Kroger Marketplace: what do users think?
Kathi Beck: Isles were clear. Shelves stocked with all sale items.
Jan: Truly one stop shopping. They are always busy and parking can be a hassle. The onsite sushi is really tasty. You can save even more by downloading the digital coupons.
Brian S: Very frequently out of sale and other items I go in for. Doesn't matter the day or time of day. Busier than the other Krogers. Lines are not typically too long though.
Rose Pellett: Wow!! Fantastic experience in the Apparel Department today! Loved the selection and the prices! Clean Fitting Room and best of all - amazing Customer Service!!
H Schulz: Very friendly workers and pharmacy technicians. I love the fresh produce options and really appreciate the pharmacy techs being kind and patient with me when I have questions.
Terry Dornseif: Nice store but always crowded.
Gmail Email: Got pasta, it was half cooked. Price mentioned was $6.99/lb but the label say $7.99
Ben Press: Always busy and no selection due to the holiday rush... bakery and deli is always awesome
Gary Greene: They block one of the entrances after 9 pm. Really? One of the older checkout ladies was really rude to me. I hate going to this store.
Elliot: They are always short help on Checking out with Cashiers. You can wait in line 20 minutes before Your checked out and Your ice cream is melting!
Eva Vandeputte: Love the store, but they moved everything around. Frustrating!! Hard to find things when you expect them to be somewhere else.
Alex: Favorite kroger go there 3 times a week
Evan Asper: Just got back here after about a month… too many order ahead carts causing traffic and not enough people at registers.
Rochelle Schiffbauer: Love Kroger! Wish they would come back to Cleveland, OH!
Daniel Diffenderfer: Been shopping here for a year. Everyone is friendly, great selection, and helpful staff. Was inspired to leave a review thanks to the help I got from Carter at the front checkout. I had two very large boxes for a patio set, and he was able to work with the team in the back (thanks Eric!) to get me loaded up and on my way in no time. Carter exhibited a great level of customer service and support and I am appreciative.
Jackie Motley: Love it. Has more of a verity of different things
Kenneth Hagerup: Well stocked, well organized, clean.
Debby Morningstar: So most of us know that we have to go through self checkout or we will be standing in line for hours right? Well we went through self checkout and on the screen it’s says 25 items attention cashier when we are going to pay so the lady comes over and runs the camera back and said I didn’t scan the salad I replied it sure looks like I did, so she very quickly looks over our list of items we purchased and said nope you didn’t! Well when the receipt was printed I double checked it and sure enough the second item that I scanned was the salad! I said see there’s approved I scanned it and I paid for it so then we had to proceed to customer service to get our money back. Why even have self check out if they don’t trust the customers to do their job? If we use self check out we should get a discount off our groceries….
Ava Zinn: Judging from my two visits, I will say the store is all right for someone who has been to all nine Kroger locations in Fort Wayne (so far).
Vivian Reynolds: Good grocery store
Car Junkie: Clean facility, well stocked, fresh produce and meats. Horrible parking lot!

Kroger: what do users think?
Deuwayne Metz: Was able to get what I went in for. It was easy to find. And the self check out made it easy to get out of the store in a timely manner.
Jessica Dion: Kroger on West State never has anything on the weekends. . I di most my grocery shopping at Kroger tho
Gage Girvin: I LOVE THIS KROGER. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL
jesse simko: Everytime I go to shop they never have any fresh produce that you can see mold or just brown
Sir CES: One heck of a dirty place to go grocery shopping. I thought I would stop here on my way home one day since I was out that direction. I ended up turning around and walking out of this dirty place.
Kenn Rollins: Miss the Kroger of yesteryear, when U paid a little more, but got a Superior product- meat & deli. Now just as bad as Wal-Mart. Their brand doesn't make the mark.
Glen Wells: The manager will not get on the phone and speak to me and some other more on up there keeps hanging up on me instead of solving the issue that I had on with an online order
John H: Great
Ronald Daniels: Kroger is awesome. You can always depend on them to have meat on sale (we love to get our ribs from here). They have really good deals on shrimp too but unfortunately it's usually farm raised. The produce here is always fresh and it's so nice that they stay open fairly late when a quick late night run is needed.
Nathan Fain: It's a krogers. There was a huge line for regular check out. Only one nonself checkout line. They should have had more then one at this point.
Hollis Morse: It's always good!
MICHAEL SHEA GRAY: Kroger is just a great store no matter how you look at it....
Anna Bischoff: The OG Kroger. No one can compare to u.
Tabitha Henson (Tabbie): This place always seems to have a lot going on down the aisles. You can only go in one side of the store. So if you park in a disabled spot on that side, you have to walk all the way to the other side just to go in! Poor planning!
Judy Burford Rivera: They are really doing a good job by getting products out on the shelves. The only problem that I think needs to be taken care of is there parking lot and their carts need to be brought inside the store when I go in there there are never cards you have to go out in the parking lot and get them.
