Nicholas Paulus: I thought I would give them a chance because I was really hungry and they're line was short. They didn't give several items of food and tried not to give me my ordered frosty. I even tried calling more than once with no answer.
Anastasia Boone: So I sat in the curbside spot for 20 minutes, before I decided to go inside. They weren't even busy. I asked if they even had curbside, I heard a yes and a no. They said their grill was down and it'd be another 10 minutes. Then as I was getting ready to walk out the asked if I did an online order, I did and it was pre paid. They were like here's your food. I asked how long it had been sitting there after they stated they managed to salvage my order before the grill issue. Guy stated a couple of minutes. I wasn't offered a drink or anything for waiting that long just to go inside and pick up my order and do their job. Also I live less than a mile away. They food was cold and gross.

lexa allen: Terrible customer service and willingness to fix mistakes. The food is also cold and not fully cooked. Just went through the drive through and the lady taking our order rushed us and we were the only customers on the entire property. my order was served wrong, not a big deal, I went back through and asked for them to fix it. I was then served two cold burgers that they supposedly fixed. Also the chicken nuggets we had were not fully cooked.

It's like they were blessed by the gods of crispy, salty goodness.And don't even get me started on the burgers. I'm pretty sure Wendy's is hiding some sort of secret ingredient that makes their patties taste like pure magic. I mean, I'm no scientist, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible for meat to taste that good without some sort of witchcraft involved.But it's not just the food that's great - it's the whole vibe of the place. I feel like I'm in some sort of funky, retro diner from the moment I walk in, and the staff are always so cheerful and friendly, I almost forget I'm in a fast food joint.And let's not forget about the Frostys. Oh, the Frostys. There's something so satisfying about dipping a salty fry into a sweet, creamy Frosty. It's like a party in your mouth and everyone's invited.In short, if you're not eating at Wendy's, you're missing out on life. It's the ultimate fast food destination, and I can't recommend it enough. Samuel Stroth: Absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've had several issues in the past, including waiting for 30 minutes on one item because they forgot about me, and then today I went at 9 pm (3 hours before closing) and was the ONLY person in line, and still waited over 10 minutes for some cold a** food that wasn't even right. They gave me the complete wrong sandwich with the dryest chicken patty I've ever had in my life, and as soon as they handed me my incomplete order, they ran off from the window for a couple minutes so I had to wait there to finally ask them where the rest of my order was. Also what is with restaurants in this city and turning off their signs at night to look closed when theyre not? I've seen it on a ton of places lately. Just lazy. This was a new low for this location, which is saying something. I'm starting to think they have no standards at all with quality control or training.
Peanut Head: This has to be the worst location in Fort Wayne. They need to do some serious quality control. The last few times I went, they've completely ruined my order and put me off of going to Wendy's all together. They slap sandwiches together however they want instead of the correct way, they dont speak at the window, they can't follow simple instructions, the dont put utensils, sauces or silverware in the bag, they dont put crackers with the chili, and you'll be lucky to get anything warm because fresh food is out of the question here. It's like no one is even conscious! I used to like coming to Wendy's because they were on the better end of the fast food rank, but the Wendy's in this town are just shaming poor Dave's reputation. I'm all out of chances to give to Wendy's and suggest you dont waste your money just be sadly disappointed when you get home.

Michael Turner: I wish it was possible to give it less than 1 star. They deserve a negative 5 star rating. The restaurant was raggedy and rundown. My burger was undercooked and had condiments that weren't supposed to be on it. My fries were overcooked and burnt to a crisp. And the workers...it was the most unprofessional group of workers I've ever seen. Not just in a restaurant. But anywhere. They were throwing things, and screaming at customers and each other. I'll never go there again.

