Julie Shalley: We made our way to the business and were received well. We discussed our needs which was a shed/garage type building to be put up on our property. We paid the installments as were required. It did take a while for the shed to be built and installed. It was installed while we were not there and it was done well. However; when we saw it the next morning it was not the correct color. We immediately contacted the company to see what could be done. I must say we got the run around. The first person they asked about the color said, "It's close enough." Finally, the owner, Paul, came out and he saw that it was a cream/yellow instead of a darker sand/brownish color. He said he would make it right. The winter went by and nothing. We contacted them in the Spring and the owner said, "He thought it was already taken care of." He said they would find a way to make it right. All we were asking for is that they repaint it. That was months ago and no one came, no one called. We have bought the paint and painted it ourselves. I was not impressed with the quality of the units that I located locally, and I definitely didn’t like the price either! I discovered this company on Facebook marketplace, and made contact with Travis initially. I have to say, the entire process from initial consultation to final delivery was seamless and handled with extreme professionalism! The quality of the building I was delivered was well above average construction quality, I’ve been in the construction industry for almost 20 years and was seriously impressed with the build quality these guys had! Lastly, their delivery driver, whom has been delivering sheds for this company for approximately three years, was nothing short of a wizard. He threaded the building through a difficult wooded property and got it placed within inches of where I had specified. We were able to get six wonderfully handcrafted pieces. The service we received from Paul was top notch. He was friendly, not pushy, honest and respectful to our service dog. What a great place to get much needed outdoor furniture that is great quality.

They gave the best presentation and were responsive to my needs during the quoting process. 3D design was included in the appointment, with all questions answered.Even with COVID and wood prices increasing, the same price, details, and timeframe didn’t skip a beat.We went with Island Mist Trans. Trex and couldn’t be happier. Not only do we love the look and quality of our deck, the meticulously carpentered foundation really was impressive. Love went into the build, and it was great to watch the progress.It took 2 weeks, with the same crew. I’d pass on contracted out work if you are thinking of building/replacing a deck. Decking is what this company does, and have their own staff with tenure. Worth a quote!

David Reed: I bought my Traeger Ironwood 650 form Simply Decks and Stuff a little over a year and a half ago.I started to see some of the paint coming off from the bottom half of the barrel in the front and back and some rust starting in those areas.I called Traeger and talked to a rep who had me do a video chat with her. She had me show her the rust places on my grill and was able to tell that I had rust issues due to the paint peeling. She said the grill was still under warranty, and would send out a new barrel to replace the rusted one. After she got to looking, she said they were out of the barrel portion for replacement, so they would just send me a whole new grill.Wow, how about that for customer service and warranty!!! The new grill arrived yesterday as promised. Couldn't be happier, thanks Traeger for your outstanding customer service.

It’s a nice store with a great selection, but I’d rather not give them my money.

Michael Rauch: Simply Decks is a must stop for any Trex Decking or Traeger Smoker needs. Since purchasing my Timberline 1300 from them over two years now, anytime I need that little bit of extra service or advice, I stop in and get whatever I need. This type of specialized knowledge is becoming harder to come by. So if you are even thinking about a Traeger smoker, I would recommend stopping in so you can make an informed decision.
Dan Brockman: Recently purchased a Traeger Grill from them. The customer service was outstanding. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to gather all of the product information that I needed right there. We corresponded via email, and Tim was very responsive. When I went in to the store, the show room was awesome. They had quite a few Traeger Grills and accessories. They even threw in a free bag of pellets and assembled the grill for free!

Christopher Adams: Customer Service Done Right!!! I purchased my Traeger Timberline 1300 from Simply Decks and upon unpacking at home realized the grill had some damage from shipping. I called Traeger (as it says to do so in the manual if you have any problems) and explained that my grill had significant dents in a couple of areas. Of course I had to submit photographic evidence to support my claims, but even after doing so Traeger indicated it might take awhile to get approval to replace the entire grill (they wanted to send parts for me to replace on a brand new, never used grill). I called Simply Decks and let the owner (Tim) know what was going on and that same day he called me back and said he would replace the grill and deal with Traeger so I didn't have to. Awesome customer service!! Do what's right!! If you want to deal with a locally owned business that puts the customer first, Simply Decks will not disappoint!!

