They’ve gotten some bad reviews from a few Karen’s and Ken’s but they’re always super friendly and haven’t gotten any of my orders wrong over the years. People forget this is a fast food joint even though express is in their name and big orders take longer no matter where you go. My mom, trucker husband and i love this place!! Never had a better king crab rangoon, and their combination fried rice and sweet and sour chicken are absolutely delicious! The cashier is always super nice and a joy to do business with!

Pamela Dipzinski: This is the second chance I’ve given this restaurant & they got my order wrong both times. I went through the drive through and ordered a small fry with a bacon BK. What I got was a fry with a burger patty on a bun. No condiments, no bacon. The burger looked like it had been boiled and had no flavor at all. $11+ for that. They lost a customer today.

John Engineernerd: Overall seemed rundown. I wouldn't say dirty, but not clean. All posters inside are removed so feels like a school cafeteria. Only customers at counter, still took 10 minutes, was given food to go instead of dine in like we'd asked. The kid that took our order seemed like we were bothering him, and chewing gum. Never asked if I needed cream or sugar for my coffee. My wife noticed that a screen was in public view and at one point showed that location had 180 percent more complaints than other local locations. Will not go back to eat in or drive through that location for some time.

Ryan Ahmed: Took nearly 10 minutes for someone to speak at the drive through ordering kiosk. Then it was 20+ minutes to the only window open. I left when I realized the car in front of me was talking long at the window, throwing hands up in the air and returning some bags - possibly wrong items. Another time at the same location I and 2 other cars waited at the drive through during regular hours only to realize after 5 minutes that it was closed. No sign, menu board lights all on. I know, it's probably all because of COVID. It's the defacto excuse for everything nowadays.