Michele: Today Kroger's was well stocked and busy. It was clean and organized though there were stockers taking up some aisle space. They were out of a key product that I needed today which was heavy cream. Darlene at checkout was helpful as always.
dc9wilson: The store is way too cramped and always smells weird but the biggest problem is they're going the way of everyone else and pretty much forcing customers to ring up their own items no matter how busy the place is.Everyone else is getting rid of their registers and turning everything into a self-scan nightmare and looks like Kroger is headed this way too. If I'm going to work for you I expect an apron, a paycheck or a discount on my groceries considering every morning around 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. every self-scan register is being used with a line behind them. So now everyone is holding everyone else up because they're trying to ring up a week's worth of groceries at the self scan check out which they were never made to do.It doesn't help that you have one or two people standing there that you're paying simply to watch people and help with all the problems these self-scan machines constantly have. It would make more sense to have at least one real register open with one of those people since they're being paid to run the register and get people out that have tons of groceries and let people with only a few items go through the self scan. But no. You've turned in to nothing better than Walmart or Meijer expecting people to do the work for you while paying double for groceries what they cost only a year earlier. I'm just over these chains expecting me to jump through hoops before I give them my money.
quan brabson: Today I was approached by a masculine face caucasian woman who works at the Krogers on west state ,about 5’2 , thinner middle aged, with no name tag , made contact with me in a distasteful manner. Accused me of stealing tampons as I was rearranging my groceries that I PAYED FOR . It was the fact that she walked up to my cart, grabbed it aggressively and accused me of not checking out all of my items. After confirming that I did indeed checked out and payed for my items. She then proceeds to print off a duplicate of my receipt. Took a glance at her copy and said YOU STOLE THOSE TAMPONS! I proceeded to pull out my receipt (which mad her very upset and also made her react sporadic ) . She then yells for help, which caused a seen when she caused me to be very uncomfortable. Another associate came and confirmed that I did indeed payed for my items, which made the original associate upset and she walked away, mumbling under her breath. No apology for the woman was given to me , but further more she held up the self check out line to aggressively approach me. Someone should really educate her on not singling African Americans out and making false accusations. Inappropriate and disrespectful and a shameful representation of Krogers by that woman.
Evan Harvey: Barely ever any carts. The new store layout jams everyone up at new self checkout. Seems very silly that they only have one self checkout area open, when there are two technically available.. The new store layout as a whole is ridiculous. Mostly great helpful employees though. Seems like bad corporate decisions are ruining this location.
Gamex: This place is a joke, I remember how friendly this store used to be. It's staff and everything were overall was so great. Now it's so bland and unwelcoming. Now they have only one entrance and a small obnoxious gate by the left entrance. That blares an ear numbing alarm if gone through the wrong way. All they're doing is herding us like skeep. And there's a metal rail where you'd turn right towards the pharmacy. Totally unnecessary. not to mention all the carts lazily left all over the parking lot and left there for hours.
Natalie: I just left this kroger. The customer service rep told me they only have 35 carts total in the store. There were no carts in the cart corral and no carts inside and no baskets. The store was not even that busy. The lines were outrageous, but not even that busy.

Kroger: what do users think?
Faith Donally: I called this store upset because I have been charged 3 TIMES for an online order that I did not receive and the person hung up on me. I am extremely frustrated and I don’t think I will ever be ordering from here again because customer service has been no help as well.
Penny Johnston-Bowling: Spoke to Jonathan, “supervisor”, from customer service. We are traveling from Ohio to Indiana and needed to order groceries. After 4 hours, we were still not able to complete the order. He was not at all empathetic or apologetic. He was incredibly rude. He told me he would cut me off. Joke’s on him. I cut him off first! After many years of Krogering, in-store, pick up, delivery, you name it, this was the “help” we got - Jonathan who couldn’t care less that we were loyal customers. Previous supervisor offered a credit. When asked, Jonathan flatly and curtly said no credit would be issued. It is beyond comprehension how such an individual can fully represent a company with a variety of completions where inventory is plentiful. Very disappointing after being customers for so, so long.
Barbara Deckard: Very clean store with courteous employees that we're most helpful in finding items on my list!
Michelle Christy: I love this Kroger. They consistently have fresh produce, have all of my essentials and best of all they have the absolute BEST clearance section and selection. So many great deals!!
Vern Criswell: It's Kroger, no issues this visit.
Nancy Johnson: Audra was very helpful in leading us to an item. Also cashiers were very helpful in the self checkout line.
Jeremy Spray: My girlfriend and I shop here 98% of the time. Most of the time they have everything we need. We try to shop sales and shop at slow times. The store is clean and the staff is helpful and nice. Meat department is helpful. 👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁.
menno lengacher: The Manger is rude old guy they are lying and disrespectful they have a limit per family but if two family's walk in together he assumed we are all one family that lives together so he wouldn't sell them to us this store needs a new Manger that has some common sense in today's world I would give 0 stars if I couldKROGER some advice if you don't want to sell it don't put it on sale I run a store alsoWake up its 2022
Scott Creager: Open 24 hours again. I had digital coupons and I never got the sale price and of course customer service is CLOSED. Now I have to make another trip to store when you decide to open customer service.