The staff advised on what would be the best choice for my family with respect to grill size and style. The staff also has a very good sense of what accessories and products fit my grilling/smoking needs - which they carry a wide variety and competitively priced inventory. It's nice to see a local company like Simply Decks approach a new customer like they were old friends or family. If you want a great experience for purchasing a high quality grill, Simply Decks is your place! The friendly, no-pressure atmosphere is very inviting. We'll be back!
Lisa Spare: We purchased our Treager grill at the ‘18 Home & Garden Show. We loved the company rep from Treager..... after that it was a complete train wreck!!! These people are unprofessional, not polite, not customer service oriented at all! We bought a new grill that we were told we could have 3 days later. It’s been one thing after the next and an extremely aggravating situation. Frustrating and they have no idea which end’s up. I will never do any sort of business with them again for anything. The cost of their grills is comparable to even Do It Best. My advice is to shop there where the people are friendly and know what customer service is. Save yourself the hassle. While I am moving on from Simply Decks, I am however happy to say my conversation with Treager HQ has been more satisfying this far. I’m not sure why they’d want a company such as Simply Decks as an authorized dealer presenting themselves as the face of their company.

Great experience with Marc and his team. They installed a handrail on our front porch and steps. They communicated well, were very personable, and did an excellent job.
In 2022 my residence was directly in the path of a very violent derecho storm. Our house suffered damage on the roof, siding, and side garage door. Marc stopped by our house and not only assisted us in getting the repairs done, he worked with our homeowners insurance as an expert on what needed to be fixed. We were so impressed with Marc and his contractors on the outside of our house, we also had them put in new flooring on our main floor. Marc and his crew are very professional and courteous. They show up ready to work and have always cleaned up the debris after the job is completed. I would strongly recommend anyone to give them a call for any home improvement project big or small. Shannon Merriman: I contacted Precise after I had some pretty major storm damage to my home. Marc and his wife were amazing and friendly from the start! My job did take about 4 months from estimate to completion, however they were very busy and I did have A LOT that needed done. Their work crews were not in the way and were always respectful and friendly if they had an ask of us. They work that was done was top quality. They even VERY closely matched the original brick that was to remain on my garage. Marc always made it convenient for me to speak with him or meet with him as necessary for paperwork, or payment, or just questions in general. Jeff Seitz: On June 13th a storm blew a tree onto my home causing a lot of damage. Precise Building Contractors came and removed the tree from the house with causing any more damage. They also cut down remainder of the tree and removed all of the debris. Their work was very professional and the owner and crew were very friendly. A excellent job.

We did end up going over the original time frame but again that was due to the current state we live in but he was still able to get us done in time for our daughter’s graduation party. It’s been 2 months since they completed the project and a panel is coming off and needs repair. Marc came out quickly and has a plan to fix it. Marc stands behind his work. Aaron's Fine Rugs: I had a wonderful experience getting a small masonry issue repaired. My great fear was that the job was too small for a contractor to pick up. Called Precise to ask for small job recommendations or if they knew anyone who would fix a little three foot stretch of cement. I reached out to the builder about the front diamond plate lip they forgot to install and they were somewhat responsive. Ended up driving to the assembly point any they took good care of me. Even gave me a bit of left over urethane of the color of my shed. I liked that it was very customizable when you first order it. We’ve ran to Lowe’s several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to when they offer them.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

They installed our fence in early November and had a significant amount of leftover materials that we were told we would be refunded for. Over two months, multiple phone calls AND an email later and still no refund (or even an update)! If I had known this would be the case, I would have just had them leave the lumber that I paid for. We have been loyal Lowe's customers for years and this has really made us question doing any future projects with them.

It was only 30 cents more a piece x 8 pieces .The cashier that waited on me had this crazy amount of patches on her vest about her customer service awards that she had won. She just treated me like I was an annoyance, like I ended up stopping her conversation with a Co worker to help me. I'm sorry that they don't put a price tag on concrete blocks maam......not an award winning performance by her yesterday, for sure.
