K M: I've come here for nearly 5 years. The food has always been good, the philly cheesesteak was always a favorite of mine and their golden soup. I don't know what's been going on lately, but the quality is going down. The last meal I got was burnt to a crisp, it didn't even taste good. I ate that at the restaurant. Then, about a week prior we got takeout and I got the philly cheesesteak. It's supposed to come on a fluffy sub bun, but for some odd reason they put it on Sourdough bread that was way over buttered. I've never had issues with Loving Cafe before, but 2x in a row the foods been messed up.

Gordon Londini: Core Life eatery on coliseum boulevard is a really great experience. Their food is excellent, excellent quality and the combinations they put together are very tasty. Keep in mind this is not the least expensive place that you will find yourself for lunch but the quality and flavor of the food that you will get will be worth the cost. They're not really very much more expensive than many of the other lunchtime options around.

They have a bookshelf with lettering for to go orders, but do not utilize it?? I figured someone would at the very least say something to me or drop it off there. Not to mention some other guy stood there for awhile and 3 workers asked him the same question, instead of communicating with eachother on what was going on. When i got home i realized i was missing a mac and cheese and they put chicken on a supposed to be tofu meal! ??? Are you serious, $45 later and some very disappointing food and experience.Vegetarian options: They have some pretty great options if they were to get your order correct.

Ranada Clark: This place was not what I expected. I was Intentionally trying to support our local businesses, but this is one I will probably not return to except maybe to purchase a drink. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and chips. I felt like I was eating an old school cafeteria sandwich. It was chicken on a croissant that didn't seem fresh at all, and what I assume was mayo and what taste like a lot of pickle relish...I'm guessing. This place wasn't for me, but someone else might enjoy it.

James Black: Food quality is somewhat acceptable for the price, they should definitely put some effort into re-organizing (the shop is TINY - with current layout, only enough room for 2-3 people inside at a time, no seating at all) and making their menu more clear and easy to read. It seems like the ingredients in my tacos weren't very fresh, I ended up not eating them because they looked pretty unappetizing.

I had the blackened shrimp bowl but over greens and it was delicious. They were super accommodating about the switch and incredibly friendly. KOE Smith: Got the blackened shrimp bowl and greek salad today and let me tell you it was sooo good. I’m a very picky eater who is currently learning how to like and enjoy healthy foods. This place has made it a lot easier on someone like me who was raised on frozen dinners and fast food. They keep it very simple and don’t drown their food in sauces.The blackened shrimp was fresh and very testy. Could taste everything in the bowl and it felt home cooked.The greek salad was so bright in flavor and super enjoyable. Super fresh and tasty.I’ll be back very soon! Keep it up because you’re my spot now lol

Christopher Burton: I heard some reviews of this new restaurant in Fort Wayne and finally tried it. I ordered a chop salad ($12.50) and added chicken ($4.00). I should've stopped right there. Even with inflation, $16+ for one salad, and after tax and tip it was $20+? The creamy herb dressing was super watery and super garlicky; everything else was nothing better than a pre-packaged grocery store salad. Honestly, I would jump at an opportunity for a $11 salad from Wendy's any day over this. Maybe their other items are better, but I will definitely not return to try again - based on experience and the sheer expense of cold prepared foods in Fort Wayne of all places.

Pamela Lengacher: So 5 stars isn’t high enough. This is the best kept secret in the area. The menu is perfection. I love meat and vegetables and fruits so I got all 3 in a wrap that was to die for. My friend is gluten-free, dairy free and vegetarian and she had a salad that was filling and just what she wanted. Once people find this place you won’t go anywhere else. Staff is fabulous and friendly and very helpful. Love love love!

Through an unfortunate series of mistakes and miscommunications my reservation was cancelled.I was contacted by the owner of Baker Street Steakhouse, James who personally took time to speak with me. Not only did he speak with me, he heard me. I was not rushed and I feel he genuinely cared.I was treated as a person and not just another lost sales opportunity. He went above and beyond to fix all of the wrongs and then some. James arranged for my mothers party to be held at another one of his restaurants, Proximo. He personalized the menu which even said Happy Birthday Karen, he even gave complimentary chocolates and gift cards, and treated the entire party like his own family. Everyone left the restaurant with an amazing experience.The service was phenomenal. No one's glass was ever less than half full, the food was superb, quick, and friendly service was experienced all night.From this experience I have learned that when Baker Street says they want you to be treated like family, they truly mean it! This has opened my eyes and gives me hope that there are still decent people among us. A business that cares.In a world where customer service is failing Baker Street is rising to the top and proving themselves a top performer.The way Baker Street responded to this mistake was absolutely amazing and I can not say enough good things at this point. James and his staff created a fairy tale situation for my mother and I am forever grateful! The party was better than anything I could do and the attention to detail was unmatched.Thank you Baker Street and Proximo we'll see ya'll soon!

Karen Burnside: Have you ever been treated like Cinderella? Me neither until 2/18/2023. I had a surprise birthday party at Proximo Restaurant which is owned by Baker Street. I was told there had been a mix up with reservations prior to the dinner but owner James made everything 200% right.Never in my 70 years have I ever seen the generosity and care that the owner shown me. I wish I were a writer so I could put into words how I feel. I am so blessed to have a loving family, friends, and James who made my fairy tale come true.
