Jacob Marsh: A beautiful boutique hotel, with very friendly staff and trendy rooms. Everything is very clean, new and inviting. The little details really tie everything together, and it really makes your stay feel special. I was here for a week and was always happy to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The Cafe is also top notch, serving a very nice cappuccino with a great area to sit, if you do not want to walk just around the corner to a walking street with other cafes and top notch restaurants.Would highly recommend The Bradley to anyone going to Fort Wayne, and will be staying here again if I return.

oren s: Nice room and good service. However, the shower was not clean, multiple stains, and the tile is chipping, including the floor. Also, the water pressure is very very very low. It’s impossible to take a nice warm shower, no matter how hot the water are going to be there just not enough water flowing on your body to keep it warm. Unacceptable.

Megan Cushing: This review is from the perspective of a very light sleeper: VERY comfortable beds, very nice staff. Place is modern with a lot less "wear" than I've seen in similarly styled places. Water pressure in the bathroom is very high, which was nice, but also seemed to cause the shower to leak a bit (not a big deal to me, but potentially dangerous I suppose)The door let some light into the room, and the ceilings (1st floor) are very high so sound bounces around. The air system includes a fan you can run all night which took care of the bulk of the noise pollution.Breakfast was good, plenty of healthy and indulgent options, however a lot of business men guests being loud and on speakerphones was a bummer but this doesn't reflect on the hotel, just the clients. Don't be that guy!Overall absolutely worth the stay! It was comfortable to work and relax in while waiting for news from the nearby hospital. Nice amenities and quality while remaining affordable, very clean (I carry a blacklight on me for antiquing and checked the room as a joke, it was really very clean!) Also is a great location as it's close to the highways but quiet. Here are some of the good and bad things I noticed:Pro:-location is good, very closed to restaurants and shopping places- fairly new hotel in the area, furniture and amenities are nice (there is a fitness room, complementary breakfast, coffee, tea, hot water, room included wifi, microwave, mini fridge)- nice hot and strong shower- comfy beds- fair price- staff are friendly and helpfulCon:- NOT the cleanest hotel, I ended cleaning the place up after I checked in every time (bedding appeared to be always very clean, but I always find something on desk, sofa, or bathroom floor) *a few of my coworkers stayed at this hotel had complained about the cleanliness of the rooms too- kinda noisy (the hotel room has a desk with a sliding glass screen and a barn door to the bathroom. It looks nice but unpractical. Tyler Wright: This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was amazing from the second we walked in. The lady at the front desk wanted to have a nice bond. The gym was by far one of the best gyms in a hotel. The pool was great. Enjoyed it a lot. The room could have been bigger. But the closet was like another room it was super big! Since we had 2 beds and 4 people 2 people on each bed right? Well for our group I have to sleep by myself. I slept on the couch. 2 people can sleep on the couch. Couch was better to sleep in than sit on. The desk chair was amazing. I am glad that Marriott is teaching people about the gospel of Jesus Christ. There was a Bible and Book of Mormon. Walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and overall 5 stars would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to FT Wayne.

It wasn’t that it was bad by any means I guess I just expected a little more from the Hyatt name. I will recommend in the future if someone is looking for a basic hotel.

Karla Stewart: The bed was really comfortable and the highlight of my stay. The heating unit never worked. Reported it many times, they said they "worked on it" just to come back to my room at night and find it not working again. The TV also stopped turning on. Cleaning service was never provided during my 4 night stay. They told me the last day I had to have it requested and that it needed to be scheduled before a certain time. This was never mentioned to me during check-in.

Jonalle Reader: Called ahead to make sure that they didn't have any big events in the hotel that night and that the hottub was not broken.. was told that the hottub was good and no events..WELL.. we got to the hotel a couple of hours later and found out that they had some sort of tournament and were sold out.. and that the hottub will no longer be there.. it has been down for a while now... and non repairableThere were kids running around the halls until we hours of the night.. I went out for something at 2 A.M. to find a bunch of little, little kids playing a game of hide and seek..When trying to tell the front desk staff, I was called a Karen and they said what do you expect us to do about it, to stop being a Karen..All the staff was beyond rude!! From check-in to check out, we were treated and talked to rudely..We have had issues with the staff here in the past, but after this stay, we will not return

Miccah Baker: I would absolutely NOT spend your money here! I paid $200 for a king suite, there was food and hair on the sheets in the room, the pool is absolutely disgusting there was leaves in the pool, the pool is so tiny you can't swim when there is 10 kids in the pool, kids were loud all night throwing ice at our door, the breakfast is GROSS so plain and not much to choose from, we are going across the street to IHOP for breakfast and that's sad! Very disappointed I paid so much for my husband and I just to get a night away the motel 8 would have been way better than this place.
Linsey: Stayed here for 4 days and at first it seemed really nice place to stay but as the days went by things started showing up, like the shower curtain super loose which allowed water to leave the shower/tub made A very wet floor, then the toilet paper holder broke 5 times to we’re I had to fix it and to toilet paper kept falling off onto the floor lol 😝 then the next pain in the butt was turning the bathroom light on it was a button on the mirror far away from the door, not a good location at all. In the bedroom area itself the light fixture next to the bed was kinda falling down. I can say the bed was super cozy and the pillows were nice to sleep 😴 on as well. The room had a nice size refrigerator, and a microwave that didn’t burn your food. The hotel offers lots of amenities in regards to breakfast daily bar/restaurant in the evening and snacks and drinks and amenities in regards to bathroom needs for purchase. They do have a pool, but it was closed. All in all this place is decent for the value. I would stay again just hope they can get the few things fixed in the meantime.