Lana Lindemann: Always go to Kroger for all my groceries and gas
Jackie Motley: It seems like every store I've been going to for Kroger's the shelves are empty freezer was empty just need a step up on your game I know you guys are getting your stuff but other than that my shopping experience was okay
The Station: Great store and great employees especially a gentleman named Klint. He has giving me his assistance here at this location for over 10 years. Great customer service from him he is very helpful and knows where everything is in the store.
Kristin Dancer: Very clean store. Friendly staff and lots of specialty items.
dericdesmond: 7pm, no meat for sale. 4th time this month Ive attempted to purchase krogers overpriced meat. Kroger gets more of my $ than anywhere in Fort Wayne, not anymore. Done.
NGU Fitness: When you have Fitness Goals and an 18 count is .. .97
Veronica Taylor: This location used to be my favorite. They seem to be going down hill fast.. Management seems to only make excuses instead of helping solve simple issues. Today I waited 40 mins in the kroger grocery pickup lane. I had to call the store for an employee to come help with my order. He said he was the only one working pick up. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT??? WHY ARENT THEY STEPPING IN TO HELP THE EMPLOYEES?? It's no wonder Kroger is under staffed.. the huge load seems to be dumped on the very few.
Nancy S: Friendly helpful staff, well stocked and clean.
Priscilla Haight: Always understaffed. Spend 20-30 minutes in line waiting to be checked out. Instead of coming up with a solution, management doesn't care and only makes excuses. Worst customer service ever.
Titus Zimmermann: Worst pharmacy ever. Never ready when promised. Slow.
Dan Long: Nice and clean store that is more accessible than the Georgetown Kroger. Good selection.
Morgan Piner: No staff on the floor, the TWO who were had no clue what I asked about. No carts in store; shelves half stocked. And children playing bumper cars with morotized carts in the middle of the aisle. Didn't want to have to drive to Maysville, but Meijer it is.

Kroger: what do users think?
Penny Johnston-Bowling: Wow! A manager from the Clinton Street location in Ft Wayne, IN (Amy) just hung up on me. I was charged for someone else’s order (plus mine) and since I’m visiting from out of state, there is no time for me to come back to the store. I was trying to see if there were any options and was flatly told no. I tried to reason, negotiate and was told if I needed to talk to anyone else I’d have to call in tomorrow and talk to the store manager, Colton, all this in a very condescending tone. Then she told me she wasn’t going to talk to me any more and, get this, hung up on me! Apparently, there is no such thing as loyalty with Kroger any more.
Dawn Gilbert: Love it
Lorena Hartman: I had a horrible experience in this branch! They offered these digital coupons and I availed them. I went to their branch to the time I scheduled my pick up, they even sent an email that the order to confirm the pick up. When I reached there, it took a full hour to finally see my order, meaning, they did not have it ready! What's worst was, my transaction was only worth $7.28, but the lady wanted to charge me, $40.57 as she didn't know how I get the discount! I even showed to her the emails from Kroger. So, that driving and full hour wait was just a waste of time. At that night, I got an email that it was already cancelled and I was not charged. Two days after, my bank still got charged $40.57! What an absolutely horrible customer experience!
Lady Blanche: Great low prices and friendly service!!
Bob Stewart: Kroger pharmacy is out of control. Never on time. Have gone without my inhaler several times and I have c.o.p.d now I'm told to call 3 to 5 days ahead. Like really. This will be the last time. Done!
Kim Horstman: I like the pharmacy here
Elizabeth Amirault: We love kroger, and usually love their cakes. And while I will note it tasted delicious. I was very disappointed when we picked up our sons birthday cake and could clearly see that they had messed up the black icing and tried to fix it and failed. Now had they called and asked how I would of liked it fixed I would have told them to just switch the icing (I had black around the bottom and yellow around the top, red cake for mickey mouse) but it just looked awful. Luckily I was able to fix it with sprinkles I pre bought off Amazon. But I am very very disappointed in the way this was handled!
Lee Gibson: If I could give it negative stars I would. Purchased hamburger 11/2, Had a sell by date of 11/4. Opened it up tonight and it's rotten. Returned it to the store and they did everything they could do to not exchange the meat. Also the store is trashed. It's clearly failing. Whoever runs this places needs fired. It's sad because when it was Scotts it was great. Now Kroger is running all of it stores into the ground. Will never shop at a Kroger ever again. Please let Publix come up here.
Dero Von Hesse: Whatever company Kroger uses to deliver its groceries is nothing short of woeful. Either a bag of groceries is missing, or you have a bag of someone else's, or half the order is unfulfilled (still full delivery price, though!), or they didn't respond to you when they alerted you that hotdogs were out of stock so now they brought buns with no hotdogs, or the shopper just couldn't be bothered.I had an orderd today with 7 unfulfilled items. I forgot to order cough medicine for my kid, so I ran up to the store myself 15 minutes later and found 5 of the items myself. Just incompetence, laziness, or indifference all around. Terrible service. Which is a real shame, because the pick-up service is terrific.
