Dupont Hospital Mammography: what do users think?
Tracy White: I have tried 5 times to schedule an appointment. Navigating the system is a tedious process. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes with no results.I need to schedule a mammogram, family history of breast cancer and I feel a lump. Not a good way to start the process and now I have no idea where to go or if insurance will cover it.
Brandy Hart: When your having one of the most emotional procedures of a woman life it helps to have a great staff like this one. They have snacks which for some reason really calmed me down and the techs were patient and soothing. While I never want to return because of cancer this will always be my preffered place for my mammograms.

The Imaging Center: what do users think?
Josh J: This is the place to go if you need outpatient imaging in Fort Wayne! I've had a number of scans over the years and find the Imaging Center to be the easiest for me! Easy access off Jefferson Blvd. Plenty of parking. Check in was fast. My doctor had ordered a fairly long series of MRI scans on this visit. Gretchen was very kind and helpful answering questions, getting me situated in the scanner and running the tests.
Alex Ross: I had an awful experience here. The doctor didn’t even look me in the eye and preformed the imaging very harshly. Was in a lot of pain after and was rushed out of the back door. I have never experienced something like this at a medical establishment befofe.
Barbara Hunter: Very professional and kind staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I had my results and understood things before I left.
Paul Twedt: Very professional, friendly and quick service. Thank you.
Joanne Bergman: A++. All precautions possible taken for Covid-19. Tech was very professional. I was taken early due to cancellations, which was great.
Apoorva Nad: The wait time was very long more than an hour. But the Staff were friendly and helpful. They explain every step, and answer any questions you might have. I am very impressed with Gretchen. She was extremely kind and helpful. It was my first time there but and she made it easier.
Lisa Hiner: I had an MRI taken at this place and the experience was wonderful. The place was clean and everyone was very nice.
Michael Vorndran: I had a closed MRI here and I was a bit anxious about it since I am somewhat claustrophobic. The MRI machine that they used had a much larger opening than the last closed MRI that I had several years ago and I had no anxiety problems whatsoever with this one. The attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating, which also helped greatly. There was little wait time, which was an added bonus. I would recommend The Imaging Center for any of your imaging needs.
Angela Krebs: My appointment was at 7:00 and I was out of there before 8 o’clock. Everyone was very courteous. Thank you for the nice experience!
Betty McGillvary: BEST PLACE TO HAVE A MRI DONE. THEY MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE. GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE
Josie Dunlap-Smith: Everyone at the Imaging Center made my appointment so fast and easy. I like being able to make an appointment and not have a long wait. The staff is so friendly and helpful!!
Tavia Brown: This test was performed on Hattie Dunbar
Craig Daugherty: Had a scan 3 weeks ago and haven't heard my results. Called my ordering doctor and the nurse said theres no word from The Imaging Center. Not good.
Courtney Hoerger: If you want to go somewhere that has absolutely zero respect for your time then this is the place for you. An 820 appointment should not commence at 9 AM. This is the beginning of the day how are you running 40 minutes behind. The entire scan took less than two minutes from start to finish. Did you have 20 other new people show up today that you decided to cram in before me? On top of that they do what’s called a pre-registration where they call you the day before and ask you a bunch of questions, only then to repeat the same exact questions when you show up in the morning. Why waste my time with pre-registration if it does absolutely nothing? The only positive thing about this place was the technicians were really nice.
Luci Moran: Accompanied older family member. Person at door very rude. “You have to wait in the car”. First of all, I understand that patients are the only ones allowed inside. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her the current medications, of which I have a list. And don’t tell me where to wait. Just say, “I’m sorry. We’re only allowing patients in the building at this time.”
E. Wilson: Fast. Very nice people work there. Went out of there way to make me comfortable. This is where I'm going from now on if possible.
kevin sayers: always short waits and quick service, even for walk ins
Laura Cox: The radiologist, Dr. Hagedorn, is great and kept me comfortable and kept my mind off the procedure. He and the entire staff were great for an anxious patient like me.
tamara sorg: The woman who did my ultraound was friendly and amazingly thorough.
