Lovely Soul: Great location to stop at ESPECIALLY if you enjoy Amish baked goods!!! They have a shelf located by the registers that carries everything from snickerdoodles to the frosted sugar cookies! Always open...like NEVER CLOSES!

Tabitha Henson (Tabbie): Stopped to get a pack of smokes, which were more expensive than other stores. I asked how much they were and he shows me a receipt. I noticed that the receipt said I was to get $11.87 back. And he had only given me $10.87. I confronted him about it and he said "are you sure" as if I was lying. So he grabs $1 out of the register and hands it to me and says "fine, here". Way rude! Watch out for this place when given your change back. Seems like they definitely do it on purpose to gain extra money for their pockets! Knowing, most people don't sit there and make sure. They usually just grab the change and leave not thinking that they just got had for $1 or more. I know it's just $1 but, it's not about the amount of money, it's about being taken advantage of. Why? Because I'm white and female? I agree with a previous reviewer, it seemed very racial.

Rae Lynn: I had asked politey if i could use the bathroom and the lady working on the night of april 18th at midnight was rude and said no in a rude tone. Whats the big problem? I had a mask on.. It would have took me 5 secs to use it.. Its cool tho.. She sounded racsit because im white lol.

Jessica Carroll: Great location right next to the Fort Wayne Airport. Broaster food is amazing I try to stop in for lunch when I can or if I'm in a rush and don't have time to stop at home.

rachel weisz: Worst Sunoco gas station I have ever been to. Not only this location used to be open for longer business hours, but also now closing earlier on random days of week. Constant issues not able to use credit cards. Clerk purposely close restroom as early as 7PM when the station close at 10PM, just so they doesn't have to clean the restroom after their shift and can go home right away. But it causes so many truckers and drivers around in for a restroom break while getting gas. This gas station has some of the laziest, most inconsiderate workers I have ever encounter.

Taylor Doepker: Lady at the counter can't count change and shorted me $19 then proceed to argue that I only gave her a $1 not a $20. She said there was nothing she could do because a manger would have to count the drawer (there was no manager on site) and wouldn't give me a receipt. She said I'd have to leave a name and number for the manner to call me back. I returned that afternoon and spoke to the manger. She said she had not been told about the incident and she wouldn't do anything. This was an everyday morning stop.... I'll be finding somewhere else to go.

Seriously nasty customer service. I'm not surprised this place has such a bad rating. With employees like this I wouldn't expect much customer service.

David M: A much nicer station than the Sunoco stations closer to downtown. Seems much newer with a cleaner area and pumps with fully articulating handles (the others don't). It's satisfying that I'm buying American fuel refined from American oil.
