She jerked me around with my money there.... so I decided to give her another chance here at apple valley and once again I sit here with 3 children and $2500 short of feeding them..I do very good and efficient work for them and a plethora of other community's, my company has a very good and standing reputation for our quality craftsmanship..and very affordable cost rates..this woman is vindictive and extremely untrustworthy and dishonest..I urge anyone who even considers 🍎 apple valley a place to enjoy retirement, raise your children,or even a cool bachelor's pad to please reconsider before you are their next victim....

Denzlo Hagerty: Nice setting, clean and well layed out. Only problem is their pet policy. Apparently the owners are not animal lovers. Aproved us and then told us we had to get rid of one of our dog family members without meeting or checking him out. If they had bothered to check with our referances they would have found that he's better behaved than most children.

Julie Gates: If I could have given this place 1/2 a star I would've. This place is a joke. They change the rules everyday. Kids can't play, ride bikes, you can't have anything in your yard unless it's a plant. There are more drug heads than good tenants. Fwpd would have a field day if they actually knew how many drug dealers was in there. Not a good place to live if you are an honest and hard working person.

Cheers Here: Do yourself a favor and do NOT try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The negative reviews are very factual and accurate. None of the people I have talked to like it here. Most everyone is doing what they can to move away from this trap hole.I’m so surprised to read good reviews about this place and the last site manager. It can be quiet but it can be very loud. The last manager put most of her effort into not helping you and was always quick to blame shift. She went on vacation and never came back.The people who take care of the trailer side of it all are slightly better at customer service but overall it is clear they don’t care about their tenants. They can be very rude and many of them not properly informed on what they can and can’t do.

A huge thanks and much much much appreciation goes to the office manager Chris. She is amazing and when she says she will get something done, she does! Randy: Too bad this place is so run down. Wild cats spray and defecate under trailers. Hms. are poorly maintained. Sighn says they love their residents. This is not my experience.Be careful if purchasing here. You must check the conditions of the grounds and hms. They are falling apart. Mold, rot, rats, mice,cat urine and leaks are prevelant in these hms. By far the worst repairs I have ever seen. Area manager for Stonecrest 2, Heather, is poorly suited for her job. Very unprofessional and counterintuitive to your needs. Yet she boasts of her high status and yet has no ability to calm, validate and commit to address yr. issues. Manager on site may not be totaly honest with u. Expect for them to put u off and do nothing. Thats their MO.They are working toward their interests not yours. Wheres the love in that? This was my first hm. I'm deeply disappointed with their response to my complaints to the extent I needed to call the State Department of Health due to cat urine smell from under trailer filling my hm. They didn't do one thing to address my concerns. Nothing! I was told cat urine smell is normal and under all trailets by Brittany the on site manager for Stonecrest 2. Guess that makes it okay? LOL! When expressing to Heather the lack of follow up from on site manager she may just as well called me a liar. She chose to side with her subordinate in spite of the truth by dismissing my comments. Avoidance and a commitment to not taking responsibility for their property that u will be charged with maintaining and paying $350 ea mo for. These hms are worthless. U wil be upside down fro day one. Then u will be fleeced with property issues, hm. issues and an insane amount of finance charges. Save yourself the hassel, look elsewhere! It would cost more to scrap this hm than what it's worth. Good luck.

DJ smitty: Absolutely not a great place to live. Overpriced and poorly managed. The management team is nowhere to be found during office hours, but will tell you to stop by the office if you need them. I suppose getting paid to do nothing but issue fines to people, that are already broke, is a great way to make a living for these people. Buy a trailer here at your own risk, but I would not recommend it in this lifetime.

Dasia Haynes: This place is terrible. Staff is rude and does not care. The office is always locked and no ones seems to be managing anything. The streets constantly floods when it rains, nothing is being down about it . Please do not move here. These issues are not going to be resolved and they give me the run around every day. It’s just a headache. I recently purchased this home last year and was not aware of the pervious conditions but I was told by the staff that I will have to pay out of pocket for something that was ton them. I was not aware e of the conditions the house was until after I purchased it. This is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you have a family.

Krazy K: If I'm going to be completely honest three or four years ago I would NEVER consider renting here. All I heard were bad things about management and bugs etc. But recently they have slowly started bringing new trailers in, working on keeping it nice in there and they kicked a bunch of not so great people out. You need to apply online (I made the mistake of grabbing one of the paper apps from office and had to fill another out online) but we got approved in a few days and we're moving within the week. Tl buy it's only $750/month for a 2 bed. We were supposed to get into a 2bed2bath which is what I originally wanted (who doesn't want two bathrooms lol) but the one we wanted got taken by someone else but we can still move into a new one if/when it comes available. It's quiet other than sometimes cars going fast down Clinton but no trouble here, it's safe and quiet and so much better. You can tell how much work they've put in to making this a better spot. Like I said I would have never rented here a few years ago but now it is utterly wonderful 😊 the only thing that loses the star is there's barely any yard. And the trailers are a little too close together than what I'd prefer but every thing else is spot on. Wish they had a pool 😂 also just a quick add on; the location is the best. Pretty much 10 min from downtown, from any stores the mall is across the street Walmart is up the street as is Kroger. So if you don't have a vehicle this is the place in middle of everything
Alexis Gladieux: I had a really good experience while applying and viewing a mobile home I was interested in. Amber Miller-the park manager was amazing! You can tell she really cares about the quality and environment of the mobile home park, she was very kind, informative, honest and thorough through the application process, she even dedicated personal time to help me with the application and switching utilities. The trailer I got is beautiful, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm, I feel safe! I'm so thankful to be a member of this beautiful community, and so very thankful for Amber, she is a GREAT park manager. I recommend glenbrook mobile home park to all of my acquaintances!

Dalas Sherouse: I have lived here for almost a year, and I have seen things improve dramatically in such a short time. The management here is amazing Tonia will go above and beyond to do anything she can to help anyone in any way they need as well as her assistant Amber they make a great team in order to get things done! The community is coming together nicely as the owners are continuously bringing in new homes and improving the community one step at a time. The homes are beautiful inside and out and they are affordable. I couldn't be happier with my decision on moving here! Thank you, Tonia and Amber, for getting into my beautiful home!

Tonia Diltz: The park is looking so much nicer, they have removed trailer hitches to open the sidewalks, so there clear and safe for all to use. They have moved brand new homes in and plan on installing more. Most tenants have painted there homes an they look amazing. Tenants are respectful and help each other out. All around a great place to live.

Very impressed and excited for the additional improvements being made to this park. They are improving the homes currently in the home and even bringing in new ones!This and the fact that it's located in a great part of town close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and more -- it's a great place! Neighbors I've met are all great and friendly as well. Good place for families looking for something tranquil and safe.
