Melanie Foster: False advertising. Manager does nothing. I bought mulch labeled BROWN and half the bags were BLACK. Didn't realize the colors were different until I had laid half of it down and all of a sudden the color changed. The manager refused to do anything. I have never shopped anywhere else for home improvement but after this, I'm done. TERRIBLE customer service! I'm sure I'll get the canned response here of how they didn't want this to be my experience, we pride ourselves on customer service, etc. It's all just fluff.

The cashier couldn't find the price for them so she asked someone to check. They charged me for the next higher priced product. Which ok whatever, I should have taken a picture of the UPC. It was only 30 cents more a piece x 8 pieces .The cashier that waited on me had this crazy amount of patches on her vest about her customer service awards that she had won. She just treated me like I was an annoyance, like I ended up stopping her conversation with a Co worker to help me. I'm sorry that they don't put a price tag on concrete blocks maam......not an award winning performance by her yesterday, for sure.
Peter Schmittp: Don't order home delivery from Lowe's. They have no idea what is going on and put you on hold and talk trash about you. I will never shop Lowe's again in my life! Lost money sitting at home waiting on a greedy corporation. Who knows if I'll ever get my delivery. They don't care, why should I!
Hollis Morse: The last time I was there I was not impressed at all. Unorganized and without leadership. I was helping move some drywall and they stacked it unevenly and improperly. The weight distribution was totally wrong, Noone seemed to care. Mind you it was like 150 sheets but all the more reason to do it correctly. Disappointing, it was.

Connie Cole: Will not purchase another appliance from Home Depot. We purchased a washer/dryer set with free installation. Only the dryer was delivered. The delivery company refused to install the dryer because was not noted on their paperwork. Have talked with customer service numerous times trying to locate our 'lost' washer. They failed to call back every time they said they would. Now nearly a week after delivery they have found our washer - but we must wait another entire week for that to be delivered because they are all booked up. We felt that our delivery should have been moved up the line because it will now be nearly 3 weeks from purchase to delivery due to their error in misplacing the unit. Customer service was awful - one telling us to keep calling back, another telling us not to call - they will call us - which they never do! We understand that things happen - people make mistakes - but Home Depot dropped the ball on this over and over. So disappointed. No more purchases requiring delivery from Home Depot - every again!

We’ve ran to Home Depot several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to do on the first Saturday of the month. If you miss the kids workshop, they usually have the kids kits in hand for the first week, just ask the customer service staff.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

Michael S.: WON'T USE HOME DEPOT INSTALL SERVICES AGAINNot an issue with the store itself, but with the appliance installation. I ordered a gas dryer; they delivered it as promised, but the installation crew wouldn't remove the old dryer and install the new one because they said the space was too tight, and they weren't allowed to climb over the appliances. That I can understand; I know they have to abide by safety regulations, but if they had bothered to pull the old dryer out an extra foot, and push the washer a few inches out of the way, it would have left plenty of room to get back to the connections without having to climb over anything. They didn't even bother; they said they won't do it, so I ended up having to call another contractor to do the work for me. I usually go with Lowes for this kind of purchase and installation, and they've always come through for me. I may occasionally shop at the Home Depot store, but I don't think I'll use their install services again.

She went above and beyond to get everything figured out for me on the lease site and get me a replacement washer that fit everything I need..On the rest of the store:there hasn't been any improvement on getting knowledgeable staff.. had to ask 3 members of the garden department to get a half answer on where to find a hyacinth not already in a decorative pot..Update:Wow, every time i come here it gets worse!! What kind of home improvement store doesn't carry a selection of sandpaper!! Oh or flashlights.. to get a halfway decent one you have to order it...Original post: staff are not very knowledgeable, every department I had question for I got wrong answers..

Christina Wilson: I am SO disappointed that we have had an ongoing issue with our Lowe's over a refund we are owed. They installed our fence in early November and had a significant amount of leftover materials that we were told we would be refunded for. Over two months, multiple phone calls AND an email later and still no refund (or even an update)! If I had known this would be the case, I would have just had them leave the lumber that I paid for. We have been loyal Lowe's customers for years and this has really made us question doing any future projects with them.