AM Essex: Kroger has poor customer service. After trying to purchase a Northside Legends breast cancer survivor shirt that was clearly marked down, I waited 20 minutes for the general manager just to come to tell me that they don't mark down items like that stating that another customer had to mark the item down because they don't do that, period. Me as a consumer do not understand why understand why I the experiane occur as it did implying that I marked the item down myself. It was the only item like it on the rack. Josh was unhelpful, insensitive, and condescending in his responseOnly come back to Kroger on Clinton and try to purchase clearance items if you want to be hassled.
Vicki Moser: Great place to shop
Chu ba Tay ninh: Good
jesse simko: It's sad that there commercial says they have the freshly produce but yet everytime I go it's molded
Cody Weikel: This Kroger store was clean and well organized. They have a great produce section with a lot of variety. The store is easy to navigate and they have a lot of self check outs available along with regular lines. It was an easy visit to go in and find what I needed, check out, and leave. The parking lot has several entrances.
Julie Marsee: It was a good place to buy grocerys some good sales .
Katarina Otero: No carts to shop with. Not sure if it is staffing or what but I got here bought and early and the place is in shambles.
Rylee Flood: There is one worker and there self checkout don't take cash. There are like 50 people in both lines.
Tabitha Ketchum: All I can say is that I am so thankful that the holidays are over with, just got the moment.
Michaela Miller: It's a great place to shop, but I'm giving for stars because the check out lane set up isn't great. More lanes need opened up or they need more self serve lanes.
Rachel Lynn: Very SLOW only 2 resgtiers open and the self checkout only takes cards and if you have cash you have to wait in line for 20 mins or more and the night shift people are worse only one resgtier open yall need more night people especially people who can actually run a resgiter the correct way...
Freeze Surf: This self checkout line, went from front of the store to middle of the store, took more than 15 min. Very common between 4-5pm. Never seen more than 2 cashiers and the self checkout. Lots of nice unoccupied people walking around to help you find something though.

Kroger: what do users think?
Jack Wilson: Quick service
Krystal Sowles: Every time I shop here for my mom it is a breeze. Sometimes out of stock on items, but that is expected. I needed to do a review today bc of the wonderful service from Tiwanda. Helpful and extremely courteous!
Shannon Rabbitt: Self Checkout Employees are hella rude and making it seem like I was being a bother when I went in to get a few things tonight. I will NOT be returning if that's how Employees treat Customers.
midmodern1950: I don't understand what's up with this store. No matter what time you go, there's never enough registers open. It takes longer to pay than it does to shop. I agree it's worth the extra time to drive to another location because this store is so mismanaged.
Jason Johnson: Clea, friendly. Long lines though but it WAS a Friday evening.
Joshua Hargrove: Seems to be a long line for the self checkout nearly every visit. Great selection. Seems like prices keep going up thought. Idk. It definitely helps to shop with a Kroger card without a doubt. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Good produce too.
Artem: Always worth the extra drive to another store because no matter how busy lines are always long. Always.
Simone Runyan: Condescending older woman who stands at the U Scans. My friend has had problems with her too when he wanted to buy cigarettes. Today I needed to cash a check and I got to the Money Center to do so just before the 5pm closing time. No one was there, so I spoke to this woman. She was like, "They're closed." And I told her it wasn't 5pm yet, and she was all like, "Well Ma'am...." I told her I wasn't yelling, but she still continued being Condescending. I don't need that.
Tykeria Kazee: Employees are extremely rude these days smh for no reason it’s a way to say thing and let people know when you are not ready to help them instead of sitting there rolling their eyes at you and walking away 😒 and talking on their phone to their boyfriends while you trying to receive help smh do better
Peter Bell: new to the area with Kroger so close and on the bus line thought it was perfect. 3 times with pharmacy being treated rudely aqnd floundering to find my meds. then the grocery check out was a joke one cashier and a mile of customers. they will not get my business in the future.
Thomas Grounds: This is certainly the worst grocery store I've ever been to, but it might also be the just the worst place in general. This is the closest grocer to my home, so even after several subpar visits, I can occasionally trick myself into coming here when I think that buying one or two items here might be more convenient than driving 15 minutes to another grocery store. I have been consistently proven wrong. It doesn't matter how much you're buying or when you visit, you will be here for at least 45 minutes. And it will feel physically painful. Other customers will weirdly smell your hair from behind you. Employees will see the desperate state of affairs in the 30-person self check out line and will turn to their nearest colleague (who are often seen in pairs) to make a loud declaration of their slothly boredom before departing with a snicker. This message is for you, person who some reason looks at reviews for grocery stores. Please don't come here. It doesn't matter if you live a block from the place and don't have a car. Take a bus to the nearest alternative and be satisfied knowing that you've made the right decision.
Lana L (LB): Very large store. The stock is very food here. It's a busy store with a great selection and very reasonably priced items. I save alot of money shopping here.