Donna Crow: Super team!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Daniel Fairchild: Directions were excellent, people very friendly with all the paper work , wait time 20 minutes, I will suggest this place to other people.

Breast Diagnostic Center: what do users think?
Holly Hudson: Some trouble setting up initial appointment. Staff was friendly and the report was quick. All belongings are left in a locker room unlocked and unattended.
Barbara Deckard: Staff was professional and very gentle during the procedure.
Essa Scott: Went and seen them in March. Never received any kind of bill or phone call telling me I owed them money. Then today I get a phone call from a debt collector! I have excellent credit that I have worked very hard for so this really upsets me.
Joyce H: Good luck trying to actually talk to a person on the phone- nothing but recordings .they call with a message to call back and nobody answers the phone.
Alyssa Fisher: Dr. Johnson & Hollie were great! The entire staff took excellent care of me during my visit and were very fast. Would highly recommend!
ggx_acura: HORRIBLE! so every year I am told to come back for a retest, i go back in and same thing over and over. Last year same thing and I show up with them saying well this is not going to be covered on insurance or it will go against your deductible. So i was told i would have a $400 plus out of pocket i would have to pay for a re-test that I did not need. I said no i will wait until my annual. oh no, you will still have to pay for the diagnostic test redo because that is how we are going to bill it they said. I said why would you do that when I could get my annual paid in full. That is how we do it and everywhere else is going to do the same thing you will not be able to get the covered screening until you do this retest and pay. So if you do not get their "retest" they make so many people get, then they hold you hostage and tell you cannot get your regular screening so basically you are stuck or you run the risk of not getting the screening to make sure you do not get cancer. and no, afterwards I found out that you can just go somewhere else to get your regular screening and do not have to get a retest. They lie and scam! go somewhere else!!!
Rita Berger: In and out in about an hour. Some of the most caring people around. Very professional.
robert bowling: When with my wife for follow up, was not allowed to go back because they don’t have private rooms. Expect you to sit in the lobby 2 hrs while tests are run. Total BS.
Lori Chester: I would like to start off on a positive note my saying the women that did my mammograms and ultrasound were very caring and understanding. They did their very best to make me comfortable. That is where my good experience ends.I went for my first ever mammogram, everything went better than I expected. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Before I left I was told I would get a letter in 7 to 10 days or a phone call if they needed me for anything else.Fast forward six days later, I had not heard anything. I was thinking all must be good, I'm in the clear. No such luck. On day six I get the call for more imaging. I'm on the phone with their representative and I'm telling her "ok, but why do you need more images?". My answer is "One out of 10 people are called back...blah, blah, blah". I make the appt. Then I decide that explaination is not good enough for me. I call back with same question, different lady. This time my answer was "Almost everyone gets called back their first time".The day before my second appt I decide to try to get an answer again, by this time my mind has been totally consumed with what could be or couldn't be. On my last attempt, the third lady told me I was coming in because " That's what the Radiologist wants".When I finally make my appt, fuming by this point, I get into the mammogram room again. I am told why I am there and I'm totally floored. Feeling somewhere between furious and feeling like I was going to pass out.It did turn out alright for me, but the communication here is horrendous. I feel like they held my life hostage for two weeks. If you choose to go here, please don't give up until they answer all your questions.
bs cy: My entire experience just felt weird.
Sheryll Questa: Had a great experience getting a mammogram. Staff were very caring as I was nervous (first time). I would definitely recommend.
Lisa Batchelder: All of the staff that I have encountered have been professional and kind. I found the office to be very clean & nice. I would highly recommend this center. Rachel was my RT, Dr Powell was my Radiologist and they were both awesome!
Tonya Rakoczy: I had a biopsy done 1 yr ago and it went very smoothly and professionally. They explained everything that was to happen, and the Rad was very polite and kind. Thanks for a great experience in such a scary situation!
