, Alicia asked if I booked a 2 or 3 week fill, and I had disclosed to her that I booked a 3 week fill however she didn’t have any appt available until 2-3 days after what would’ve been considered my 3 week fill. She apologized and then continued with the service. Throughout the appt, I kept shifting because I was uncomfortable since the bed is so hard, and I thought it was taking a very long time compared to my last fill. During this long fill appt, i was getting frustrated because she would stop in the middle of the service and I could hear her fingers texting away at het keyboard. My appt could’ve been condensed because it became an apparent problem due to how long she would take inbetween applying lashes. I get that Emergencies happen, but there’s a difference between solving a personal problem and being straight disrespectful. I didn’t say anything and finally once the service was finished, she made mention that I had been charged a full set instead of the 3 week fill that I originally booked for. This was never mentioned to me BEFORE providing the service or even 30 minutes into the service. It was not mentioned once. Her defense was that Her website states that if you have 60% or less lashes then you will be considered a full set. That’s fine, but it was NEVER disclosed to me at my appt when I laid down on the bed that I would be charged more than double than what I had booked for. Also, how can a technician say for sure “this client has less than 60% of her lashes on” when everybody has a different number of natural lashes. I write this long review because I want to save the next client time and money from being taken advantage of. There’s a reason to as why she only has one previous review. Also, she is not certified. This was also disclosed to me at my most recent visit.

My appointment went by in a breeze, I had no uncomfortableness which is a 1st for me because with other lash techs my eyes watered so bad. If you had a bad experience I’m positive you were the issue, don’t come for my lash tech pls, she’s AMAZING. I loved everything about my lashes it’s been almost 3 weeks now and I just started shedding and most of it is my fault. Book with her ladies! The only thing I would say is I wish she had Saturday booking lol.