April Harter: Great employees
Kyle Haley: Great store, pretty well stocked, but the check out is horrible. Frequently the lines are incredibly long
Mark J: Great place for groceries
Genevieve Cacioppo: This Kroger is a disappointment to the city of Fort Wayne. I HATE having to come here. And it really sucks because I love a minute away. No less than 15 min wait to checkout no matter when you come in. Rude people. Trash everywhere.
Paige: Not my favorite Kroger in Fort Wayne but you can tell the employees are trying. This isn’t the worst grocery store in the area, it is always well stocked and decently clean, but the checkout time is insane. Even if you are only going in for a few items, expect to wait in line at check out for at least 7-8 minutes at the minimum (I have waited 20 minutes+ to check out before but it was also 1 on a Sunday so what can you expect). I’m sure they’re short staffed and cannot open all the checkout lanes due to the lack of staffing, but I do not understand why their regional/distract/corporate level manager would make the executive decision to take the two single self checkouts and turn it in to one large self checkout as this just makes the check out time even more lengthy. If you can overlook this or have the patience to wait, I would recommend for the produce and bakery selection mostly.
Larry Colchin: I found four out of five things on my list!
Darryl Witherspoon: It smelled clean and the store was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Kendra: Worst Kroger store in this whole town of Fort Wayne. Expect your check out times to be long, the people are rude, the workers are lazy and there's never enough of them, hm I wonder why! If your phone gets stolen check the box up front bc someone probably sold it there for money. Fire your whole staff and start over. Stop taking your self checkout lanes out to put one lousy check out lane that doesn't work half the time!! Get it together people come on!!
Jeffery McCormick: Need more employees, baggers main issue and the employees are rude and the security too

Kroger Marketplace: what do users think?
Mandy Morgan: Thankful for great grocery stores around our new home! I love the selection here and the friendly employees that helped me find what I need!
Sir CES: In my opinion this is about the best grocery store in Fort Wayne.
Tom Ely: This Kroger is always clean and easy to get checked out.
Danielle Paulette: Overbook curbside pickup. Just waited 20 minutes to pick up my groceries
Esther Rodriquez: The store offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meat, and dairy products, as well as a variety of household items. Prices are competitive and the store's rewards program provides added savings. A convenient and budget-friendly option for shopping.
Larry Greenberg: Lots of selection available. Reminds me of home
GT Riegling Jr: Kroger is always good. I just wished they would have the Baked Lay's chips all the time. But Honestly This is supply issue since Covid. For some reason it's only the Baked Lay's you have trouble finding everywhere. But you wanna a deep fried chip they won't run out of those.
Ben: Clean
Dawn Strole: The place was beyond busy and the fresh greenbean looked awful, but considering they had everything else I went for and the cashier was friendly and efficient. I gave them 5 stars
Lizzy Laisure: We purchased groceries online on Dec. 18 which we picked up at the store at Coventry Lane. Kroger charged us $85.42 on 12/18 and then charged us again $80.73 on 12/19. Both amounts were deducted from our bank account. When I called to inquire, they said we had to wait 2-3 days to get our money back into our account~!!Stealing from customers, just like Walmart, what a scam.
Rodney Wilkinson Sr: Always friendly staff
Marie Powers: Every single time i visit this location i am stalked like a thief at checkout. Mind you their lanes are usually all closed so we're forced to do their jobs-self checkout. Tonight an older WHITE RACIST lady with big hair (think of Peggy Bundy) with glasses was so rude when i tried to enter the area-she left a cart in my way, wouldnt move nor did she say excuse me just gave me the typical racist look. Lady you work at Kroger at 50! I'm glad i did something with my life, unlike you. As i began scanning, there are at least 5 others scanning-she's fixated on ME, the black woman. Utterly disgusting this is not the Kroger brand. Imagine looking up and this lady is just glaring at you buying some darn ginger and oranges. The nerve of people who failed in life. Loser and Kroger fix your staff! They're all this way other than the youth, the biracial girl working nights and the tall white older male who works the main entrance during the day. Get rid of your racist staff, we come to shop like everyone else. I am 40+ being harassed by low class individuals working at a Kroger for a living-give me a break. The audacity! Time stamp 10:38pm
Natalie Bell: We have a good time! Have some interesting holiday items
J B: I like the selection at this location vs. the Chestnut Plaza Dr. (Fort Wayne) location.
Ben Gehring: Kroger is a great store with a really friendly atmosphere!
Lana L (LB): Huge grocery store with so much to choose from. Fresh fruit and vegetables are plenty. The deli was great and was helped immediately. The fresh donuts were great. It was crazy busy, but the staff were trying their best to get shelves stocked. Incredibly busy but steady checkouts. I use the self checkouts and whipped right through. Great store.
Zac Carpenter: Waited 50 minutes for my groceries and couldn't be any later to get my kids. No one came to talk to me. Called manager and said I'll look into it and hung up
Louise Leistman: Love this place!!❤
Mordy Aponivi: The new rearrangement is inconvenient and a mess and makes everything that once took 5 minutes to find 20 minutes to find. Worst idea ever.