Angela Hockenberry: I had gone there over a yr ago and was told to go to Matthew25 eventhough I have 2 forms of insurance and Im BRCA2 ER-
Brett Kinsey: Came here with my wife to comfort her through the experience and was not allowed to go back with her. Had to wait in the lobby. Very Disappointed!
Joshua Stidham: Absolutely horrendous. My mother had to get a biopsy procedure done in a smaller hospital in LaGrange, IN. They didn't have the proper equipment, so she went sent to this center today. The doctors at this place didn't have the proper equipment to do the procedure again... IT IS A BREAST. DIAGNOSTIC. SPECIALITY. CENTER. GET IT TOGETHER - what an absolutely horrendous facility.**UPDATE - my mother now has gone there 2 times. The initial doctor was uncomfortable with doing the procedure at her first appointment, which was at a small hospital in LaGrange, IN. She was then sent here, and was unable to have the procedure done because the doctor didn't feel "comfortable" doing the procedure. YOU'RE AT AN IMAGING CENTER. HOW CAN YOU NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING THE PROCEDURE AT A SPECIALITY FACILITY. After she rescheduled after the horrendous experience, she was rescheduled to come in again. This time, she was scheduled with the INITIAL doctor at the SMALL hospital, and she was once again "uncomfortable doing the procedure." HOW IS THIS DOCTOR STILL IN PRACTICE, AND WHY WAS MY MOTHER RESCHEDULED TO SEE THIS IMBECILE AGAIN. If you don't feel "comfortable" doing your "job", why the hell are these people paying you to give patients the run around and all around terrible experience. My mother didn't give me the name, but the doctor's name is Dr. "D". She's apparently blonde and pretty, but that seems to be the only redeeming qualities she has. Please don't ever go here to receive any sort of care - you will be poorly disappointed.**SECOND UPDATEAt this stage in the game, I have debated on following up with this post... but apparently, this center needs a little customer service training. Here's a free lesson.A customer service rep contacted my mother on Friday (3/11/2016) to inquire about my (scathing) review. She said that this review is exceptionally harsh, a little bit of hearsay, and "hurting business."Let me paint a little picture for you. I am a 27 year old man and live in one of the largest cities in the United States. I work for a healthcare management organization that manages almost 60 primary care clinics throughout a good chunk of the state I live in. A few years back, we made some major changes to our protocols and processes that ended up really sacrificing the quality patient care we were delivering. We were swarmed with very malicious and poisonous online reviews, saying our facilities were a scam and we were taking advantage of people. At the end of the day, people are people. The information people write on the internet must always be taken with a grain of salt; no one REALLY knows what happens during patient encounters except those who were actually in the room. Emotions can cloud reality, so usually these reviews are a healthy mix of truth, frustration, anger, and emotion. When we received this onslaught of reviews, we didn't call each patient individually and ask them to take them down. We simply responded to their posts online to show our presence and let them know we were truly sorry. We always left the contact information so disgruntled patients could follow up with us so we can smooth over anything that we possibly could.Towards the end of 2015, we started a yelp campaign and handed out cards to existing patients and asked them to write a review if they a) felt compelled to do so and b) if they really had a wonderful experience with us.3 months into 2016, our good reviews are outweighing our bad reviews. Not because we called our patients (mind you they called my mom, and not even me... did she write the review? no) and told them to take it down (that's customer service 101, as a business you have to live with what people write about you... you can't take it down), but because we owned up to our mistakes, CHANGED OUR PROCESSES AND PROTOCOLS, and then were able to deliver quality care that inspired people to get the word out about our business.Fix your business. Hire smarter people. Fire those who can't do it.
Charlene Keene: I had a biopsy there today and it was great. The staff made me as comfortable as I possibly could be. They explained every step as they went and tonight the Dr called to ask how I'm doing. Very caring and considerate people.
