scott Shelly: WM Imaging Solutions assisted DHB Law Office with transferring from our previous vendor to WM Imaging Solutions making it a smooth transition. Their high level of knowledge and experience was appreciated. Detailed training was provided for our new equipment. We continue to be highly satisfied with the support that is provided from WM Imaging Solutions. Waiting on supplies is never an issue. We would highly recommend their company to anyone contemplating making a change with their copier/fax/scanner/printer needs. We would confidently choose WM Imaging again in the future.
Minerva DeJianne: When we first started working with WMIS, we were with a company that wasn't very responsive. In spite of that, I was hesitant to make the change to WMIS because of having to ship the copier back to the company and everything that is involved with that process. Andrew & Boyd assured me they would work with me to simplify the process and they did! The whole process was streamlined and stress free, from the initial notice to the other company to negotiating a great shipping price to return the machine. Mutton Power Marketing: Called WM Imaging to fix our Lanier 301 Printer. Andrew Macklin arrived onsite to diagnose and fix the printer.Andrew found the multiple issues were caused by a toner drum seal leak, which caused the toner to coat other sensors, which meant they could not detect the paper, causing the printer to not print.Andrew arrived right in the promised time window, and had our printer oozing hot paper in about an hour.Five of Five stars! Every time we renew, they are careful to go over our best options based off of our needs. They have taken time to answer any questions we have to ensure we are getting the most out of our equipment. Anne Ott: We began leasing Sharp copiers from WM Imaging Solutions in 2011. At the time, we were impressed with the equipment and pleased with the price. We renewed five years later because we continued to be pleased with the equipment and the new lease, but primarily because of service. We print worship bulletins and church newsletters weekly and appreciate our workhorse Sharp copier. We use the copier for 99.9% of our printing needs, from emails to mass mailings, as well as scanning When we need repairs or updates, we don't have to wait long for service. The friendly staff is helpful, informed, and quick to respond to requests efficiently.
OLVM Sisters: We have worked with WM Imaging Solutions for more than 10 years. They have been great in getting us top-performing equipment, with all the setup and support that you would expect. They are prompt with getting supplies to us, and they go above and beyond with any needs we have. They provide us with regular upkeep and diagnostics, replacing parts ahead of the time they would break down, so we do not experience any down time waiting for service. On those occasions we need immediate help, they are there the same day in most cases. If we have special projects needing specific functions, they work with us to figure out solutions. I would highly recommend them. All of their employees are very personable and easy to work with.
New Market: New Market has used WM Imaging Solutions exclusively for the past 20+ years for all of our printing needs. Their knowledgeable staff has always handled all of our challenges with the utmost professional service. We would highly recommend WM Imaging Solutions for any size business.

If there is an issue, he responds with a call, email or just shows up to take a look at things first hand. When you call into their office, everyone is so happy to help. We have always received our supplies on time and when their schedules were completely booked, they still managed to fit us in. Being a law firm we do not have time to be down Imaging Solutions understands this, and they do their best to see to it that our downtime is minimal!!!
Diana Wallace: These people will not stop calling. This is literally on the verge of stalking. They call at least 10-15 times a day. I wouldn't do business with them if they were the last company around
Bob B: BEWARE. Recently, our other provider stopped by to check up on our printers. The repair man noticed our "new" color copier from wm and told us that those models were discontinued. He then showed us a print-off from this machine that he says proves that this machine was not only USED but the counter was illegally reset! When my boss called this company, she was told to speak with the owner, which was conveniently never there. After more than a week, the owner called and said he had been very busy stating that this "new" copier was a showroom model. When pressed about the model being discontinued and why the counter appeared to be tampered with, he became very hostile and tried to blame competition for being dishonest. We finally requested proof of purchase from the manufacturer via his records, but never received it, and cannot get him on the phone again. We signed a lease agreement for 3 years on a USED piece of office equipment!! It has now become almost futile to request timely service for this wonderful investment. Buyer BEWARE!!