Zoe: We ordered pickup groceries and Aidan was a great help with loading us up. Very kind and a good attitude. Thank you!
karen whittaker: Nice and clean. I like shopping Kroger....

Kroger: what do users think?
Lori Case: Great store. They always have what I need!
Lisa Morse: Great place to shop, love the staff.
Jackie Motley: Always like to shop at one of Kroger stores. But the shelves were empty and freight all over the store. I know alot has to do of being short staffing. Keep up the good work.
Chloe Starks: About an hr ago I had an Instacart shop at Kroger on E. State, an older gentleman that works there didn’t catch his name;but he’s always quick to help and always seems to be in a good mood. He seen me go to my car and asked me if I needed help putting things in at first I said no but he insisted. He asks me “Do you feel guilty yet” and I said no and he proceeds to say that he love doing that for customers because I love to make peoples day Even though it was a small gesture, it was very much appreciated
Alister Hile: Standing in line to return something that both went out of date two years ago and was rung up at a higher price than was on the the tag. Could a grocery store mess up anything else? Wrong prices on expired food.
Veronica Jarvis: It's a very tidy store and the staff is friendly and always willing to offer their help. I usually Clicklist, but decided to do my own shopping today. Since I've been using clicklist for nearly 3 years, I am always worried about finding things, but aisles were clearly marked and stocked well.
Lys Bebout: Today I went to this Kroger to get groceries and it was the best experience I've ever had!! MICHAEL bagged my groceries, very nicely, and then pushed my cart out to my vehicle AND put all my groceries away for me(and I had a lot). He said he's been there 25 years and kept saying how much he loves to help customers. He was seriously so amazing, and went over and beyond!!!!! Thanks so much Michael, you are such a blessing!!!
Roy Sutphin: negative 5 would be a better rating. Clearly posted fuel price was not honored when I disputed they said there was nothing they could do to refund the difference. Contacted customer service and spoke to 2 people in the Philippines that were very difficult to understand and also refused to assist me and told me to return to the place that already refused.
Ishmael Bey: This location used to close at midnight. And then it went to 11:00 p.m because of Covid-19. and now it is at 10:00 p.m. closing time. When will it go to 9:00 p.m.? Or even 8:00 p.m. closing time? Kroger at Georgetown square does not care for the third shift worker in that area. They don't care for the late night shopper.Knowing that there are many other businesses in the Georgetown Square area that are open later than what this Kroger closes at, as a late night worker in the area, It just does not make any sense to use this Kroger anymore... I'd rather drive a mile down the road and use the Meijer and or Walmart. Walmart closes at 11:00 p.m. while Meijer closes at 12:00 midnight.Fort Wayne Indiana Kroger district general manager, you can do better.
Peaceful Right Mind: They have good customer service.I just love there fruit pies from the bakery. Ms Jasmine that works in the deli department is always so nice every time I vist and she working.
Jessica Lamb: I had a Click list pickup scheduled for 9am-10am. I was a half an hour early which I didn't think would be a big deal. But when I called upon arrival the automated message told me to leave and come back later 😅 I sat in my parking spot with Intentions of just waiting. A gentleman came out and asked me for my name and said that he would bring my order out anyways. This guy did not have to do that for me! That is good customer service.
maddie fraser: After another customer had threatened me. Gary, Ben, and Jeremy took great care of me. Taking the time to help me and to even help load my groceries into my car. Honestly I love coming to this Kroger they take such great care of everyone and they are always so kind.
George Snyder: I used to complain about the Georgetown Kroger until my wife and I went to the one on St Joe center. It wasn't so much the store but the people. The other customers were rude, hogged the aisles, cut in front of you, cut you off practically knock you down. When we went back to our store in Georgetown it was such a relief. We've been going there so long we feel as we know many of the employees. We noticed their prices going up since the pandemic which is annoying and they don't stock some of our favorite items any longer. But the shoppers from our area are much more polite and it's a much better shopping experience.
David Sites: The service for their curbside pickup is awesome. The kids bringing out the groceries have been very pleasant.
Cindy Greider: I know where things are. Good prices. Variety is good
Kim Bebout: It is rare that I have to wait more than 5 minutes to check out. Products are usually pretty well stocked unless it is a good sale item. However if you ask an employee to check in back they are helpful and rarely grouchy about checking for you!!
Paula Dyer: Friendly staff, very helpful.
Sean Holtzclaw: This is my home grocery store. I've known people who work here for a while. They're friendly and knowledgeable about the things they sell. That's MY local grocery.
Dreski Drew: Everything i need is in-stock.
lApinan Lertpruk: Closer to home
Fritzy-Kitty 1: Great store with helpful employees and good selection for a smaller store. The bakery department is well ran and has done a great job with my past cake orders.

Kroger: what do users think?