Michele: Well I arrived and looked around, there was another couple being attended to. I found what I was looking for then went to the front door which was locked. Their hours were until 4 though I didn't know that when I arrived. It was 3:55 when I got back to my car.The kicker is that someone saw me and went into the store and locked the door so they wouldn't have to help. I went to Ft Wayne Stone & Landscape and got what I needed.

I often choose Menards because they are often less expensive than other stores of its kind. I found each of the items I needed. I was disappointed that the Halloween decorations were more expensive than usual. I need to get used to the inflation.I enjoy Menards because of the diversity of products they have. I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. I will return.

Terry Nance: I was here today and have been meaning to, but thanks to Gabe in the electrical and lighting department, I have rated this location 5 Stars! Gabe was so awesome with helping me. I had 3 questions and he provided solutions to them all! He literally shaved at least an hour off my time, not having to wonder around aimlessly, buying the wrong things. Gabe ROCKS!
Justin B: I was the last customer in the store last night, I had to find a last minute flashlight for a camping trip. I was accused of stealing while I was checking out and PAYING for my items. Some nasty obese lady with a big mole on her chin demanded that I show her the inside of my "fanny pack". I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I am a 24 year old clean cut male, and was near the front of the store by the flashlights for the entire duration of my visit. I believe they harassed me because I was there 1 minute past closing time. I feel extremely disrespected. I showed her the inside of my bag and sure enough, no stolen items! Just my wallet and phone charger! This nasty lady was on a power trip because I made her stay on her feet for an extra 30 seconds. Unreal.

Clint Depue: Usually stop by this store while in Fort Wayne. But today I bought some blades. The singles were $1.79 or next to was a pack of 6 for $2.95. So I bought the pack. But at the checkout it came up as $12.95. I told the cashier that the price said $2.95. He called for a price check. Someone in hardware said the price tags were in the wrong spot and I was wrong. I went back to show them and the employee in hardware didn't even bother to correct the price tags. I asked her if she could fix that so nobody else gets the wrong price. She did and then said it's not my problem that customers probably moved the sales tags around.

Karen Broski: Can't find inventory on the shelves that the website says they have in stock. No one around to help find anything. Checkout was slow... Not enough training for the employee, I'm guessing. Most employees that were there didn't seem to care about customers.

Donna Croston: So... my son in law had a toilet delivered. It was not needed, I helped him load it and return it to the store. The clerk told him he did NOT need a receipt for returns. Lowe's would not credit him until they reviewed the CAMARAS. Fortunately he took a picture in the store, so that he had a date & time stamp.
Damian Lothamer: We had went with lowes for our laminate and hardwood flooring. Wish we hadn't because the whole thing was a nightmare. All went good until the day our product was being delivered. Needless to say it took three separate deliveries and multiple phone calls to finally get it all. And after the first delivery they had forgot our laminate and they hadn't even ordered after I supposedly had already paid for it. Our install date was pushed back due to not having our product. The solid hardwood was so badly cambered that the installer couldn't even install it. The only good thing out of thus ordeal was the installers themselves, they were very professional and did and amazing job on my laminate. I would look elsewhere to have your flooring done through lowes.

Lola S: You know....it's a warehouse, home improvement store - not unlike the other two big name stores. In the past, Menards has tried to maintain a "made in the U.S.A" mantra. Not really sure if that's the way it is.I shop there because it is closer than the other two big name home improvement stores. I'm satisfied with the prices I've had to pay, as well as some of the selections that the other two don't have.I get great plants/flowers for outdoors. They hold up well. I'd say most of my home improvement projects have been supplied at Menards. My only complaint is about the mission style sink w/vanity that I put in my bathroom. It was manufactured in America but isn't the best quality. Had to take it back twice to get one that wasn't broken in the box or scratched/chipped.But, overall, I can't say that it's better or worse than the competition. Menards suits me fine and I'll keep shopping there.

Wendy Geisman: Joel and Corey were amazing help. We couldn't find the right blinds for our different size windows and Joel helped us until we decided on which ones to get. He helped us understand which ones were better also. They stopped what they were doing instantly to come and help us and always had a smile. These two were awesome!! Menard's and it's customers are lucky to have these two.

The staff is generally friendly and helpful, their stock is usually up to snuff, and the 11% is always a nice bonus you won't find at Home Depot and Lowe's. They're close by and they check all the boxes.

