random lazers: They sell you a protection plan and when it's breaks you go in and they take it for almost 2 months and then give it back after doing nothing but breaking it more.
Al LaRue: I was returning a cartridge that didn't work and was well treated.
Lyn Dlugosz: Their rewards program needs to be monitored by the customer because isn't always accurate.

Lauren Pontenberg: The staff was very very helpful and kind when I came in to get some papers scanned. I had gone to other office depots to do this, but at this location it was 5$ per scan. That is way more expensive than I have seen at other locations. The scan was also very poor quality so I don’t think I will be able to use them in the end.

Bobby Becker: I took my wife here for an item she wanted for her home office. They didn't have exactly what she wanted. Peyton came over to check on us and when my wife described what she wanted, Peyton pulled out her phone, found the exact size item at an Office Depot warehouse and ordered it for home delivery. It shipped that evening and we got it two days later!Technology is great. But, it's employees like Peyton who actually make clients happy.

George Snyder: I have been shopping at United Art & Education for many years, even their old location. They continue to be the only decent place around to get artist supplies.I do miss some of the speciality items that they no longer carry. I don't know if these items just aren't available anymore or if they just stopped carrying them. Also I find myself going to other places including online to get some of my supplies cheaper.So if you're planning on doing a graphite drawing, oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink or clay sculpture etc, this is the place to shop.