K W: When I arrived, most of the staff was outside on a "cigarette break." However, they were smoking Marijuana as the ENTIRE parking lot and drive thru area reeked of weed. I didn't mind that much, however when I pulled up, the white girl with blondISH hair who had an AWFUL attitude-looked right at me- and proceeded to finish smoking with the boys she was out there with. I sat for 5 minutes before ANYONE decided to greet me.After having ordered, and paid, I was directed IMMEDIATELY to pull ahead for my food to be brought out. 10 minutes later, my food was finally brought out to me however I was literally given HALF of my order. SO, I had to park and unbuckle my 3 yr old to go inside and get my order fixed. Which was inconvenient as my kid was sleeping. Hence why I went to the DRIVE THRU. FOR CONVENIENCE.When I approached the counter, the SAME young blondISH girl was at the register. I notified her of my missing chicken nuggets, French fry and sprite- to which she ROLLED HER EYES, AND SAID ALMOST UNINTELLIGIBLY SAID "Hodup." (Hold up?)I FINALLY GOT ALL OF MY ORDER AFTER GETTING OUT AND GOING IN. FROM THE MOMENT I PULLED UP UNTIL THE MOMENT I PULLED AWAY, I WAS THERE FOR 23 MINUTES. THIS LOCATION HAS VERY POOR SERVICE, THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY ... TENSE, ALL IN ALL I GIVE THIS PLACE A 2 OUTTA 10. ONCE FINALLY GETTING MY CORRECT ORDER, EVERYTHING WAS FRESH. SO THE FOOD WAS GREAT. Sara Miller: I wanted to grab a quick lunch for me and my daughter. I pick up the bag off my drivers seat and the bottom of the page was covered in food which in turn got on my seat. Then I look at my daughters kids meal and it had a spicy nugget in it after asking for regular. For almost $20 at a fast food restaurant for two meals I expect better quality and service than what we received.

Both times, I’ve experienced very unnecessary attitudes from the employees with my simple order. Jason West: After a long day at work I didn't feel like cooking anything, so we stopped to get dinner. We ordered 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, a spicy chicken sandwich and a large fry. The total price was over $21. (I knew I should have drove off when I heard that price).There was nobody in line, but we were told to pull forward and park. We waited for about 7 minutes for our food. When we finally got home to eat, the fries had been clearly sitting under the heat lamp for an extended time, the Jr Bacon cheeseburgers were cold.....not just not warm, but COLD. Am I wrong, or aren't the buns supposed to be toasted? These buns were not.The only thing that was fresh was the spicy chicken sandwich.I'm very disappointed in this particular Wendy's, and I will probably never go back to this one.

Tina Scheu: We were there about 1:30 March 25. There had been an accident in the drive through so we went inside. We were the second in line and waited about 5 minutes to have our order taken, then after we ordered, we waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and a baconator cheese burger, both with large fries. We received spicy nuggets, 2 small fries and a chicken sandwich with bacon on it. We would have stayed to straighten the situation out, but we were running out of time to get back to the rugby pitch.Oddly enough, this is the same Wendy's that we waited at for 30 minutes this time last year.Note to self: this Wendy's is not to be used again.

The only reason they get a low rating this time is because I believe they might have been short-staffed the service was definitely a little slow. The guy that came across was rather rude and rushed us throughout the order. Told us that we couldn’t have a taco salad without tomato’s. Already frustrated we accepted that we pulled off and started eating. The fries were so hard it felt like we were eating old chips. They forgot a straw for our overly full drink so had to take the lid off and try not to spill it. Then when the first coke drink was taken all you tasted was watered down pop. I understand it’s an hour before close but that’s an hour. I worked in fast food you can break down and still continue to make food fresh to order keeping the mess at a minimum.

Today, I finally verbally requested a receipt and the girl's response was that the receipt machine hasn't worked since she started working there. It feels frustrating to not get my receipt. I cannot leave good or bad reviews since the surveys require the store number, which is only advertised on the receipts as far as I can find. This would also cause difficulty if my order was messed up or missing and item and I didn't have a receipt to show what I ordered and when.

K B: Here's another one, go to pick up an order Fri night (Sat 12:20am) but no one is answering the box and no one at the window. Drive around and the 2 employees are just chilling at a table in the restaurant. Drive back to the box and they say due to weather they are closed. Go to the window where they are now and said they won't fulfill the order because of the weather ok the area. Really? This place is so trash.

Lovely Soul: I wish the location would revamp itself, because the parking lot has big pot holes that startle you on the way for one. Secondly, the staff is amazingly friendly, but it's painfully slow to actually get the food. Lastly the staff didn't make me feel welcomed when dining in. I felt like aside from taking my order, it was as if customers only existed in the drive thru. They conversed loudly and cared not about listening ears. Again, one of my favorite places to stop and get lunch, just would like the customer service to improve.

I had a free frosty coupon to use and the lady at the window didn't take it when we tried to give it to her. We also didn't get a receipt. When we got our food, only 2 of the 3 meals had fries.