Blake Swiatkowski: Stayed here for one night. Room and fitness center felt very clean. While I didn't have time for the pool, it also looked very well taken care of and clean as I walked by. I was hoping the bar would be open, but I didn't ask about it, so I'm not sure how their bar works. And the little outside courthouse area is adorable! Very nice stay!

The breakfast is basic but always tastes fresh and friendly smiles in the lobby and serving us. I wish the Jacuzzi was open, but it isn’t a deal breaker.I especially enjoy the Jacuzzi tub rooms. Such a relaxing experience. Sometimes the noise is a bit much, but the super comfy bed’s definitely balance it out.Thank you for your great service and hospitality.

The staff member of the hotel refused to explain how my bill had gotten so much more than the $170 I booked for. Kyle Vanhorn: Very dirty and unorganized, no coffee from 6pm to 7am no hot water, laundry was being folded on the tables in the pool table area rendering that room useless, no service to purchase items in lobby, the only person on night shift was asleep in the back closet and we had to wake him up for coffee and he said not until breakfast
J M: Called in to cancel a 24 hour notice reservation the day before but not exactly 24 hours before and they still decided best practice is to charge my card for the day.Can’t bend a technicality of a couple of hours for a member that stays with Hilton Hotels 150-200 days a year for business. This would have made no difference on their business but a huge difference in my decisions the next time I’m in the area.Not to mention I explained I was rebooking the nights in a different city at a DoubleTree.Starting to feel individually run branches are more concerned with their GP than what’s right for the company/customer.

Paul Kern: Very nice place. We enjoyed the room. Nice bed. The door to the bathroom when closed leaves over an inch gap to see in. The only thing we didn't care for was house keeping attempting to enter our room 1 hour before checkout. Luckily we had thrown the extra door lock or they would have walked in on us getting dressed to leave. The location is good, close to the highway and several places to eat and things to do.

They should put up a board outside of the restaurant to describe breakfast because otherwise it’s just a staff member constantly walking over individually to each person to find out what their room number is to explain they can’t have breakfast for free. It’s confusing and disturbs those who are trying to have breakfast. Breakfast is $13 for typical continental buffet unless you are in extended stay rooms. Fridge not working when we arrived, but overall very positive. I don’t think the vacuum being used is very good— it looked vacuumed but the bottom of my socks got very dirty just being there for a bit. Definitely a nice place.

Brach Canen: The location is perfect if you are staying downtown. The front desk receptionist Cam was very helpful even on the night shift. She went theextra step to help me on my many needs I had during my trip. The experience on a Wednesday was good.the customer service gave me a razor and they also have a great burger bar attached to the hotel. Get the cheese fries !
Phyllis Kopp: I work for an Association that has contracted a block of rooms for a meeting with this hotel. We haven't even had our meeting yet, but it's been incredibly difficult working with them. Every question I ask by email I have to ask twice because the 1st answer I get (if I get an answer) doesn't answer the question I asked. On a personal note, when I called to make my room reservation and asked for a handicap accessible room I was told I couldn't have one because the contract didn't contain any handicap rooms. (We've never had to specifically request handicap rooms when negotiating a contract.) I was eventually told I could get one outside of our contracted room block and I would have to pay more for a handicap accessible room. After going back and forth with the hotel, by the time they decided I could reserve a handicap accessible room, they were sold out of those rooms. I've been working with hotels for Board meetings and our yearly conference for almost 15 years. This has been one of the most difficult hotels I've worked with.
Becky VanderLaan: Terrible traffic noise all night long (and some booming noise that shook the room- may have been the elevator). None of us were able to sleep . I tried earplugs and my daughter slept with music playing in her AirPods all night but nothing drowned out the noise altogether. The rest of the hotel was fine- clean, comfortable, price was ok and nothing wrong with breakfast.

Snark Enterprises: Not a good experience. My room smelled like smoke, the carpet and couch had stains in several spots, and I had to ask for TP. Absolutely none in the room and I had just enough (left over from the previous guest) to use in order to go downstairs and get more.The bed would be OK for 2 nights but for a longer stay be prepared for back aches for those of us over 40.
Jeff Price: The Hampton Inn Downtown Fort Wayne is a nice newer hotel in the downtown area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Rooms clean too. The reason for the 2 star review is due to the way they handle lines Connors Rooftop Bar. Every hotel I have stayed at gives priority to the hotel guests for line access vs the general public. We tried to have a meal at the restaurant and was told there was a long wait and hotel guests or status guests have no priority is seating. This might sound petty but it’s frustrating when you can’t even get (or quickly) into the hotel restaurant and outside public gets priority. Hopefully they can add priority seating to those staying or have status with Hilton.

Candice Burden: We stayed at this hotel with our 7 year old son for a fun night away with mom and dad as an experience Christmas gift. We checked in on Saturday 1/21 and had a wonderful and very pleasant experience around 2 pm with the employee that checked us in. We went down to the pool a bit later and noticed there was a shift change happening. Around 430, we received a call from the front desk attendant that had just started her shift, letting us know that there were noise complaints coming from our room. We were very confused...because we were not being loud!! I mean, if watching cartoons on volume 14 and walking around the room getting settled in can generate a noise complaint, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for families!!! The person we spoke to was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome. We were extremely disappointed! Because of this, we will be looking for different accomodations when traveling to Ft. Wayne. ***The breakfast attendant Sunday 1/22 was so helpful and friendly.

Tim Sullivan: Used to love this hotel, I visit quite often for work but the past few months it has been nothing but problems every time I visit. Getting double charged, charging me higher room rates than I originally made the reservation for, horrible customer service. New employees that don’t know what they are doing and New assistant manager isn’t helpful! Water lines breaking flooding the stairs, food was horrible, was served rotting lettuce.
