Ren Porter: The lady with the cool hair was super helpful earlier tonight when I was in a bind about my fuse box, and should get a raise.
Chris Dufor-Pulliam: Worst experience here ever. Used to have friendly, helpful staff. 1. I asked for a battery connector. Young lady at counter said she didn't know what that was, never seen one before. I wasn't mad about that. It was that she made 0 effort to look for one either on the computer or in store. That's all she said! 2. Guy behind me ask for a light that they didn't have. No big deal. But they didn't look it up in the computer didn't offer to buy him one didn't even look it up at another store. They did give him directions to AutoZone though. So sad it's hilarious. I won't be back

Nick McLay: I have given two stars because they have lots of stuff on the shelves if you know EXACTLY what you want or need. I stopped in today with a picture of the label on top of a battery I needed to replace. They asked me what the car is. I told them a Town and Country but wasn't sure of the year. They sold me a battery. I drove across town and it did not fit. I drove back across town and told them it didn't fit. They asked me what car. I told them everything I know and gave the part number and specs to match. They cavitated on that and gave up. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. He handed me cash when I clearly paid on a card. No apology, just excuses. Thanks guys, that's ANOTHER trip, to the bank this time, to make up for your utter lack of effort and professionalism. I decided to cut my losses and go to another store where they quickly found the battery I needed. There was a real nice lady working at O'Reillys who seemed to understand how pathetic these guys are. I kept my mouth shut and left rather than get mean. THIS is why I use Rock Auto.

Took the rotors in first thing in the morning and Justin the manager said he could have them turned in about an hour. He called about a half hour later and said they were ready already. When we got there, he had everything ready to go for us. Super quick, just what we needed! Rotors looked great.

Christopher Crooks: My experience at O'Riley Auto Parts was excellent. I went there because they were the only place open. I usually go somewhere else. When I pulled in the parking lot was clean. Most auto parts stores parking lots are littered with & and full trash cans. I went in and was greeted promptly. I explained my problem. And he knew exactly what was wrong and explained to me exactly what to do in order to repair it. I didn't even need to buy anything. Restroom was clean. Store is handicap friendly. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Phil Harris: Staff associate Lupe went went out of her way to help me get a new battery for my van. The battery died just across the street from the O'Reilly store. This street is very busy with traffic so instead of me having to get across it carrying a heavy battery Lupe drove me over in her car with the tools needed to replace the old battery. She's top notch!

Cynthia Gillingham: Thank you to the employee that switched out my battery today. I bought a new battery at a different location and was told they no longer do battery installs. I went home thinking this can't be right after spending $300 on a new battery and called another location and they stated I was misinformed. Thank you to the gentleman that went above and beyond and switched out my battery. I didn't catch his name but it was at the Till road location around 330 on Sunday.
Chele Merk: Gabe and the rest of the staff were amazing. Gabe was able to replace my battery, which is in the back of the engine compartment and needed to have other things removed to get to it, and had me on my way quickly. Had stopped at another auto parts store down the road first that kept me there longer than Gabe did, and they just wasted my time. Thank you Gabe and O'Reillys!

JaMeS AuBreY: During the snowstorm of February 2022 My good for nothing lazy wife cannot take the fancy extendable snow brush and brush the snow off the windshield. Instead using the wipers that aren't strong enough to move that much snow to try and clean the windshield and proceeding to snapping one of the wiper arms attached to the wiper transmission. Luckily O'Reilly's was the only auto parts store in town that had the transmission in stock with a fluke and having a high temperature of 40°, remove the transmission at home drove to O'Reilly's bought the new transmission and installed it in the parking lot and even the nice gentleman inside let me borrow a long magnet thingys to pick up my socket that I dropped and landed on the transmission. A+ O'Reilly's you always have the parts when nobody else does.
Coni Thompson: Needed a wiper blade and they were open and helped me select right blade then out it in my car. I am disabled so that was huge help to me.
Mark Downing: The fellow that helped me was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