Steve Hulbert: Chris Brooks is an AMAZING Sales Associate. My wife and I were indecisive about the style and products to use in our kitchen and bathroom remodel of our 200 year old farmhouse. We provided Chris with a video of our home's interior and he helped us pick out a wonder motif and design. We could NOT have been happier with our experience. He was the perfect blend of blunt honesty, thoughtful insight, experience, and professionalism.
Michael Vorndran: The Tile Shop has a fantastic selection of tile, all well laid out and presented in a style that makes it easy to choose from.The store manager, Erika Long went out of her way for me several times to ensure that my tile was immediately off loaded from the truck on the day it arrived and set aside for me. She was a real pleasure to work with. I wish more store managers had her energetic and positive attitude.I will be back to The Tile Shop when I renovate my kitchen!

Jane Lanier: First- my sales person was great. What was not great was my experience returning my extra tile. I bought 15 12x12 sheets of mosaic tiles. A box consisted of 13 sheets, so I got two extra. The manager told me she would not take back the 2 because it had to be the whole box or nothing, which I was not informed of when I bought them. On the actual box it says 13 pieces... I said there are only 13 in a box, not 15. She again said, Do you have the whole box? It was back and forth like that for 5 mins, with her rudely asking me the same question... she said it was company policy. It's ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Plus the boxes of subway tiles were so flimsy when I drove them home, 15 broke. I sent them a lot of photos to verify, but they also made me bring back all the broken pieces to get replacements. To make sure I was telling the truth? Needless to say, I will Not be using Tile Shop for any future projects.

Deb Eversole: This store has some beautiful tile and some reasonably priced. The reason they get 2 out of five stars is the way I was treated when I tried to return some extra tiles. I gave my correct measurements to my sales person (who was amazing) but for some reason I ended up with several boxes of my flooring tile left over, and yes my measurements were correct! I also had a few other boxes of left over tile for the walls. Because of the current issues with covid these days my return was about 4 weeks past the 90 days because my contractor had covid. Evidently not being a store that's compassionate to the covid issues they would not return my extra tile. I have dealt with other businesses that have been understanding and am very disappointed that the Tile Shop isn't one of them, also very insulted at the attitude the manager took. My husband hardly ever gets angry enough to say anything but this time made it know we would never be back to this store again. It's sad because they have some nice tile and some great sales people, just not the manager.In response to the owners reply, the manager was the problem! I can see now that this company only thinks of the bottom line. Several other business take into consideration the times we are in now and how covid can disrupt progress and because of this have relaxed their return policies. It was even mentioned to me at the time I made my purchase, but I guess again profit wins out over compassion. As for future deals through the manager, I already have $600 worth of tile left over I have no use for why would I come back and try it again with you? I can get the tile I want for other projects at Lowe's, Home Depot or any other tile shop in the community.

After recommending this store to a lot of people I had a terrible experience a couple months ago. A gentleman that works there and the manager, Erika, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and shamed for my medical and religious choices. I have never felt so humiliated. Although this was a horrible experience I am still blessed that this happened because I left and look my business to somewhere new that I had never been and had excellent customer service and my client loved the tiles I picked for him at 3 Kings on Lima road!

O Corey amerigod: This store is simply spectacular walked in there felt like I was in my new home and I had years ago everything is clean and new and fresh and spacious with all the newest amenities of Kyle's sink tub showers curtains everything you need to pretty much furnish the inside of your home except for a bedroom or a garage the top notch Brands the prices weren't bad they had sales going on it's not crowded the people in there are just generally nice I cannot complain that one bit and actually I was up there on a little bit of a not a mistake but because I had to be in that area because right behind there they're nice enough to share their parking lot in the back of the building with a company that I have rolled out with to catch a flight from the Indianapolis Airport heading to wherever I went to but they're just that nice enough to share their space with others and I'm really grateful to have been in there and met them in the next time that I'm in need of some things like that for my home I'm definitely going there when the most beautiful stores ever been in to truly it is and they were generally like I said very nice people in accommodating and wasn't all over your shoulder and willing to help even sent down a relaxed on one of their couches they had in there and watch a little TV hey you can't beat that came yet so yes y'all going to The Tile Shop just want to Fort Wayne's finest no doubt about it and I mean that this comes from me Åmerigod 😁👌🏽❤️😊
