Krystal Vega: Where to even begin?!Our journey started in early 2021 with a prior contractor coming into our “new to us” home and destroying it…Most of the rest of 2021 was spent looking for a TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and diligent company to help us fix our home. Finally we found Windows Doors & More. We needed the MORE. And did they ever bring it!To begin with, the office visits/planning was effortless with Wanda. She was able to receive some pictures of inspo, talk to me for a just a bit and understood my style pretty easily.From signing to the start of our project there was a bit of wait (about 4 months) while they waited for all of our pieces to be ordered and shipped in. I preferred this business model as I’ve had friends with remodel projects lasting over a year and people coming in/out of their home at random schedules. If you’re anything like me I feel anxiety the longer my home is open.They didn’t just execute my vision, they made our home secure again. The prior contractor had torn a load bearing wall. WDM made sure to get Our home up to code and made us feel safe again.Can’t speak higher about the crew’s cleanliness! Not a scratch was left behind anywhere they entered. They were considerate about scheduling, as my partner does work from home and at times wouldn’t be able to have the noises that come with remodeling in the background.We are so sad to loose Wanda as our designer for our second project due to her retirement. But we are so grateful she was on our team while we could have her! We hope she enjoys her well deserved break!We just hope to be able to work with Krashawn, Rob and Kevin on our next project!

Mark A: Got 7 new windows installed Dec1. What a HUGE difference! Can't even hear the 40 mph winds right now and rooms that were chilled are nice and warm...if your putting off windows...don't. Rob did a great install 👍 and Joe did a great demo of how windows are built and work. Really addressed our concerns.

Steve Graves: They did an okay job on my parents place. The tile guy was very good, but other areas were definitely hit and miss and the countertop folks really missed the boat. They mis-measured one end, and you know what their fix was? Caulking. I'll try to attach some pics showing half a penny's worth of caulk, which of course didn't last because caulking isn't intended to fill gaps that big. They knew that obviously, but just figured they could get away with it being older folks and all. Lame.

Jill Grady: I am very unhappy with the service we got in dealing with Carol Boocher. She came to my house to give us an estimate on remodeling. She left and I was very excited with what we had discussed and was waiting for a call back for further information about the flooring. We were to be contacted by a man with experience with flooring so we could have a more definitive price. It has been two months of waiting, e phone calls, and two messages left on her voice mail. I still have not received a return call or any other information about further plans for renovations. We had used Windows Doors and More in the past for a door and we’re very pleased. I will no longer use their services ever again!!

Sean Smith: I've only gave three stars for the simple fact that we purchased a back door back in 2011 (I think) and the back door is perfect, it keeps the cold air and hot air out like it's supposed to. The storm door on the other hand we have had too many issues with it. The paint on the door was chipping away, we had someone come out and they tried to use touch up paint but unsuccessfully. So we had a guy come out and replace the door. Now the part of the door that is connected to the glass is starting to have paint chipping. The door handle has been fixed more than once. Mainly for the simple fact that the parts that broke are plastic. Now we're having issues with the entryway. The base had been replaced with a piece of black strip (they couldn't get a wood one) and it's not staying in place it keeps popping up.. I personally think it's a good place but be mindful of what you get and it doesn't hurt to look around.

Bbbb Bbbb: I'm not one to leave a bad reveiw but this place is a scam. If you want a contractor that will only do half the work and expect to be paid for things they did not do this is the place for you. Won't let you leave no stars unfortunately.

