Didn't realize the colors were different until I had laid half of it down and all of a sudden the color changed. The manager refused to do anything. I have never shopped anywhere else for home improvement but after this, I'm done. TERRIBLE customer service! I'm sure I'll get the canned response here of how they didn't want this to be my experience, we pride ourselves on customer service, etc. It's all just fluff.

The cashier couldn't find the price for them so she asked someone to check. They charged me for the next higher priced product. Which ok whatever, I should have taken a picture of the UPC. It was only 30 cents more a piece x 8 pieces .The cashier that waited on me had this crazy amount of patches on her vest about her customer service awards that she had won. She just treated me like I was an annoyance, like I ended up stopping her conversation with a Co worker to help me. I'm sorry that they don't put a price tag on concrete blocks maam......not an award winning performance by her yesterday, for sure.
Peter Schmittp: Don't order home delivery from Lowe's. They have no idea what is going on and put you on hold and talk trash about you. I will never shop Lowe's again in my life! Lost money sitting at home waiting on a greedy corporation. Who knows if I'll ever get my delivery. They don't care, why should I!
Hollis Morse: The last time I was there I was not impressed at all. Unorganized and without leadership. I was helping move some drywall and they stacked it unevenly and improperly. The weight distribution was totally wrong, Noone seemed to care. Mind you it was like 150 sheets but all the more reason to do it correctly. Disappointing, it was.

They asked me when I wanted it assembled by and they let me pick a date.I picked Tuesday 4/11 so I could pick it up and have it for my boyfriends birthday.Called today to see when it would be ready apparently they won’t have it until tomorrow. This is ridiculous and inconvenient.Why let me pick a date and wasted time.

We’ve ran to Lowe’s several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to when they offer them.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

Christina Wilson: I am SO disappointed that we have had an ongoing issue with our Lowe's over a refund we are owed. They installed our fence in early November and had a significant amount of leftover materials that we were told we would be refunded for. Over two months, multiple phone calls AND an email later and still no refund (or even an update)! If I had known this would be the case, I would have just had them leave the lumber that I paid for. We have been loyal Lowe's customers for years and this has really made us question doing any future projects with them.

Karen Broski: Can't find inventory on the shelves that the website says they have in stock. No one around to help find anything. Checkout was slow... Not enough training for the employee, I'm guessing. Most employees that were there didn't seem to care about customers.

Donna Croston: So... my son in law had a toilet delivered. It was not needed, I helped him load it and return it to the store. The clerk told him he did NOT need a receipt for returns. Lowe's would not credit him until they reviewed the CAMARAS. Fortunately he took a picture in the store, so that he had a date & time stamp.
Damian Lothamer: We had went with lowes for our laminate and hardwood flooring. Wish we hadn't because the whole thing was a nightmare. All went good until the day our product was being delivered. Needless to say it took three separate deliveries and multiple phone calls to finally get it all. And after the first delivery they had forgot our laminate and they hadn't even ordered after I supposedly had already paid for it. Our install date was pushed back due to not having our product. The solid hardwood was so badly cambered that the installer couldn't even install it. The only good thing out of thus ordeal was the installers themselves, they were very professional and did and amazing job on my laminate. I would look elsewhere to have your flooring done through lowes.

Jacob McClain: They offered installation and delivery on something I ordered. They delivered and made an excuse not to install. They didn't even know if my warranty I purchased would be void if I install it myself because their warranty isn't covered under them. I specifically ordered from them because they offered installation. Would have been cheaper at anywhere else. I'm sticking with lowes and menards. This is like the 3rd time I've had a problem like this. What really made me mad is they only refused to install 48 hours after delivery so I can't return and refund.

Connie Cole: Will not purchase another appliance from Home Depot. We purchased a washer/dryer set with free installation. Only the dryer was delivered. The delivery company refused to install the dryer because was not noted on their paperwork. Have talked with customer service numerous times trying to locate our 'lost' washer. They failed to call back every time they said they would. Now nearly a week after delivery they have found our washer - but we must wait another entire week for that to be delivered because they are all booked up. We felt that our delivery should have been moved up the line because it will now be nearly 3 weeks from purchase to delivery due to their error in misplacing the unit. Customer service was awful - one telling us to keep calling back, another telling us not to call - they will call us - which they never do! We understand that things happen - people make mistakes - but Home Depot dropped the ball on this over and over. So disappointed. No more purchases requiring delivery from Home Depot - every again!

I often choose Menards because they are often less expensive than other stores of its kind. I found each of the items I needed. I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. Lola S: You know....it's a warehouse, home improvement store - not unlike the other two big name stores. In the past, Menards has tried to maintain a "made in the U.S.A" mantra. Not really sure if that's the way it is.I shop there because it is closer than the other two big name home improvement stores. I'm satisfied with the prices I've had to pay, as well as some of the selections that the other two don't have.I get great plants/flowers for outdoors. They hold up well. I'd say most of my home improvement projects have been supplied at Menards. My only complaint is about the mission style sink w/vanity that I put in my bathroom. It was manufactured in America but isn't the best quality. Had to take it back twice to get one that wasn't broken in the box or scratched/chipped.But, overall, I can't say that it's better or worse than the competition. Menards suits me fine and I'll keep shopping there.