Sean Patterson: The employees are very nice but there are NO PAPER TOWELS IN THE RESTROOM. None! Just one of those hand dryers that's been shown to be horrifically unhygeinic. This is a grocery store? Do your people just not wash their hands? Or worse, use one of those hand dryers?!?!?!?! Disgusting!!!! There's also only one entrance or exit to the entire store, now; feels very unsafe in the event of a fire.
playlist fave: My husband is on a walker. He always goes in and asks whoever is at the service desk if he can put his walker up by the desk, out of the way so he can use a motorized cart. He went to the pet pantry before going in there & had a bag of cat food. He asked if she could look in the bag so they know that he's not trying to walk out with something that he didn't pay for. The lady at the service desk told him no, that he cannot leave his walker up there and she wasn't going to search his bag. She was so incredibly rude. He even said, "ma'am, I just want to go back and grab a couple of 2 liters of pop. I can't leave my walker up here long enough to do that?" She said no, that it will be in the way. So he asked one of the cashiers to look in his bag so he didn't get accused of stealing & explained what happened with the lady at the service desk & they were in disbelief.I think some of your staff needs to be retrained in customer service and laws on discrimination, specifically towards the handicapped. This behavior is unacceptable at least. Shame on you Kroger for employing people who are like this customer service person. She should not be allowed to work with the public at all.
Katrina Johnson: Very rude racist customer service at the customer service desk. Went in on 3/12/23 around 9am cashed in lottery tickets, went to buy new ones. RACIST Rude older lady working stated "I'm not selling lottery tickets right now, I have too much paper work to do" so I politely asked well what time will you began selling them? In a very agitated tone she replied"whenever I get caught up on everything else I got going on" As she stood there doing nothing. News flash if you don't want to deal with CUSTOMERS!!!!! DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERCICE. Ironically enough I walked over to the Kroger gas station attendant and guess what he was selling tickets, however I refused to buy them at this point.
Gg: Good prices and friendly staff
Cathy: This Krogers never have the items that are on sale for the week in stock, it’s just flat out ridiculous so don’t even waist your time coming to this one go to Southgate Krogers it always has plenty….
Samantha Fisher: I'm surprisingly shocked to see that this Kroger has a four out of five rating and I'm assuming that's just based on cleanliness alone because the customer service and employees are absolutely horrible. I called the pharmacy to see if any of my medication was ready when one of the following pharmacists told me she did not care and it was not her problem so I proceeded to ask to talk to somebody else where they proceeded to get rude with me so then I asked if I could speak with a manager where then zan(a girl) proceeded to try to get rude with me and then play it off like everything was okay. I would highly recommend driving 20 minutes elsewhere just to have friendly interactions with employees. Because this location just is not it.
Wendy Cox: Very hit or miss as to what is stocked and carried. Staffing not what it should be.
TM Guyton: First time shopping on weekends. Cashier Angel provided a negative customer service experience. Her display of frustration after she was asked for help was shocking. I’ve never had a bad shopping experience at this location until I stood in her line. Back to self checkout for me. I hope she does better at treating people equally with care and concern.
Gretchen Smith: Employees here are always pleasant and eager to help even when customers are being rude and demeaning to them. I love going here except for the fact that they are so busy sale items are typically gone by the end of the first day of the sale.
Nifenjer Lopwel: I've been buying ribs every Saturday this summer. They have been amazing. The guy cooks them w no extra sauce for Me. This week I went in, the lady wouldn't take a special order and the ribs that were available inside.... LOOKED COOKED, BUT were Burnt outside half raw on the inside. Was told I could no-longer pre-pay for My ribs and get them w no extra sauce. Guess I'm going back to South Gate Kroger
Tina Atkison: Love to shop there. Michelle is wonderful. Just don't care for the pharmacy.
Brian Boehk: Why is there only one way in and out?!?! Do you know how many times I've almost been ran over by older women and gentlemen coming and out.
Joe Taylor: Convenient because they are in the neighborhood. Not in the outside area
Angelica Carroll: Kroger has a pretty good assortment of produce, including organic selections but I wish there were more organic options. I really enjoy using the Kroger card too because it allows me to save money on gas especially with the prices right now. It's completely free and simple to join. The card also syncs with the mobile app, allowing you to keep track of your purchases and access e-coupons.
Shannon Rabbitt: My Husband & I went there this afternoon. Asked for help from an Employee, she walked away from us and was only interested in standing around talking instead of finding out about something for us. I guess Kroger likes to pay their employees for goofing off instead of doing their jobs. Go figure.
Taylor Raymond Crane: This store makes me depressed it's so small and lacking we need a supermarket so bad i have to drive all the way to the Coventry location for my grocery shopping becasue so much is missing.
karen whittaker: clean. friendly people..
Julie Andrews: Rhonda on the pharmacy is always liked and helpful!
Pamela Montgomery: I was just at Kroger's. All I heard was a woman cussing and threatening other customers. The whole time I was there. Nothing was done!
Zion Moulder: Kroger is the only chain in the area that I was familiar with from my hometown (aside from Walmart which...no) and I've always had a pleasant experience at this store. It's not the most spacious and I am certainly NOT a fan of their new hours, but for what it's worth they do a really good job. I frequent the pharmacy as well and they have always been nothing but kind, if maybe a little rushed.
