Leanna Baker: 100% Recommend! I brought in my 70s vintage fringe jacket, it was stiff and had mildew on it! When I picked it up it looked brand new! Love how it turned out, they do an excellent job! Tina and Ben also sewed up the ripped pocket free of charge as a complimentary of my lengthy drive. They are truly nice and genuine people!
Kristin Nickel: My mother and I brought her furs to be cleaned and to have one full length fur shortened to a jacket and one jacket to be made over to something more updated for myself. Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine how great it would turn out! We are so pleased with the coats and all the cute accessories that Tina and Paul have. I will be coming back for some other coats to be reconfigured.
Lilee Horner: So I have been hauling around my Grandmother's furs for I don't know how long. A mink stole, a fox and this weird random piece that's like a collar. I finally decided to take them in into Pappas. Tina spent quite a while with me. I had mentioned that I have Raynaud's and in the end decided to have Stanley, the fox, restyled into mittens. They are so warm. I wear them at home when my Raynaud's starts, while I'm out and as a preventative measure. I have had them since October and I wish I had them last winter. If you have furs of any kind you need to go to Pappas. Real fur is they way to go. And Tina can find a new purpose for anything you have or need. I also recommend a in store purchase. They have everything you need to keep warm. I bought fingerless gloves.

After changing my mind twice, my 28 year old full length mink from Pappas Fur, is now a fingertip jacket and a reversible fur front vest. Google User: What misery removing our business trash and recycle. Never on time and days late or not showing up at all. Phone calls don’t help. Had to remove trash ourselves some days. Said they don’t have drivers. No credit or compensation for missed pick ups. Avoid at all costs to save your sanity. Anthony Brown: Horrible service. Worst I've seen. Only stop by once a week and dont take all the trash. If it's a snow day on trash day they dont come back for a week. Not the following day. Tens of thousands of people still go to work but you cant pick up trash? Also no discount for missing pick up?

No One: UPDATE: They never came and picked up my trash during the last week of service. So, I took it to them and left it at the entrance to their facility. They never came and picked up their trashcan, which I couldn’t get in my car.Aside from some whining from the driver having to pick up extra trash right after we moved in, the service was pretty good until about seven months ago. Since then, we don’t know if our trash is going to get picked up. We call customer service and report the missed pick up. We’re told it will be later that day. If you call again later in the day, they tell you to be the next day. This last time, it was three days before they told us they canceled our route for the week. To even find that out, I still had to call them.Did they automatically credit my account for the missed pick up? Of course not! I had to call and ask for it.We finally got sick of this and went with a different garbage collector. I was told my service will be ending next week. After confirming after another phone call about not getting our trash picked up, I found out instead that they are holding us hostage until the end of the month. Because of the repeated miscommunication, I had to call and change my arrangements with my new garbage company.They also damaged our yard by throwing the trashcan down in the grass. Melodie Scheiber: For the past few months our trash has only been every other week. They'll call to let us know they may or may not pick up that week. If we call they'll give us a credit, but why should we have to call for that. They know they didn't pick up the garbage. We switched to a different company as of last week. Apparently the other company has heard how bad the service was getting at Republic.
K M: $400 bill for 3 months. Con.We can't even switch since supposedly we signed a 2 year contract thar we don't even remember signing. Then it turns out we were lied to by the first service representative and arnt under contract. The next customer service person was extremely nice and honest and our pickups are consistent and well done, but the price is insane.They also will sometimes take out anything that's preventing the lid from closing. Not even like a huge heaping load pulled off. They'll take off a bag that's a little to high and just leave it. So these crazy prices and they don't even take it all.

The trash cans set at the curb overflowing for a week +, so nice to look at. We are not Rebublic customers, nor will we ever be one. Bad job Rebublic. Your going the way of Red River.
Connie: Have had Republic for many years. Service has been satisfactory majority of time. Understand need for small increases but not increases of $38 for one increase. We average one maybe two bags per week. Never fill container. Cannot justify neighbor with four children overflowing container and ours with one bag have the same cost.
