Very upset. Going there after work to cancel my membership.

J B: I first went here after I was rear ended the second time in 2018, just 11 months after the first time I was rear ended. I was completely stopped during my normal route to/from work both times. I started having bad migraines after the 2nd accident. My migraines eventually slowed down after getting a massage and going to a chiropractor. In 2020 my migraines flared up again and I had moved back to the area, so I started coming back. Some of my appointments are mostly therapy and no relaxation. There are some that are a mixture, depending on how tight my muscles are. My migraines have been addressed for the time being! I do go to a different chiropractor than the one located in the same building. I am glad they accept HSA!The owner is very nice and flexible to possible solutions to an issue.

Christopher Abouhalkah: Bought gift cards through their website portal “secure-booker”. Giftees went to website to attempt to secure appointments and received error messages saying gift cards were not valid or already used.What’s the issue?Well it turns out they have another portal called go-booker that you’re directed to through their website when you click different links to the same services.This website doesn’t recognize gift cards obtained through secure-booker… which is where I was initially directed to when I purchased the cards.I called the store initially about the problem to which the employee stated that I “must have a credit card on file to schedule, even with a gift card”. This is clearly not the case as immediately after I copied the link at the bottom of the gift card into my browser and seamlessly set up an appointment without a credit card… in a different section of their website.You guys have 4+ stars and your website is an unnavigable mess. Maybe management could peek at it once in awhile and offer some training to their employees on their programs’ shortcomings.I hope the massages they receive are amazing because I need one after dealing with this wonderful maze.Gifters beware.

Everything else was 10+! Excellent massage. My therapist really worked hard on targeted areas and got some really stubborn and deep knots out. Very flexible and customizable to your needs. Every staff member was very professional and nice. Very clean and comfortable facility. They have a membership program that sounds pretty good too.

erica alberty: First time going to this therapist. I requested a Swedish massage for relaxation and I asked the therapist to take it easy on me but instead I received a rough, fast stroking massage as if the therapist was in a hurry. The therapist did not seem to be in tune with me. When asked if the pressure was alright I was not totally certain that the pressure was good for me. I may have had a few tight spots that needed some pressure but the pressure never eased up and the massage strokes never slowed down. I tried to relax hoping the therapist would start slowing down to give me the relaxing Swedish massage that I had requested, but that never happened. As a first time client the therapist never asked about my medical history that I had filled out on the form provided. The massage room appeared cluttered and there were cords running across the floor. Lighting was bad. In general the atmosphere of the space was not very relaxing. I actually left feeling worse than when I arrived and was still sore the next day.
Laura P.: For about 6 years, I’ve been struggling with some circulation issues in my lower arms whenever I’d lay down, but it got especially bad during a recent move, leaving me unable to sleep well for a week. Thanks to Lee for getting me back in good working order (the best in years!) and showing me how to work those troublesome spots on my neck that were responsible for cutting off the circulation to my arms. He gave other tips as well that have helped with other issues! So thankful for his knowledge and his desire to help.There’s a reason he has so many good reviews. Highly recommend!

I have been going to her for a little over a year now, and I am beyond satisfied AND thankful. Jennifer has given me massages prior/during/post pregnancy. All have been tremendous experiences! She is extremely sweet and soft spoken, very attentive and is flexible around your schedule. I have never been so thrilled to find an incredible masseuse, that now has developed into a friendship. Doesn’t matter if you need to relax, rejuvenate, help with tension, etc. she can do it all. ☺️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENNIFER!