Mary Brown: Call pharmacy and the phone rang for 35 minutes and still nobody pick up started calling at 4.03 pm and let it ring till 4.42pm

Kroger: what do users think?
Princess Sharp: First the food not always the best or they don’t be having what I need.Second I attempted to get flowers and a card this morning 2/21 and the old hag was having a straight attitude for no reason.Third if most banks are online and they send a virtual card and I show my ID with it why can’t a cashier type it in ? And then if they get Apple Pay it wouldn’t even be a problem I get ppl steal cards and but I can show them right from my app the virtual card so why is it a big deal to not type in my card smh really ruined my morning
Holly Hudson: Odd layout.
Nathan Theis: Woman running checking department doesn't even know what cash app and told me to wait 2+hours for someone that does.
Jim Hoag: Easy in and out through full service check out lanes. Friendly cashiers and staff.
Logann Tuttle: I am utterly disappointed and find it inexcusable the lac of robe selection in this store. Only reason I gave a star is because I had to.
Matt Williams: Staff doesn't care if you are in the way while shopping. They will block you in while shopping, cut in front of you,. It's weird. The customer used to be a priority now it seems I'm an inconvenience while shopping here. It's not a one time thing.... The Covington Kroger is a bit further but I'll be going there from now on... They also have much better selection...
Dave: Miss break room to use computer. Working on top of cart was not good.
x: Here I am, unfortunately not giving a good review whatsoever and there are a few reasons for that:Once again green potatoes! Sorry, that's a no go! I have had recently quite a few complaints as to the produce. I have been having a hard time finding decent strawberries and blueberries among all the moldy and deflated juiced all over packages but during my last three trips out there within a 2 wk frame, I found at first look decent looking potatoes. Now here I am again, started peeling them and they are green on the inside- this is just not acceptable. I tried russet, the yellow potatoes and on my third trip I took a bag of red potatoes and all are on the inside either really green(!), smell like old basement or/and have terrible black spots all over once you start peeling them!I hope the store manager is aware that according to different health studies green potatoes should be tossed as the green itself might point to solanine, a toxin which can create headaches, neurological issues etc. Therefore, green potatoes shall be avoided and not sold to customers. Also, the last prepackaged salad I picked was 5 days after expiration, I gave it to one of the employees. I bought white and red onions which on the outside appear to be good once you cut them in half however, they're molding on the inside and I am talking the same day consumption as I store bought them so they have not been lying around going bad in my home. Please, find better produce as you used to or work with the ones selling to you as the quality is way below expectations.UPDATE: though it got better lately with the produce, look at my lettuce 😩
Veronica Jarvis: I just love clicklist. The staff are always friendly and kind and when they don't have something on my list, they are great with substitutions.
Andrew: The store itself is very nice since they updated it 4 or 5 years ago. Unfortunately though, thanks to the government subsidized apartment complexes they put in nearby, it is now the Walmart of Southwest
Carl Ayres: My Doctor sent the pharmacy a RX for 60 of a narcotic pain medicine in-they filled it with only 30 and claimed it was the full 60 pills a pharmacy tech and pharmacist can’t tell the difference between 30 and 60- what else can’t they tell the difference between-Think about that before you let them fill a rx for you!!!!!!!!
Shawn Moriarity: go there often
Susan Prokop: Some old lady that works there was yelling at my husband about how he puts his groceries in the bag?? She was very rude.
Connor Garrett: Good good
Katelyn Williams: It’s very close to where I live but I will drive further down Illinois road to get what I need if it is for a cheaper price! Kroger’s prices aren’t always cheaper! I like to bargain shop and Kroger’s just isn’t a place to bargain shop! Produce doesn’t ever last that long! Unlike other stores! Strawberries are never any good there! They always are bad within a day!
SeeBeyond Today The Motivational Platform: Majority of the people that work here are friendly.
Kris Cour: Whenever you can't find something just ask they will take you right to it. Great customer service.
Jeffrey Hecke: This is the best kroger in fort wayne ... Always huge selection never out of product. Like all the other gehtto krogers around town.. No pan handlers like all the other krogers in town lots of products the other krogers dont have ... Friendly staff great service.. Floral and gift department ..Fine enormous wine and spirit selection catering services fine cheeses and meats .. I just wish they would clean all those other krogers up especially that terrible one on west state .. Where the vagrants and hobos do drugs drink and have relations in the pine trees they refuse to take a pole saw too or get adequate security ...
Jim Buchanan: This is our primary grocery store and the people are amazing! Love it and recommend it:)
Jonathan Gerdes: Awesome!
J E S: Annoying how many employees are shopping for people that are "To busy". They filled the aisles and made it cumbersome to move thru the store.

Kroger Bakery: what do users think?
Evelyn Jackson: Does not have nearly as nice a selection as the stores west or north . The decor and cleanliness are not as good. There are not as many cashiers on duty.