Matthew Schaab: Ordered basement windows in July of 2021. After calling several times, finally got.them installed in December. Unfortunately, 5 of them would not open and 1 had already been installed. Not sure what happened, never got an answer. Another 4 weeks went by and I finally got a call that 4 were ready. The 4 were installed first week in January. I received a text at the end of February asking a good time to come by to re-install the last window. I said anytime and got a reply that he would let me know when it was ready. March 1st 2022, jobs still not.complete.

slifeブッキー: We had a new roof put on in March 2010. We developed a leak into the kitchen in 2017 after a terrible storm. We called our insurance company, they said it was not due to the storm. The roof then collapsed into the Kitchen in late 2019. I finally found the paperwork for the roofing Company and called them the first week of April 2020. They said no problem, have your insurance company send us a letter stating they won't pay, we'll take care of it. When I contacted our agent, she contacted the adjuster from 2017 who forwarded DW&M the letter. What we never got was the 18 page letter he forwarded to WD&M from 2017 that clearly stated damage was due to a faulty roof, that in fact when we had another roofer meet us at the home he said the Shingles they installed on our modular home was not up to code for the roof pitch. WD&Msaid they WOULD have replaced it but it was now 1 week beyond the 10 yr. workmanship guarantee and would NOT replace the roof. I explained that my daughter and her husband and child lived in the home and she was already experiencing breathing issues in addition to going thru dialysis 3 x week and that my son in law was also diabetic and worked 6 days a week and did not have the ability to make such repairs. In fact there was black mold now encroaching the home. I made several calls to both the Owner, Kevin Hunter and the Insurance agent for WD&M and basically got a "sorry about your luck" response. Their insurance agent basically told me my only recourse was to take them to court which he was well aware we could not afford. My daughter passed last month and my son in law and grandson are still living in this mold infested home thanks to WD&M, Kevin Hunter and their insurance agents total lack of humanity. Once tgey have your money, your no longer their concern.

maria paniagua: We had ALL windows replaced by Terry and Brandon! Would recommend Windows Doors& More to friends and family. We also got a quote for our Roof but when we went in the building, Tim, at the time was not much helpful with answering our question since he would say "he was not familiar with our home and Mike our representative was." If we would have had questions answered then by Tim, I'm sure we would have also chosen them for our roof. We ended going through someone else with the roof, but looking to replace that work in a few years and will keep in mind WD&M.Mike our representative, was also great to work with! Will add pics soon of the work done!*Also the front desk was always nice and very helpful! We also received a follow up call, we much appreciated!

Kay Wise: We hired this company to paint the interior of our house and they failed to tell us they have subcontractors that have subcontractors that are not equipped to paint wood trim or complete the job and this was a disaster. There was no supervision and no one spoke English so when we attempted to get them to use lighting and fans they did not understand. We provided the supervision on this job as well as the fans when the paint started to run with the amount of sweat on our plastic covered windows OMG!!! We are now attempting to be reimbursed for the repairs for damages to woodwork a pipe breaking causing a leak (drywall repairs) and believe this or not they painted custom trim and bunched it together before it was dry and of course, it stuck together. Like everyone on here, I should have looked at the reviews before we forked over all that money and trust me it was a huge amount! Incompetence all around.

Zack Carter: Dropped off some wallboard this morning. They got room for one truck to park in front of their gate over night. They say their receiving hours are only 8-10am, but i got there over night and had my load ready to be unloaded by 8am and they didn't start unloading till close to 830am. Unloaded one truck at a time, and there was one waiting behind me. Fork lift was done by 9am and they still had to unload the guy behind me, so there was only one more hour for unloading. My guess is they don't get a lot of trucks coming in.

Good service is hard to find, and I am so thankful for their service! Their response time is fast and their repairs are always done in a timely manner. I work with contractors all day long, and can I recognize a good one! I will continue to use them for my doors and lock needs for as long as the building stands! I would highly recommend A1 Door Specialties for you!

Ellen Keough: When asked what I can expect to be charged, was told parts and labor. No one explained there was going to be a "trip" charge that would amount to more than half of the bill. I was also over charged on labor time by HOURS. When I called to discuss these concerns, customer service representative was rude, aggressive and interrupted me multiple times. Asked to escalate to a manager and was told I will likely not hear from anyone. VERY disappointed with their customer service.

Dev Piprottar: Just be careful with these guys. They charge you twice. They charge you trip charges and then they charge you the time it takes to come out. In Fort Wayne, you can go to any place in 20-25 minutes. They charge you 45 minutes to just come out. Just be careful!
