Patrick Newman: If I could give this place a zero star I would.They are not willing to deal with an intermittent issue with a circuit board that I have. I understand it seems to be an intermittent issue and they can’t get it to react in the same way, so makes it hard to deal with.During my first technical call to them I asked if they have seen the issue I was having and was told they have. So I sent the unit to them in hopes it could be repaired or replaced. However I misunderstood on the call that they don’t repair the boards they just replace them.To make it simple I asked to have a new circuit board sent to me instead of going back and fourth with my current one and they refused. At this time the unit was shipped to them twice and sent back to me twice, So between me and them we already have shipping costs that are almost half the value of the circuit board.For god sake, it’s a $140 dollar circuit board; I mean really, a $140 circuit board is going to break them??? I guess so.Stay far away from this business and look elsewhere.Even went as far as messaging the president and he failed to reply about the situation.I guess he is not following his statement about the quality of their products and customer support being number one priority.

Ethan Hancock: This place is kinda depressing the workers like to complain. Other than that it’s a decent place to work at a very low income I’m getting paid $13.50. Management could use a little work but it’s fine. They are very nice people but they’re very short on employees and I can see why. They offer you a chair to sit in for work which kinda makes you lazy and I like to be productive which means moving around not just being in one spot, the rules they have is hypocrisy. If you need a job for certain reasons and need a source of income this is your place. I give this place a 4/10 it’s just my opinion tho.

K1ngsmen Productions: Very child like, like we're back in highschool. Hear gossip through everyone even manangment who is too scared to tell employees there making mistakes. They sold company cause there broke and they are a joke. Gave 100 employes days to find a new job with no warnings. They do not care about anything but fattening there own pockets. Even trainers leave out key aspects so that you puposly cannot be independent.

Dat Assh: Where do I begin between the incompetent managers, sloppy management or the over 100° weather in the summer time maybe the very low wage? This company does not care about the employees whatsoever. The so-called managers do nothing but overstep into other departments and micro manage. They also gossip to workers about other employees. The raises are a joke literally a quarter or so. You start off at 10.50 which as we all know if you have bills is absolutely not going to cut it. Do not work here unless you want to be over worked, underpaid, and not valued.

Nakia Brunk: A company that truly cares about their employees and does not treat them like another number. They take pride in their work and their company. It is a pleasure staffing for this place of employment and positive feedback is received often from the many employees we have placed at Skytech.

Mitchell Druckemiller: On 1/15/2023 I had a terrible and embarrassing situation when I was shopping for cat litter, cat food, and flea medicine…When I first entered the store I was checking out all the cool Carhartt stuff up front when I heard the woman at the cash register talking with her lady friend (who was not an employee) and the lady responded with “I’m on it”.The lady (and possibly her very creepy son and husband) proceeded to follow me through the store and as I was looking for a toy for my cat, pretended to be shopping near me—staring at me every time I looked up.They followed me to every aisle until I was finally humiliated enough to confront them and throw down the cat litter in my hands and tell them I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable, to which they feigned ignorance and replied “we don’t even work here”, not even having the guts to tell me why the cashier was having them follow me around.I was treated like a criminal simply for the way I looked apparently (which isn’t even all that strange in 2023) when I was simply looking to buy stuff for my cat and maybe a new Carhartt beanie for myself.I will never return to this establishment. Not that that will make a difference whatsoever to the woman working the cash register who had me followed the moment I walked in the store. I hope she feels good about herself.

Grace E: Update: Today I had another good experience at Menards.I was back at Menards for several items and some ideas. I often choose Menards because they are often less expensive than other stores of its kind. I found each of the items I needed. I was disappointed that the Halloween decorations were more expensive than usual. I need to get used to the inflation.I enjoy Menards because of the diversity of products they have. I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. I will return.
