Chad Harnish: This place is amazing. If you want perfectly executed dishes with complex amazing layers of flavors at the molecular gastronomy level, this is the place. I had the duck braised in mole sauce with an amazing garnish. Ifbyou can't move beyond steak and potatoes flavor profile, stay home. If you can, this place is one of the top ten I've eaten at and I eat at many places like this.

Amber Toombs: I made reservations for a surprise birthday party in a private room at Baker Street Steakhouse. Through an unfortunate series of mistakes and miscommunications my reservation was cancelled.I was contacted by the owner of Baker Street Steakhouse, James who personally took time to speak with me. Not only did he speak with me, he heard me. I was not rushed and I feel he genuinely cared.I was treated as a person and not just another lost sales opportunity. He went above and beyond to fix all of the wrongs and then some. James arranged for my mothers party to be held at another one of his restaurants, Proximo. He personalized the menu which even said Happy Birthday Karen, he even gave complimentary chocolates and gift cards, and treated the entire party like his own family. Everyone left the restaurant with an amazing experience.The service was phenomenal. No one's glass was ever less than half full, the food was superb, quick, and friendly service was experienced all night.From this experience I have learned that when Baker Street says they want you to be treated like family, they truly mean it! This has opened my eyes and gives me hope that there are still decent people among us. A business that cares.In a world where customer service is failing Baker Street is rising to the top and proving themselves a top performer.The way Baker Street responded to this mistake was absolutely amazing and I can not say enough good things at this point. James and his staff created a fairy tale situation for my mother and I am forever grateful! The party was better than anything I could do and the attention to detail was unmatched.Thank you Baker Street and Proximo we'll see ya'll soon!

Karen Burnside: Have you ever been treated like Cinderella? Me neither until 2/18/2023. I had a surprise birthday party at Proximo Restaurant which is owned by Baker Street. I was told there had been a mix up with reservations prior to the dinner but owner James made everything 200% right.Never in my 70 years have I ever seen the generosity and care that the owner shown me. I wish I were a writer so I could put into words how I feel. I am so blessed to have a loving family, friends, and James who made my fairy tale come true.

Paige Abbott: First time dining here with a friend who was super excited to share her previous experiences. Very good vibes, selection of dining spaces, open and clean. Lunch menu choices were varied. Unfortunately that which I selected was disappointing: potabella mushroom & veggie sandwich. The GF roll was oversized, crispy eggplant was heavily coated in cornmeal & soggily fried, the portabella was overly marinated & flattened...you get the picture. Next time I am in town, I'll try something different.Our server, Nathanial, was professional and friendly.

Kathy Kincaid: Yum. Yum. Yum. Went for my bday dinner. We tried the artisan bread. It's grilled and served with an oil and red wine balsamic mix and separates a dollop of whipped butter. The bread was crispy and warm. It had a nice chew texture. 😋 we tried the Kung pao calamari. So, Yum! Nice mix of cabbage and greens on top. The calamari had a slightly chewy texture, but the breading was crisp and crunchy. The garlic chili really topped it off! The BF had the swordfish, and oh my word! It was delicate, moist, nice crust, and the corn and guacamole and Sriracha aioli were smashing!!! The tomahawk porckchop was really juicy. I didn't care for the onions/apples, but the brown sauce was great. The horseradish potato smear was really good and complimented the chop nicely. The potatoes were sliced and seared on top and bottom. Never had potatoes that way but was tender and went well with the chops. I asked for a cosmo and a raspberry lemon drop. Cosmo was on par, but the raspberry lemon drop was delicious. Both will sneak up on you if you're not careful. Good place for a martini! The dessert rounded off an encredible meal. We had the chocolate terrine. It came with raspberry sauce and black raspberry ice cream. The cake is dense but not dry. It still had a nice moisture balance, so as you maserated, it became almost like a cream. Food was the star, but lays not forget the atmosphere and the staff. They were on top of refilling waters, taking plates away, and bringing the food out. All were friendly. The atmosphere where we sat near the entrance a d front bar got a little loud but not overpowering. The lighting was low, but our eyes adjusted quickly. I like the mix of wall paper texture and the wood accents. The booths with the old car seat look were very appealing, but I'm short, and I felt like a little kid because my feet couldn't touch the ground. I also like the mixed tile and wood flooring to create a flow. The backdrop of the bar is a great talking point. The price point is on par with other similar fare. I will be going again and you should too! Fort wayne has needed this for a while! Thank you, Marquee!

Jesse Sade: Cork 'N Cleaver is an excellent place to eat at. The only gripe I have is with the price of the salad bar. It is pretty pricy, but it is fairly understandable when you take into account everything they keep on it. It was very tasty, and I cannot complain about the freshness or quality of the salad bar either.Overall, this establishment is a 9.5/10 and I can 100% recommend it.

M E: We decided to check this place out today for our anniversary. We arrived at the restaurant and were basically informed it would be about a 45 min wait or we could have a seat at the bar. So we chose the bar. While waiting for the bartender to take our order, we noticed that seats were filling up quickly. After placing our order and waiting on the food to arrive, we observed the staff helping each other out. You don't see much of that these days it was refreshing to see. The food arrived and looked fantastic. The bartender she was a very sweet person and made sure to check on us, making sure our drinks were filled and made sure we were enjoying our meal. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Laura Jasmin: Two years ago I went to the deck with a girlfriend of mine for a drink. I got a margarita. I am aware that the drinks from the deck are strong, however I believe I was roofied. After finishing 1/2 of my drink I became drowsy and began vomiting. An officer told me to leave or I would be arrested for public intox. I could barely walk, talk, and my motor skills were not functioning. I blacked out and don’t remember a thing. I would encourage the deck to figure out a system that is better equipped for the heavy traffic they have. I have been to different cities and have drank more than 1 drink, in which I did not have any of these symptoms. I have since returned to the deck and have had 1 entire margarita and was completely fine. For the safety of young girls. Please figure something out. I know my body and 1/2 of a margarita would not have made me vomit, be unable to walk, talk, and blackout.

David Johnson: Nice atmosphere. The food is a tad expensive but well worth the price. My only complaint is our waitress was a bit forceful in trying to get us to eat quickly and leave. I understand that it's a restaurant setting that is in high demand, so they have to keep turning over tables for new clientele. It just hurt our experience a bit with the high level of passive aggression.
