Kris Behringer: We had A-1 put a new well in at our home in 2009. I called last week as our well was leaking horribly (ground completely saturated several feet surrounding the well) and we needed it fixed. I talked to Larry on Thursday and told him our situation and he said they could come the next day, Friday, and that he would call in the morning. To date, I still have NOT received a call. Because we had a major leak (and after reading reviews that A-1 doesn't show up) I called another local well repair company and they showed up by noon. What is extremely troubling is upon digging down to the pitless adaptor, the leak was discovered along with the fact that the hydrant installed in 2009 by A-1 was a used piece of equipment and NOT new! That is what rusted and eroded 3 foot underground and sprung a leak. Who knows how long we have been leaking water!!Nevermind the fact that A-1 never showed up OR called when they said they would, (still haven't), but finding out we were given used equipment when we paid dearly for new is unconscionable. We will NEVER use their service again and I highly suggest anyone in need of well repair (or any well work done) never use them either. I'm disgusted!

River City: Guy is a joke. Strung us out for literally two months telling us he would "be there later this week". Would go days without answering his phone, and I dont believe he ever called me back. Eventually had to get a different company.

David Krill: Had them drill a new 4" well and install a submersible pump when my old jet pump well failed. Everything functions fine and I have had no problems with the equipment or well, but they no call - no showed me twice, causing me to waste two days off of work. I will go elsewhere if I need service in the future.

Whatcha Macallit: Would not even give them a 1 star . They told me there was no way they could replace my well pump told me I had to have a new well dug for 4700.00 . So I called another company and the replaced just my pump no problem at all saved me 4000.00