Terry Nance: I was here today and have been meaning to, but thanks to Gabe in the electrical and lighting department, I have rated this location 5 Stars! Gabe was so awesome with helping me. I had 3 questions and he provided solutions to them all! He literally shaved at least an hour off my time, not having to wonder around aimlessly, buying the wrong things. Gabe ROCKS!
Justin B: I was the last customer in the store last night, I had to find a last minute flashlight for a camping trip. I was accused of stealing while I was checking out and PAYING for my items. Some nasty obese lady with a big mole on her chin demanded that I show her the inside of my "fanny pack". I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I am a 24 year old clean cut male, and was near the front of the store by the flashlights for the entire duration of my visit. I believe they harassed me because I was there 1 minute past closing time. I feel extremely disrespected. I showed her the inside of my bag and sure enough, no stolen items! Just my wallet and phone charger! This nasty lady was on a power trip because I made her stay on her feet for an extra 30 seconds. Unreal.

Clint Depue: Usually stop by this store while in Fort Wayne. But today I bought some blades. The singles were $1.79 or next to was a pack of 6 for $2.95. So I bought the pack. But at the checkout it came up as $12.95. I told the cashier that the price said $2.95. He called for a price check. Someone in hardware said the price tags were in the wrong spot and I was wrong. I went back to show them and the employee in hardware didn't even bother to correct the price tags. I asked her if she could fix that so nobody else gets the wrong price. She did and then said it's not my problem that customers probably moved the sales tags around.

Melissa Yoder: I just want to reach out and tell everyone how truly amazing and special the people who work in this store are! my daddy collapsed in the store on February 23, 2023. Everyone in there stepped up to help him and even stay by his side, make sure he had all his belongings and call my mother. He was alone in the store when it happened and we live an hour away and they stepped up and supported him the way family would. Katelyn Melendez: So while in the store I noticed they offered knife sharping services. For 8 dollars a knife they will sharpen them. My knives arrived dull chefs knives and left serrated. Perhaps if you don’t know how to sharpen knives you shouldn’t advertise that you can? That being said the store was clean and they had everything else I have needed. This review is more for the knife sharpening services they should not be providing.

Sherry Sinclair: Tis the season. I picked up a couple of Filtrete furnace filters and packs of LEDs and lightbulbs for the house. I found everything I needed at a decent price. I had rewards to use to get extra savings which is always a good thing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer and recommend them over the box stores for household maintenance, repair items and canning supplies.
Marilyn Krupa-Burns: They have helped me with more projects than I can remember. Excellent advice and service, and they always have the answers and products that I need and that work. If they don't have something, they will order it from their inventory or if I need it now, they will tell me where to get it. It's like having my own Norm Abrams to guide me..
Steven: This is the most unfriendly bunch of people that have ever been in business. I told my sister not to ever go there. You tried to rip me off 15 years ago when I was returning a rental truck because they thought that the originator of the rental agreement didn’t charge me enough.My sister went there and bought a sprinkler. It is defective. And you did nothing but give her a hard time and you wouldn’t refund her money because she didn’t keep the box. It was defective. She only had it three days. You also said you would not refund the money because she used it. David Current: Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Great selection! Great location. It is hard to get out of the parking lot if you are turning left during rush hour. So just plan to turn right out of the parking lot and go around the block if you need to go left.

These two deserve a raise!!

Price was nowhere to be found and then it was the only one of its kind.. end up being the most expensive X even though there are better equipped access for less bought it anyway because it fits my son very well. It was not sharp and came back to get it sharpened got charged six dollar fee. Three days later I’ve been waiting on somebody to call me to let me know my acts has been sharpened I walked in on a limb and it was still sitting on the table with the same person that found the code for the acts the same person that acts super nonchalant about everything in the store The guy that access if he does not want to be here and getting ready to clock out and never did his job. Mr. Shane… Thank goodness Mr AJ got me taken care of that day without problem with the most courtesy and kindness but the reflection of Mr. Shane has lost do it best a customer. Muffin Trouten: I had a new lawnmower I just got and the power cord had got cut I called all the way around and then I called them and then took my lawn mower in they fixed it for under $10 I can't remember the Young Guy's name but he was awesome he had it done the same day that's it maybe 2 hours I was so happy every other place could not do it or have some kind of excuse cuz as a electric mower but he did a great job and I appreciate it definitely think that young man needs a raise

Michael Anderson: Went to the store at 4:55PM to buy a pressure washer. I watched the young punk kid walk up to the door to lock it as I was coming in. If you’re not going to stay open until your advertised time I won’t do business here. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and where it was located, oh not to mention they aren’t cheap. Lost a sale, and a customer!

Christopher Woodard: Both of my last two experiences there have been poor.First one was when I was trying to purchase a Big Green Egg - which they are an Authorized Gold Dealer for. When I went in - the staff knew absolutely nothing about them. How can you be an authorized gold dealer - and have nobody who can actually SELL them? I took my business to the BBQ Store & More in New Haven instead (they are GREAT).Second was this past weekend. I called them Saturday to see if they could put a new pane into my storm window (shattered window). They said yes - and that they could have it ready the same day. So I dropped it off before noon. The young guys behind the counter did not seem to know what they were doing - so they just took my name and number and told me they would call me later that day when it was ready.They never called - so about 30 minutes prior to their closing, I called and someone different told me "I don't know who you talked to - but our screen guy isn't even in today. But I'll put a note that this has to get done on Monday".So I call today... and now they tell me there is no way they could get it done today and they are at least a week out. And the guy has the nerve to tell me "Was it a bunch of young guys who you talked to?" - like that was an excuse for the horrible communication and customer service I received... I spoke with the manager, and all she was able to do was prioritize it for Tuesday instead - which was not helpful because we are leaving for vacation and won't be here.My recommendation - if you just need some tools/parts - its fine. If you actually need them to do something for you - or to be knowledgeable about their products - go someplace else.
